• Géraldine (8/5): Bel emplacement et spacieux - Emplacement super pour aller visiter Naples à pied ou en transport en bus. Nous avons pu garer la voiture dans la rue, et il y a un parking juste derrière sinon. Immeuble de standing, avec gardien aidant. Plutôt spacieux. Très bien en famille. La douche trop basse de plafond pour mon grand mari. La cafetière n'a pas voulu nous donner un bon café. Ne sais-t-on pas faire à l'italienne ? Manque du thé et du chocolat poudre, et huile vinaigre, sel sur place pour quelques jours.
• Annie (6/5): - Le propriétaire très gentil et aidant. Bien situé et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Les équipements sont désuets et besoin d’amour (chaudrons et poêlons), il n’avait pas de poignée, je me suis brûlée. Les lieux auraient besoin d’un grand ménage dans toutes les pièces (beaucoup de poussières)
• Cintia (7/5): Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole, buona posizione e check-in semplice, anche se la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. - Il check-in è stato molto comodo: il sistema self-service per il ritiro delle chiavi nello stesso edificio ha funzionato perfettamente. Anche la comunicazione con il proprietario è stata semplice e veloce. La posizione è buona, facilmente raggiungibile e ben collegata. Un altro aspetto positivo è la presenza di un portiere all’ingresso del palazzo, che offre una sensazione di sicurezza e praticità. Abbiamo inoltre pagato €120 a notte, mentre attualmente lo stesso appartamento costa circa €150 a notte — quindi un prezzo più conveniente del 20%. L’alloggio si trova in un cortile interno, quindi è più tranquillo rispetto agli appartamenti che danno direttamente sulla strada. Purtroppo l’appartamento non era sufficientemente pulito. In bagno c’erano capelli, il doccino aveva tracce di muffa e il soffitto, molto basso, rende lo spazio piuttosto scomodo. Anche i cuscini del divano erano visibilmente sporchi e sotto il letto si vede che non si pulisce da tempo. Avevo segnalato al proprietario la scarsa pulizia e mi ha detto che avrebbe parlato con l’impresa, ma leggendo altre recensioni sembra che questo problema sia già stato menzionato in passato. Per questo motivo credo che non si tratti tanto della ditta di pulizie, quanto di una mancanza di attenzione generale nella manutenzione dell’appartamento. La vista è solo sul cortile interno, quindi l’ambiente risulta un po’ chiuso. Inoltre, la porta d’ingresso non dà sicurezza: la serratura è complicata da usare e sembra che la porta non si chiuda completamente.

• MioMik72 (6/5): Vacanze con amici - Il letto comodo e la camera era fresca e il signor Christian molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento trascurato, molte cose rotte, dal pavimento alle cornici e nel bagno. Piuttosto sporco soprattutto nei cassetti della cucina. Le foto non rispecchiano molto ciò che si trova. Due bagni è un parolone, uno è basso, l'altro è un water con la doccia sopra la testa e l'acqua esce dalla porta,in cucina perciò non usato per lavarsi. Essendo in sei persone è un disagio.

• Licandro (5/5): Naples is great but choose your place to stay carefully. - Nothing. Neither the area, not the building nor the apartment matched the expectations as described and seen in the photos uploaded. Host was very communicative and place was clean but that's it. Area is very dirty and far from the center. You need to pay (10 cents) to get the elevator going up to the 3rd floor. Apartment as described did not match the reality. Ceiling of bathroom/shower is so low that my son that is not a giant (5.8) would have to bend to shower. Definitely for the price asked, there are much better options in the center of the city. We ended up renting 2 rooms in an hotel next to Piazza Dante and cost us just 40% more but with breakfast included.
