- Anna (7/5): - Apartmán je v centru, všude to bylo blízko. Velmi snadné předání klíčů. Dobré úložné prostory i čistota. good value for money. Dveře do haly se nezavíraly, ač bylo v pokynech, že se zavírat měly. postel byla extrémně nepohodlná - byl to rozkládací gauč, který vrzal a matrace byla proleželá. Lednice tekla a nebylo kam si dát ručníky. Poskytovateli pravděpodobně někdo naboural databázi, protože po checkinu mi psal nějaký podvodník, abych znovu potvrdila ubytování, jinak příjdu o rezervaci. Bála jsem se, že moje údaje (pas, detaily platební karty) byly ukradeny.

C'est très facile de rayonner de l'appartement..Il y a beaucoup de magasins, de restaurants tout près.Même sans avoir de contact, le personnel est très soucieux de vous aider si besoin et est très réactif si on pose une question. Le frigo était trop bruyant pour nous la nuit. Et ne paraît pas confortable de se faire réchauffer un plat car l'espace est minimum. Mais vu les bons restaurants pas.cher à.proximité,on n'a même pas.essayer

- Ion (8/5): speldid. Orasul si imprejurimile te ametesc, iar Vezuviu este wow! - Amplasarea ideala pt orice activitate turistica si culinara. Camera curata, cozy, masuta plianta, cu 3 scaune. 1) Comuncarea pana a 2-a zi a fost absenta. Trebuie sa cititi aceste cuvinte pt a sti faptul ca check-in se face total automat, iar accesul la usa de la camera, se face strict imediat dupa ora 15:00. Noi, si alti turisti care ne-am intalnit pe hol, nu stiam, (speram sa fie terminata curatenia si am ajuns cu o ora mai devreme, sperand sa putem avea acces, dar aplicatia deschidea apartamentul doar dupa ora 15:00). Ce trebuiau si ei sa specifice , ca era simplu. Din 2 fraze puteam intelege si noi, si ceilalti turisti: ACCESUL SE FACE IN MOD AUTOMAT INCEPAND CU ORA 15:00 SI NICIO SECUNDA MAI PUTIN!. si se intelegea 110%. Am dat mesaje pe whattsapp si am intrebat daca e in regula si daca avem vre-o sansa sa gasim mai devreme cu cateva minute mai devreme locatia pregatita. Nu am primit absolut niciun raspuns.. " A few moments later", am trimis un "?" sperand un raspuns, DA sau NU, dar zero raspuns. Asa ca am stat in hol si am sperat sa avem acces la 15:01. A 2-a zi am primit un telefon daca e ok acomodarea. 2) Fiind in Napoli, speram si noi ,la a bea o cafea buna, in camera, dar espressor-lipsa ( doar un ibric de cafea care trebuia plasat pe o plita electrica, sub o alta plita mai mare de metal corfit, ruginit si indoit, pt a putea avea cafeaua mut dorita in cca 10 min. (ibricul nu functiona direct pe plita cu un ochi), iar killerul total si absolut a fost frigiderul. Era imposibil sa dormi cu el conectat la priza de 220v. noi seara l-am deconectat.

Bellissima vista Personalmente cambierei il materasso del divano letto (o il divano letto stesso). Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scaldabagno (segnalato alla proprietà), noi poi il giorno dopo siamo partiti ma ci hanno assicurato che sarebbero andati a controllare per i successivi inquilini.

- Amalia (10/5): Amazing. - The location, is right in the heart of Naples, a few minutes walk to the Spanish Quarters, Spaccanapoli, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo. The apartment is nice, clean, the host is reachable by Whatsapp and solves any problems you've got. Being on the 10th floor, you've got a nice view of the Naples bay area and the coastline to Sorrento, you can see the Capri island from your window. Lack of a microwave.

Belle vue sur le château angevin. Appartement lumineux et confortable. La procédure de réception par vickey.it. Elle est très intrusive, notamment il faut se prendre en photo en présentant son passeport, comme au poste de police ! L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant mais pas plus.

NOTE that you'll receive a key code without ANY indication that it comes from the Naples organization (if you have an American phone the number will have the area code 773 as though it comes from Chicago and might be spam or a scam). Staff friendly and helpful but not very organized. The nearby address I was given to store luggage was not open and the taxi driver could not find it. The restaurant at the corner - Signora Bettola - had a long line of Italians on Sunday so it is popular BUT I got food poisoning there the next day (a signature dish, I Fritti di Signora Bettola con verdure pastellate, was not fresh; it tasted canned).

Κλείσαμε αρχικά ένα σπίτι αυτόνομο 100τμ όπως αναγραφόταν και αυτό ήταν 3 ξεχωριστά δωμάτια σε έναν όροφο με άλλα δωμάτια.Ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης ήταν να πάρουμε ακόμα ένα δωμάτιο σαν κοινόχρηστο χώρο και καλά αλλά τι να το κάνεις όταν δίπλα σου μένει οικογένεια με μωρό και η ηχομόνωση είναι μηδενική; Η καθαριότητα πραγματικά κακή. Τα κρεβάτια καναπές είχαν κρεμάσει, έβρισκαν σε ένα σίδερο στήριξης πάνω και μας έφυγε η μέση γιατί το στρώμα ήταν σκέτος αφρός.

- Jonas (1/5): Absolut katastrophal - Nichts Das war wirklich einer der schlechtesten Unterkünfte in der wir je waren. Hier eine kleine Liste was alles mangelhaft war: -Beim Betreten der Wohnung haben jede Menge Küchenutensilien gefehlt; zudem waren Haare vom Vormieter vorzufinden. -das Bett ist so unbequem, dass man nach 2 Tagen Rückenschmerzen bekommt -das ausklappbare Sofa ist ebenfalls ein Totalschaden. Nach unsere Beschwerde beim Vermieter betrat dieser ohne unsere Erlaubnis die Wohnung. Später stritt er jede Schuld von sich ab. Uns wurde dann eine Entschädigung von 100€ angeboten, aber nur unter der Bedingung, dass wir keine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Offiziell ist das auch wieder rechtswidrig (aber nur so nebenbei erwähnt). So einen unfreundlichen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es wird einem schnell klar, dass es den Vermietern bei der Unterkunft nur um eine Sache geht: Mit möglichst geringen Aufwand möglichst viel Geld verdienen.

Stanze di buone dimensione e con dotazione adeguate. In quattro passi si può raggiungere in centro e qualsiasi tipo di negozio o un ristorante si voglia. Nulla in particolare. Customer care molto gentile e disponibile. Si era persa la richiesta di una culla aggiuntiva, ma hanno provveduto molto celermente a portarcela.

- Edoardo (7/5): Da migliorare - Ottima posizione centrale situata vicino a due fermate metro, check-in facile e veloce, struttura pulita, letto comodo, staff disponibile. I punti su cui migliorare: -odore sgradevole in camera proveniente dal bagno; -scaldabagno rumoroso durante la notte. Suggerisco di portarsi dei tappi per le orecchie se si ha difficoltà a dormire con i rumori. -installare delle zanzariere. Nonostante fosse novembre, le zanzare ci hanno disturbato il sonno ogni notte. Inoltre segnalo ai futuri ospiti che nonostante la cucina sia fornita di tutto, gli spazi sono molto ristretti ed è dunque quasi impossibile cucinare.
- Barnabás (10/5): - The accommodation is in an absolutely amazing location, and it's spacious and comfortable too. If I were to return to Naples, I would definitely book this place again. This is just my personal opinion and not a reflection on the accommodation itself, but I find that mattresses in Italy tend to be very soft. Still, this didn't take away from the value of our stay.

Posizione: Comodissima per visitare la zona e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. L'isolamento acustico non è dei migliori. Le mura sembrano essere molto sottili e si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni dei vicini, anche se parlavano a un tono di voce normale.
- Cristina (5/5): - la posizione è centrale,il palazzo ottimo con portiere gentilissimo e ascensore. il servizio purtroppo non è stato dei migliori, in 4 giorni non ho ricevuto assistenza sul cambio biancheria se non previo pagamento, la pulizia lasciava un pò a desiderare, la camera era piccola con fornellino adattato in uno spazio ristretto vicino ad un lavabo che perdeva acqua sul pavimento. Avevo richiesto una culla in fase di prenotazione che non ho mai ricevuto non a caso la bambina dormendo mi è anche caduta dal letto una notte. Il bagno non ha un sistema di areazione e la ventola è molto rumorosa soprattutto di notte quando i rumori sono ridotti al minimo, lo scarico non funzionava bene ed inoltre ci stava un odore brutto quando si apriva l'acqua, fatto anche presente alla direzione che voleva mandare assistenza ma con i tempi della bambina non siamo riusciti a trovare un accordo.

- Iwona (8/5): - Kolejny raz wybrałam ten obiekt, ze względu na położenie. Niestety tym razem dostaliśmy nieduży pokój, już dość zużyty, co widać było po meblach i elementach w łazience. Zgłaszałam problem odgłosów, jakie wydawała instalacja wodno- kanalizacyjna, bo każdym spuszczaniu wody rury wyły, dosłownie, ale nikt nam nie zaproponował innego pokoju, a nie widać było dużego obłożenia w tym czasie. Trochę to przesłoniło nam ten pobyt. Zdjęcia na booking pokazywały inne pokoje i byłam pewna, że dostaniemy właśnie taki. Cóż, na szczęście punkt jest znakomity, więc warto chociażby dlatego. Ściany cienkie, słychać było sąsiadów do późnej nocy.

Il palazzo ha l’ascensore e un simpatico portinaio che ti darà il buongiorno tutte le mattine. Inoltre appena sotto l’appartamento é presente un buonissimo ristorantino, comodo se si è stanchi la sera 😉. Godetevi Napoli!
