• Jose (10/5): - Apartamento muy elegante y limpio. Excelente recibimiento. La sala de compartir muy acogedora. Sistema de seguridad interno muy bien. La ubicación frente a la estación y los puntos de encuentros de los tours fue excelente. En la entrada del edificio hay vendedores de la calle y deambulantes . Al principio nos preocupo la seguridad pero nadie intervino con nosotros.

Troppa confusione fino a tarda notte e prime ore dell’alba. Acqua che veniva giù male dai rubinetti per mancanza di manutenzione.

• alexandra (9/5): - Apartamento muito central, junto à Estação Central, perto de tudo . Apartamento muito limpo e moderno, com uma decoração muito "clean ". Roupa de cama e toalhas extremamente limpas . Camas confortáveis. Mini cozinha que dá para umas refeições básicas mas muito úteis para um final de dia. Podemos deixar a bagagem após o check out, que para nós foi excelente. Ficaria novamente nestes apartamentos. O frigorífico faz bastante barulho e para quem tem o sono leve pode ser um problema.

• Cenci (9/5): - Appartamento recente, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, con 2 bagni (cosa molto utile viaggiando con moglie e 2 figlie femmine...). A 2 passi dalla stazione centrale La zona della stazione è popolata da individui poco raccomandabili che, soprattutto nelle ore serali e notturne, creano qualche disagio.

• Monica (9/5): - Megkeresésre a személyzet gyorsan és hatékonyan reagál. Kiváló az elhelyezkedés: 5 percre a központi pályaudvartól. A 2 db. külön mosdó és WC helység reggelente nagyon praktikus tud lenni. Tetszett a konyha felszereltsége és a szelektív kuka: papír, műanyag, üveg, rothadó és vegyes szemét gyűjtési lehetőség külön. Az ágynemű foltossága, - ki volt mosva, de kellemetlen látvány. Egy olló jól jönne, ahogyan egy lapát meg egy parfis is. Egy hetet voltunk a szálláson, eközben egyszer vitték ki a szemetet és bevetették az ágyat, egyebet nem tettek; peldául nem söpörtek fel, nekünk meg nem volt mivel; papírral törölgetni a padlót nem volt túl hatékony.
• Magatte (10/5): Excellent - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’établissement ainsi que l’agencement de l’appartement, qui est très spacieux, moderne et parfaitement entretenu. La sécurité est également un point fort, avec plusieurs portes d’accès. La localisation est idéale : l’appartement se trouve juste à côté de la gare de Naples et du métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement vers les principaux centres d’intérêt de la ville et même de se rendre à Pompéi. En face de l’appartement, il y a également un food court avec plusieurs restaurants, ce qui est très pratique. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très gentille et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. Le seul point que nous avons un peu moins apprécié est le quartier de la gare qui, comme dans beaucoup de villes et de pays, peut avoir certains côtés moins agréables.

• Oxana (7/5): - Beautifully arranged, close to the train station. The second bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the small bathroom didn’t have hot water. The heating not fixed, so we had to stay two nights without it. The check-in instructions were quite long and detailed, which made the process a bit annoying. It would be more convenient if all fees (like city tax and late checkout) were included in the total price. Also, some of the information on the Booking page differed slightly from what the host provided. Finally, the area around the apartment felt a bit unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people and general crowding.

• Marina (10/5): Belli e comodi appartamenti di fronte alla stazione centrale - Abbiamo utilizzato quattro appartamenti, uno da 4 con due camere, due bagni e cucina condivisa e due da due persone. Gli appartamenti sono tutti accoglienti, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort, compresi dei kit di accoglienza per la cucina molto apprezzati e utili. Al terzo giorno ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Lo staff é stato disponibilissimo ad ogni nostra richiesta. Risponde immediatamente ai messaggi inviati con gentilezza e professionalità. Calorosa l’accoglienza in perfetto stile partenopeo. La zona, criticata in varie recensioni, in realtà non é diversa da tutte quelle prospicienti stazioni ferroviarie di altre città ed è invece comodissima per muoversi all’interno di Napoli e le altre attrazioni turistiche (Pompei, Ercolano ecc.). Insomma consiglio caldamente questa location Niente
• RITA (10/5): per il gestore: 10 Lode per l'Assistenza e disponibilità. - La colazione non era compresa ma, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il kit di benvenuto: the, cialde per il caffè, biscottini e acqua. Tengo a precisare che la cucina era attrezzata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, forno a microonde, tosta pane,bollitore ecc.... Tengo a Precisare che: l'appartamento era dotato di ogni confort perfettamente pulito e, in ordine. Lenzuola e asciugamani in 9 giorni di permanenza sostituiti 2 volte. Posizione eccellente e strategica, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, pulman, taxi, metro, ristoranti e supermercati. Nonostante la zona molto popolata da extra comunitari, molto protetta e sicura in quanto, presenti presidi di polizia e esercito. Riepilogando: il mio giudizio definitivo 10 e lode, e nel caso in cui dovessi tornare a Napoli sarà l'unico mio punto di appoggio. LO CONSIGLIO!!!!

Purtroppo c'è stato un problema con l'odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno causato dal vento e pioggia di questi giorni. Consiglierei di aggiungere una forbice e un cavatappi ritenuti indispensabili.

• Anca (10/5): Sejur scurt, dar plăcut! - Apartamentul în sine, foarte bine dotat și curat iar faptul că avea două băi ne-a ajutat foarte mult, noi fiind 4 persoane. Ca o bilă albă a fost și faptul că era foarte aproape de Gara Napoli centrale și de punctele de întâlnire pentru excursiile către Vesuviu, Pompei , Coasta Amalfi. Proprietara foarte amabilă, ne-a dat multe indicații pentru obiective turistice, restaurante. Accesul în clădire foarte bine explicat, și foarte bine securizat. Peste drum de cazare era un Food Hall, unde am mâncat foarte bine.Toast House a fost favoritul nostru. Când ar fi să revenim in Napoli, am realege această cazare. Ce nu ne-a plăcut nu ține de apartament în sine ci de zonă, care era foarte aglomerată.

El que tenga 2 baños y nos dejaron agua en la heladera y capsules de café y galletitas. La atención rápida por el WhatsApp y amabilidad de la señora que nos atendió. Lo mejor fueron que tenga 2 baños y sólo cruzar y ya está la estación de tren. En la cercanía de la entrada del edificio hay mucha suciedad de noche y a veces hay borrachos enfrente pero no nos pasó nada gracias a Dios. Creo que la suciedad la dejan los vendedores ambulantes.

The location was decent—within walking distance of the Napoli centrale train station and nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, which made it convenient for getting around. Overall, we very were satisfied with our experience and would consider staying here again. We highly recommend this place The remote control in our room wasn’t working properly, even after we asked and changed the batteries, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while the location is decent and close to the train station and shops, it may not be ideal for party-goers or those who enjoy staying out late, as the area is relatively weird at night. Despite these minor issues, we were generally satisfied with our experience.
• Puran (5/5): Uncomfortable and hot! - To begin with the location — while it's conveniently close to Naples Central Station, you'll still need to book a taxi if you have an early flight to catch. On a positive note, the host was nice and kind. Also they did accommodate our request for an early check-in, which we appreciated. The air conditioning was not working at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable. We reported the issue to the staff, but they showed no initiative in resolving the problem. On top of that, the room was poorly lit, adding to the inconvenience. We also contacted Booking.com, but no action was taken. Due to the lack of basic amenities and complete disregard for our complaints, we were unable to sleep and luckily we had early flight so we vacated the room as early as possible

• Partridge (10/5): Spacious quiet 2nd floor flat right next to Napoli Centrale Station - Loved this flat - large and ultra clean the two bathrooms were very helpful for our family of 3 adults. Little kitchen area with hob and fridge suited our needs and helped us keep costs down. Owner was very kind especially with pointing us towards luggage storage options. Lovely supermarket 2 mins away (turn left out of apartment, walk 3 minutes and it’s across the road); fantastic and well reviewed basic pizzeria opposite the supermarket. Apartment very handy for train station to catch Circumvesuviana to Herculaneum and Pompeii, and Metro to Archeological museum. Would be delighted to stay there again next time we’re in Naples! There was a small lift which seemed to require 20 cents to move - didn’t manage to work it but didn’t need to - speak with owner if you do as they are super helpful. Area is OK although we weren’t out late. We actively wanted to stay close to Naples Central Station as we were arriving and leaving by train and wanted to take the train to Pompeii during our stay - so this place was perfect. The area was better than we were expecting, and presence of lots of different security people (e.g. local police wandering around, station security, traffic police etc.) plus plenty of regular city citizens going about their business did help the area feel safer. Security of the apartment block and of the flat was excellent.

Since it was in front of the station slightly sketchy but the apartment is completely secured.
