In a nice area, a short walk (about 10 min) from the beach, 5 min from the supermarket and a nice bar with swimming pool just a minute walk away. Nice terrace and a shared garden for the kids to play. Friendly owner. We would come back if we were to visit Ksamil again. Nothing

Όλα καλά Το ότι πήγαμε στους Άγιους Σαράντα, Αύγουστο. ΠΟΛΥΣ μα ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥΣ ΚΟΣΜΟΣ. Καλύτερα θα περάσει κάποιος τον Ιούνιο η τον Σεπτέμβριο
• Karol Banach (10/5): - We stayed in one of the apartments on the ground floor. The apartament composed by sleeping room, bathroom, living room with kitchen and with an external balcony is very big and confortable. We travel with a small child. It is located in a quiet area, so we could all sleep well. There is a playground/relax area outside that our small one really appreciated. The owner is very helpful and the staff is super nice 😊 Free parking spaces outside. CCTV to secure the whole property. One improvement might be some kind of child secure door lokers. To enter the flat you need a card but there is nothing to lock the door from the inside. Our son plenty of times managed to reach the handle and open the door easily. We needed to run after him. It was on ground floor so he could not run far, fortunately.

• Zoltán (9/5): Mindenkinek ajánlom mert nagyon meg volta vele elégedve. - Nagyon tiszta volt a szoba.A hölgy aki ott volt borzasztóan kedves és segítőkész volt. Az alvó helységben nem volt klima berendezés és a szemetest sem vitték ki hiába tettem az ajó elé.Nem beszélt a hölgy angolul egyáltalán de ez nem okozott problémát mert fordítóval megoldottuk.

Ruhige Lage und nur 5-10 Minuten von die bekanntesten Strände von Ksamil zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und Familien freundlich Das ist kein kritik nur Empfehlung ein Großer spiegel und Shampoo Halter währe noch sehr nett.

• Ρεξιανα (5/5): Passable - We liked the house and the garden it was very beautiful. You can't park your car inside the house they have space outside on the road. But that was not a problem. And the room it was very nice and very clean when we went there. We didn't liked the bathroom ... It was very small. And we didn't like the fact that in the 5 days that we stayed they never came to clean the room! They just left clean towels one time outside the door in the 5 days that we stayed.

• Emma (10/5): Peaceful, comfortable apartment - I was pleasantly surprised how peaceful and quiet it was at night, being set back from the main strip of restaurants and bars in Ksamil was great for me as I prefer relaxing places on holiday. I loved the apartment, well equiped little kitchen and bathroom and was so pleased to have a balcony. The host was lovely and even brought a little bowl of cherries up to me one evening! Thank you for a lovely stay. N/A
• Anton (7/5): Good for few nights - Room was nice, with AC and balcony. Parking was for fee and needed reservation upfront. There was chaos during our arrival as there was nobody to check us in and we did not get any instructions. So we had to wait for owner for 30 minutes but she did not speak english and we need to communicate with her daughter on WhatsApp. Also some other guest was in our room, he made a mistake, I think it was also because of poor check in. Apartment is not very close to the centre or beach, but overall Ksamil is not the best destination as there is no real infrastructure for tourism.

• Laura (9/5): Great stays, very hospitable hosts - Our stay in Mussels apartments was wonderful. Nela and her mum made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. When we arrived there was a small problem with the bathroom handwasher and they immediately fixed it. The location is great. Close enough to some shops and bars but far enough from the busy main street where there is traffic. Air conditioning worked well, and we could do our laundry and get it back just an hour later. Falaminderit! The kitchen has the basic things but could have a few more mugs for example. The shower is a bit small. Google maps doesn’t send you to the right address but Nela helped us to get there.

• Ângela (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean apartment. The staff was super nice! All the windows had mosquitoes' nets. The space outside is really nice with some sofas and lounge area. The shower could use some shelves to put the toiletries on. The access, but to be honest, all of Ksamil needs better road infrastructures.

• Christopher (10/5): Spacious, well equipped and comfortable - Teriffic place. The building is new and has a lovely garden within a secure fence. It's located on the lake side and is nice and quiet. It looks far from the beach on the map but it's really not! Groceries and restaurants are only a short walk away. The hosts are lovely and kind and are always available to assist. I had no communication issues. There was nothing I didn't like. If you have lots of heavy luggage I recommend getting a taxi to the villa because the unpaved road can get a bit rocky. I had no problems with it though.
