• Kim (8/5): Stay at Vico Street - We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Naples. The room was very spacious, more than enough for our two big luggages to stay open the whole time, and we could still move around comfortably. Francesca was very accommodating and always replied quickly to our requests. She even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout since we planned to pick it up before the next guests arrived, which was very helpful. The place was clean and complete with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials we needed. The location is also excellent, very close to Via dei Tribunali, which is a lively tourist street, but once you enter Via Atri, it becomes much quieter, so we were able to rest well without any issues. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Naples. The only minor downside was that the door always hits the floor when opening, which causes a squeaking sound. We occasionally came back late at night and felt conscious that we might disturb the neighbors because of the noise. Also, the amber lighting adds personality and gives the place a cozy feel, but it made it a bit difficult to find things at times, especially at night.

• John (6/5): Lokatie heel goed en appartement eenvoudig maar voldoet ook prima - locatie in het oude centrum in een zijstraat en daardoor wat rustiger. Lekkage aan de gootsteen gemeld via sms en is gelijk opgepakt en hersteld. We mochten ook eerder onze koffers in het appartement achterlaten ondanks dat we heel vroeg aankwamen. Was leuk geweest om persoonlijk kennis te maken met Francesca. In het begin hadden we problemen met de toegang tot het appartement. Sleutel werkte niet goed. Er zaten 2 sloten op en bovendien was de tip om de sleutel rechtsom te draaien ipv het gebruikelijke linksom. Uiteindelijk telefonische gelukt via Francesca

Manque d’équipement - Situation - Décoration - Lit - Table ronde à capsules - Wifi - TV - 1er étage Équipement cuisine inexistant et sale (avons acheté et laissé une cafetière - 1 seule petite tasse à café). Bruits de rue. Fuite du lavabo (inondation) et parfois blocage de la chasse d’eau.
• laia (7/5): - La ubicació. Realment està molt cèntric, aprop dels carrers principals i a prop de dues parades de metro. Per estades curtes està bé. L'amfitrió va respondre en tot moment. L'apartament no fa justicia a les fotos. a l'anunci les fotos surten molt maques i amb decoració i molta llum, i quan entres no és ben be així. És més fosc. Els estris de cuina estan molt deixats. Les paelles velles i desgastades, i la cafetera moka individual tot i l'apartament se de dos. Una torradora aniria bé.

• Cristiano (10/5): Bella napoli - Posizione perfetta ,silenziosa,ottima per una coppia. La pulizia della cucina non era impeccabile ,anche se non l ho mai usata perché a napoli devi mangiare fuori in compagnia per vivere l atmosfera .

• Elena (8/5): - Vicinissimo al centro ma non abbastanza da esserne disturbati. C'è anche un cucinino per consumare dei pasti in stanza anche se non ne ho usufruito. Forse migliorerei l'illuminazione, ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

• Janek (4/5): Wir hätten uns für diesen Preis wesentlich mehr erhofft - das kann kein Standard sein. - Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief ausgezeichnet – sie antwortete stets sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders angenehm war, dass zur Hälfte des Aufenthalts ganz ohne Nachfrage die Handtücher gewechselt und die Unterkunft gereinigt wurde. Die Lage ist ideal: mitten in der Altstadt, sodass man den Hafen oder den Bahnhof in nur etwa 20 Minuten erreicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem, dass die Klimaanlage einwandfrei funktioniert. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Pfeffer, Öl oder Gewürze. Zudem gab es keinen sauberen Schwamm – auch nicht nach Nachfrage –, kein Geschirrhandtuch und das vorhandene Geschirr war unsauber. Die Küchenausstattung insgesamt war mangelhaft: passende Deckel für Pfannen und Töpfe fehlten ebenso wie ein Schäler oder ein gutes Brotmesser. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, der Boden war sehr dreckig und das Badezimmer roch unangenehm. Pflegeprodukte waren bis auf einfache Seife nicht vorhanden. Generell wirkte die Unterkunft eher dunkel, besonders im Küchenbereich wäre mehr Helligkeit wünschenswert. Auf den Bildern wäre es außerdem hilfreich, klarer darzustellen, welches Foto zu welchem Apartment gehört. All diese Punkte führten leider zu einem gewissen Unwohlsein. Zusätzlich bereitete das klemmende Schloss am Tor zum Innenhof Sorgen, da man ständig befürchten musste, den Schlüssel abzubrechen. Generelle Infos: Die Umgebung erwies sich als sehr laut, da von früh bis spät zahlreiche Rollerfahrer vorbeifuhren. Auch das Haus selbst war hellhörig, insbesondere zum Flur hin. In der Dusche wechselte die Wassertemperatur teilweise sehr schnell zwischen heiß und kalt, was unangenehm war. Zudem gibt es in der Küche keine Dunstabzugshaube, sodass man beim Kochen oder Braten den Feuermelder abnehmen musste.

• Stefan (10/5): Sehr nette gastgeberin und eine superzentrale lage mit guter Ausstattung - Eine tolle lage, ganz zentral, im innenhof konnte man sicher den roller abstellen,, alles war gesichert mit schlössern und grossen toren... Im apartment eine super klimaanlage in beiden räumen... Außer den eine kleine mokka und Espresso pulver und Zucker vorhanden.... Seife shampoo und duschgel vorhanden.... Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und schöne Bilder.... Tolle Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten zum schlafen... Und ganz ruhig im Haus.. Und eine nette Nachbarschaft.... Wir würden unbedingt wiederkommen.... Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden...
• Sam (9/5): Super fijn, mooi, ruim & perfecte locatie! - De plek van de accommodatie is werkelijk perfect. Midden in het centrum en de beste eet plekjes om de hoek! Er was een grote badkamer en een heerlijke bank. Je kon de deuren openen en dan had je heerlijk uitzicht over de straat. Het slot was soms lastig te openen maar dat was iets heel kleins!
• Sara (8/5): Very good - For 2 people that were traveling, the house was suitable for us. The house stays cold during that hot summer. Even if it is not cool enough, the air conditioner was working perfectly. Whenever we wanted to eat something, everything was close by. Most of the time, we were outside, so we didn't use most of the appliances in the house. The fact that I didn't get reception on the house and the internet was weak on the bedroom. You basically had to stay in the kitchen if you want internet or keep the windows open for a tiny bit of reception.
• Portucale (7/5): Perfect Location, Nice Appartment - Perfect location in the middle of Centro Storico area. Within easy walking distance from the metro. Plenty shops and places to eat on the doorstep. Our host suggested a great place nearby for pizza, it was very good, and prices were reasonable. The apartment itself was clean and set of stairs up. The kitchen was ok. I would have expected there to have been at least the basics such as salt, pepper and olive oil available in a self-catering apartment. There were no napkins or kitchen roll, so we had to buy some. We were asked by the host if we needed anything a few days into our stay which was appreciated. And she did supply us with toilet roll and a kitchen towel. We are regular travellers, and, in our opinion, we would return to this apartment if there were small changed made. For example, more hangers in the wardrobe, A larger chest of drawers or shelving to store our clothes. A mirror at the dressing table with a good light would be ideal as the apartment was a little dark. The bedding was clean enough, but the quilt did have some stains which was a little off putting. We did have an issue with the air con but when we contacted the host they acted quickly and resolved the problem The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on as you can feel every part of the bed frame underneath you. The electrics in the apartment need to be checked as the socket at the side of the sofa was making crackling noises when we were charging the phone, and the kettle would go on itself when plugged into the socket behind the microwave. Quite concerning. Overall, With some minor changes, this is a great little place to stay.

• Adrian (8/5): Great, right at the center and walking distance. very warm weather in June. - The location is excellent in the old historical center. Not far from one of the metro stations. Nothing in specific maybe more internal light is required.

Well equipped kitchen. Good property for price and location. No real balcony, just a french window. Its actually a studio, not apartment.

• Eva (8/5): Very good - The host was very responsive and friendly, he came to give us the keys exactly as we arranged. The accommodation was very clean and quite comfortable. The location is ok but very noisy, even at night. But whole Naples is noisy so you just gotta accept that :-) My only problem was the wifi. It didn't reach anywhere except near the entrance door and there is NO phone reception inside the apartment (unless you hold your phone outside of the window), so I was stuck having to use my phone only while sitting near the front door. I couldn't use my phone in bed or even on the sofa. It made the stay a bit unpleasant. The kitchen kettle is broken and it doesn't stop heating up once the water is boiled, so there is a danger of fire.
