• Jaanis (8/5): Good value for money - Location was good, tram station was very near and very decent restaurants in the area. The area itself was nice and not far from the downtown. Additionally it was very close to S-bahn train stations. The accommodation had coffee and tea available. The toilet paper ran out, but is really a super irrelevant topic.
• Udo (8/5): - Großzügiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet. Gute Verkersanbindung. Relativ: Keine Fenster in den Schlafzimmern (war vorher bekannt , große Räume) Defekte Nespresso Maschine - hat der Chef der unmittelbar daneben liegenden Sportbar wiederholt mit Frei-Kaffee gut kompensiert)

• Hiroshi (9/5): 楽しい出張でした - 友人との出張だったので、2ベッドルームがとても良かったです。余暇時間はリビングで過ごせるし、食器やコーヒーまで揃っていて快適でした。Barth通りのトラムの電停が近く、交通も便利でした。 隣のCafe&Barのテーブルが部屋の前まで並べてあり、お客さんの話し声がうるさいのと、部屋の窓とカーテンが開けられないのは窮屈だった。

• Lorraine Antonella (7/5): Amplio apartamento en múnich - Me gustó mucho la ubicación , que cerca hay un lidl y tienes la parada de tranvía girando la esquina , está bien comunicado con el centro de munich, las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y se duerme genial, además el anfitrión era muy atento, se preocupó mucho por que estuviéramos bien y además me ayudó a encontrar plaza de parking económica para tres días , se lo agradezco mucho. no me gustó que hubiera suciedad en el apartamento, nada más llegamos nos encontramos con que había cosas en el lavavajillas y además sartenes y utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, bajo de las camas hay mucho polvo y la ducha del baño no traga agua , me fijé bien en que no hubiera pelos pero está llena de suciedad dentro que no deja que se trague el agua , le falta limpieza general. Por lo demás el apartamento está genial , ya que tiene mucho utillaje de cocina y es muy amplio.

• daniele (8/5): Bellissimo peccato sia su strada - Posizione ottimale rispetto all utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici Alloggio molto ben arredato ed attrezzato Prodotti disponibili sia in cucina che nei bagni Alloggio su strada ricavato da spazio commerciale, finestre assenti, entrata non sufficientemente oscurata, adiacente a bar molto frequentato e un po’ rumoroso. La Porta di uno dei due bagni non si chiude Lavabo di uno dei due bagni con solo acqua fredda Sui letti e’ stato apposto un top che però non è munito di lenzuolo di sotto quindi si dorme direttamente su un coprimaterasso sul quale ho trovato una macchia lavata di sangue Assenza di parcheggi limitrofi e comunque molto costosi

• Katherine (9/5): - Lovely place to stay, super cozy and has everything. Cafe table/seats directly at the door entrance.
• Justina (7/5): - Uns hat die Ausstattung der Küche und die zwei Badezimmer gut gefallen. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es keine Fenster in den Schlafzimmern gab und das in dem Badezimmer mit dem WC kein Abzug vorhanden war.
• Fergal (5/5): Far too expensive - Clean and well appointed. Broader neighbourhood really nice but more run down close to the apartment. No air conditioning or fresh air. People sitting outside from the bar next door until the very late hours.

It was clean, very spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need. Mike was a great host and easy to get hold of on the phone and very helpful Nothing it was fantastic

• Kelvinkrip (7/5): Great location easy to catch trains trams etcetera There are some nice restaurants in the area - Location was close to trains and trams with a 5 min walk great restaurants in the area very quite at night and was on the ground floor
• Maria (7/5): Noisy, no privacy. - Nice open space and decoration, near tram stop. VERY NOISY, owner has a bar next door and has tables in front of the loft windows. NO VENTILATION, stuffy and hot in summer, bedrooms and bathroom do not have windows, the only windows are in the living room and are small, there is no AC or fans. NO PRIVACY, entrance is a double clear glass door, you have to keep the curtains closed at all time, the entire front is glass as if you are in a store.

• Gordon (8/5): Nice apartment with good facilities - Good size apartment with all facilities we needed Neighbourhood appeared a little run down, but not the apartment.
• Koftoz (5/5): It's ok, but I expected more for the money - Good location, a big, well equipped apartment There were huge patches of mold on the wall in the living room and in the bathroom. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly, the dishwasher was full with dirty dishes. We did not get the check in information on time
