• Valentina (9/5): - Posizione ottima , vicino al centro, alle fermate della metro. La comodità di avere due bagni (il più piccolo senza bidè), due poggioli. Trovare la macchinetta del caffè ma nemmeno una cialda. Le mancanza di un microonde.

• Dilyan (9/5): - We truly enjoyed our stay at Pino’s apartment. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of Naples, close to shops, restaurants, historic sites, and metro stations. Everything was within walking distance, which made our trip very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well organized. It had all the essential amenities, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a quiet atmosphere despite being in the city center. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Pino was very kind and helpful. He responded quickly to messages and gave clear instructions, which made everything stress-free. His hospitality really added to the positive experience. If you want to stay in a central, clean, and comfortable place with a reliable host, this is a great option.

• Nikolett (10/5): Absolutely recommended place to stay - The apartment is great from a price-value perspective. It is located in the heart of the Spanish quarter and is near everything, also the train station Garibaldi is very easy to reach via metro line 1. We could sleep very well , felt safe there, the apartement was well equipped and it was very clean too. Pino, the owner is very nice & helpful and gave great recommendations. After spending 2 days discovering Naples, i’d still book this apartment if i ever came back. Thanks Pino for all! Couldnt mention anything we didnt like
• Cristian (10/5): Tutto molto bello - Struttura molto valida, appartamento completamente rinnovato tra i vicoli dei quartieri spagnoli, posizione perfetta a 30 secondi da Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito e Via Chiaia. Solo lati positivi, dalla comunicazione con l'host che dispensa consigli e attenzioni, alla presenza nell'appartamento di due bagni, cucina, due terrazzi. Tutto nelle vicinanze, un mini market di fronte, valide pizzerie, trattorie, un bar nella piazzetta sotto. Tutto molto bello per vivere al meglio questa magnifica città

• MATTEO (9/5): Appartamento carino vicino Piazza plebiscito - L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, vicino a Piazza plebiscito, è molto carino e tenuto bene, grande plus sono i due bagni presenti. L'host è stato gentilissimo e super prodigo di buoni consigli e posti da visitare. La consegna delle chiavi è stata semplice, il letto è comodo e ci siamo trovati molto bene Onestamente per quello che serviva a noi non possiamo esprimere un parere negativo, ci siamo trovati solo molto bene, un saluto a Pino per la gentilezza

• Mühlbauer (10/5): Ruheoase mitten im Leben - 2 Badezimmer und 2 Balkone, welche für die neapolitanischen Standards groß waren. 2 Klimaanlagen, Ausrüstung zum selbst kochen und ein großer Kühlschrank inklusive seperaten Gefrierfach. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, mitten im belebten Spanischen Viertel. Im Zimmer Ruhe, kühle und Entspannung. Bei Verlassen des Hauses den aufregenden Alltag der Neapolitaner. Überall Menschen, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Mopeds - und das ist ein deutlicher Pluspunkt für jene, die eine süditalienische Atmosphäre suchen. Der Host (Kontakt nur per WhatsApp) war äußerst entgegenkommen, hat uns früher das Gepäck in die Wohnung legen lassen und nach dem Auschecken das Gepäck weiter für uns aufbewahrt. Weiters hat er uns eine Liste mit Restaurants und wichtigen Punkten in der Stadt geschickt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen!

• Eduard (9/5): Great short trip to great city. - Great location, clean and new furniture. Very helpful owner with fast communication and useful tips concerning activities and restaurants. Some usual city noise at night but expected for such location.No big issue.
• Lynne (8/5): Very good - Property was clean, modern and spacious. It has two bathrooms (both with large showers) and two balconies. Pino was available to ask questions of and went out of his way to find out an answer to my question about an event in Naples that he didn’t know the answer to. Staircase would be a bit challenging if someone had mobility issues, however Pino met us at the property and was kind enough to carry our suitcases up for us, when we arrived. We were given one set of keys and there was no safe key box, which meant the two of us couldn’t come and go as we pleased at times when we parted ways to do our own things.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really well located in the bustle of Napoli's narrow streets. It was extremely clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and the showers worked well. Soap and shampoo were provided. Pino was very good at communicating with us and provided lots of recommendations about where to visit. I would definitely stay here again. It was quite noisy at night, but that's to be expected when you stay in a big city. There were no knives in the kitchen, but as we ate out all the time that didn't matter.
• Daniela (10/5): Great location, great experience, on a trip where work was combined with tourism - The location is very close to the main tourist attractions, a few minutes' walk from the Toledo metro station, Linea 1, to Garibaldi Central Station or to the Museo. The area is noisy, very crowded at times, but you can feel the real Neapolitan life. A lot of shops and terraces nearby. The apartment is well soundproofed, the two bathrooms are very nice and the kitchenette is well equipped. Pino was a great host, he sent us many recommendations about restaurants, tourist attractions and helped us with travel directions to different places around. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay for our 10 days trip to Naples! Thank you, Pino!

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable clean and in a good location. Unfortunately the owner did leave a bad taste. We had a terrible trip to Naples cancellations lost luggage and had to stay unplanned in Germany for two days. A family member kindly was in Naples and brought us urgent supplies on arrival and left half an hour later. The owner accused us of having a third guest and demanded money in midst of me having a back and forth with airlines regarding luggage. It was unfounded unprecedented and really made the rest of the trip tense. He has a camera which he tracks you on outside the flat. Don’t have visitors or he’ll assume the worst.

• Antony (9/5): A great experience in an amazing city - We were welcomed to the apartment which was spotlessly clean, by the host Pino. He gave us maps, suggestions about travel, eating out, places of interest etc. During the whole stay, he was available by Watsap at any time to answer questions or give further information about the city. A very helpful host. Free Wi-Fi with excellent reception and 2 bathrooms! The area is very interesting, noisy outside, truly alive in every sense and breathtakingly different from our Central Scottish environment. The fairly steep stair to the first floor might be challenging for visitors with limited mobility, as was the very stiff, heavy door from the street. A wonderful experience, but perhaps not for the faint-hearted. We, as a couple in our late 70’s and an 80 year old, had a great time! Tony Too much rain (but it was mid-November) and a bit less noise (only on Saturday might).
• Zsuzsa (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, close to the stop of the airport bus and in the middle of the authentic Spanish Quarter. The district is very lively and vibrant but we could sleep well at all nights. The apartment is clean, cosy, stylish and well-equipped. We have two bathrooms and two balconies. Pino was a great host, kind, helpful and caring, he was always available. He gave us advice on where to eat and what to visit. And thanks for your help to get football match tickets :-) We could leave our baggage at the apartment until we had to start to the airport. All our stay was a very good experience! -
• Padraig (9/5): Great location and having two bathrooms is perfect for couples - The two bathrooms are great to have and two balconies if you need to hang clothes. Very central to main street in the area. Can be a bit loud outside, but I think that is the same wherever you stay and is part of the charm of Napoli. Didn't use the kitchen so can't comment on that.
• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Pino was a great host- he arranged to collect us from the airport and did so even though our flight was delayed and landed after midnight. The location is great- a busy, safe place and near to the historical area and Plaza Plebiscito etc. Pino gave advice on where to eat and what to visit. The apartment has everything you would need.
