• Alice (9/5): La consiglio per soggiornare brevemente e per godersi Napoli a pieno. Per arrivarci con i mezzi c'è della strada da - Posizione ottima per visitare, mangiare e godersi la città. In cucina c'era già qualcosa da bere e mangiare per la colazione e farsi il caffè, cosa molto apprezzata. C'erano vari tipi di asciugamani con vari dimensioni per lavarsi. Ci hanno anche custodito le valige sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. Risposta rapida ai messaggi da parte del proprietario quando avevamo bisogno. Casa molto fredda, se soffrite il freddo è un problema, soprattutto in bagno e in cucina dove non c'è il condizionatore di aria calda, ci sono comunque delle stufette per scaldare. Il letto é in realtà l'unione di due letti singoli attaccati come fosse matrimoniale, un po scomodo. Di fianco al letto non ci sono prese per caricare il telefono, l'unica presa è dietro alla testata un po' rattoppata.

Le petit déjeuner un peu sommaire, pourrait être amélioré (pain ou viennoiseries ou pâtisseries fraiches, yaourts et fruits).
• Francisca (6/5): - Lo mejor la ubicación, al ser una zona del centro es muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Poco ruidoso El desayuno es muy simple. La cama dura y las almohadas muy delgadas. El baño es muy pequeño y los accesorios deteriorados (soporte de ducha y de papel) No hay repuesto ni de toallas, ni ropa de cama. El area de cocina no dispone de microondas, ni paños secamanos. En general falta de mantenimiento y limpieza deficiente.

• Kelley (10/5): A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Central Naples - This One is a Winner! - This is a gem in the heart of the historic district of Napoli. My host couldn't have been more helpful, kind, and gracious in every way! Breakfast is lovely; the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook yourself. Quiet at night which is a bonus for Napoli and the bed is divine! This is a winner!!!! No improvements to this one! It's stellar!

La stanza è dotata di cucina con forno e frigorifero, e c'è tutto l'occorrente per fare caffè, tè o tisane. Per me che sono alto 194 cm il letto era purtroppo un po' limitante in quanto vi era una struttura in metallo che lo circondava (alla testa e ai piedi). Ho comunque dormito abbastanza bene grazie al silenzio che c'era nel condominio

Nel bagno trovato il fhon con diffusore, eccellente. Spugne da bagno morbide. Wi-fi eccellente. Sicuramente un appartamento da tenere in considerazione. Passato il portone ci sono due rampe di scale da fare. Al nostro arrivo casa molto fredda.Il condizionatore anche acceso non riscaldava.Utilizzato le stufette . Colazione mediocre,potrebbe fare di più.Un consiglio ,utilizzare d'inverno dei tappeti. Sistemare il soffitto della camera da letto,dato che c'è una infiltrazione d'acqua dal terrazzo sopra.
• Eva (8/5): - Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation am besten schriftlich, sofern man kein Italienisch kann. Wir waren zu dritt dort, was gut funktioniert hat. Das Bad war groß genug, die Küche für 2 Personen auch, zu dritt frühstücken ist eher schwierig. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

• Marion (8/5): - Die Lage war wirklich gut und es war vergleichsweise leise. Das Apartment ist insgesamt sympathisch, alles (Dusche etc.) funktioniert gut. Wenn man kochen will, wird es schwierig. Es gibt keinen Deckel zu den Töpfen und ganz einfache Dinge wie ein vernünftiges Küchenmesser und ein Schneidebrett fehlen.

• Ruth (8/5): Ein schickes Apartment im Kellergewölbe - Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral in der Altstadt in einem Hinterhof und das Zimmer ist in einer Art Kellergewölbe. Es ist alles einfach eingerichtet und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Der Check-in verlief problemlos über eine PIN und Schlüsselbox auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für zwei Personen nur Öl Salz und Pfeffer gibt es nicht, was für mich jetzt zum Standard gehören würde. Aber Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck war alles da. Das Frühstück ist standardmäßig für Italien verpackter Zwieback Marmelade Nutella Hörnchen und Süßgebäck. Wäre super wenn mal neue Matratzen angeschafft und die Fensterläden repariert werden.

• smc1806 (8/5): - Salvatore ist ein Schatz!! Ein ganz toller Mensch, der uns im Getümmel Neapels abgeholt hat als wir mit dem Auto nicht weiter kamen. Zentraler kann man eigentlich nicht wohnen. Ganz fantastische Lage. Das Bad ist sehr klein und wie der Rest der Wohnung etwas "improvisiert". Nicht schlimm, passt zur Stadt, muss man vorher nur wissen.

Pozytywne było to, że był opiekacz i ser tostowy, aby zrobić sobie cokolwiek na słono. Oczywiście nieograniczony w zasadzie dostęp do ciasteczek i kawy espresso. W sumie to nie było takich szczególnych rzeczy. Jedyna sprawa to przeciekała kabina prysznicowa i trzeba było wycierać podłogę z dość dużej ilości wody po każdej kąpieli. Wszystko było super.

• Jimmy (3/5): Avoid - You can hardly get a better location in the city. Air conditioning is crucial and it worked perfectly. The apartment is bigger than the pictures suggest. The balcony is small and without a view, but a nice luxury nonetheless. The owner tried to scam us out of more money twice before we even got the keys. The wifi did not work. The shower didn't drain properly. The breakfast was awful.
• Olli (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect: a quiet, narrow street maybe 150 metres from Via dei Tribunali with its restaurants, cafés and other attractions. The National Archaeological Museum is within walking distance, and the it's less than 10 minutes of walking to the nearest metro stations (Dante and Museo). A minimarket is opposite the apartment and a proper supermarket near the Dante square / metro station. The host is very helpful, though there was a little language barrier (he speaks only Italian). The breakfast is very basic (toast, butter, cheese, jam, coffee / tea) and you prepare it yourself. That was no problem for us. We spent there seven days and nights, so it started to be a little dirty by the end of the week. The apartment was also a bit cold, but the extra heaters helped a lot.
• Stuart (10/5): Amazing location, spacious and quiet apartment despite being in very buzzy location, great host - We really enjoyed our stay here, the room is very spacious in an very handy location just a few minutes away from the very buzzy streets of Tribunali and Spaccanapoli in the Decumani part of Naples old city centre, amazing location but still not noisy in the flat (in a very old but characterful building like everything in the area). The bed was sooo comfortable, and the space was impressive and very clean. Salvatore was a very attentive host - while he doesn't speak English and we don't speak Italian, we used Google Translate for our texts to communicate our needs. The door was initially very hard to close with the key, but he sent over a staff member to oil the lock and that fixed it. Also let us leave our luggage after checking out, which we really appreciated. No complaints, we had a great stay for the reasons above.

Breakfast items were provided. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historical centre, within 100m from great restaurants and some key sights to see in Naples. It's a 10min walk to the metro, so very easy to get around. Nothing. My stay was perfect!

Quite good value for what we paid in a central area. The kitchen is small & could do with updating, especially the chair which is too close to the steps & quite dangerous. The head room for tall people going down the stairs could do with a warning strip across.

• Helen (8/5): Perfect bolt-hole in heart of the city - Perfect little bolt-hole for two in the very heart of the old town. It is in a pedestrianised street so quite quiet despite being two steps from bars, restaurants and major sights. Our host was friendly and helpful, though we had to communicate through WhatsApp and Google Translate as he doesn't speak much English and we have no Italian. Tiny kitchen is very well equipped; comfy bed; nice shower and plenty of hot water. Some reviews mentioned the steep stairs - they are not that steep... The apartment is in a historic building, which has not been renovated for many years so looks pretty rough, but that's Naples for you, and part of the charm of the city.
• Kate (10/5): Adorable accommodation in central location - This accommodation is in a perfect location to reach most attractions, restaurants, bars etc. on foot. It’s tucked into a busy neighbourhood, but in a secure, private and quiet location. The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was very spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. The host (Salvatore) was very pleasant and responsive and offered great food suggestions and was happy to answer questions. Salvatore was most helpful in assisting me to getting to the port with luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t overly cold, but this was not an issue for me, but may be an issue for some who struggle with heat.

The building and apartment are rather old, shower cabin is not the most efficient.

Despite not being fluent in English, he is capable of assisting with any inquiries or concerns you may have. We utilized Google translate and everything worked out well. He had sent a message prior to our arrival, recommending numerous lovely places and even helped us arrange a taxi for our return journey. The kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast and the accommodation was impeccably clean.

Everything was clean and the owner Salvatore was very helpful with tips and available by whatsapp/phone for any questions. The small coffee machine made excellent coffee. Shower handle didnt hold well (but was still working). The balcony was tiny and there was no view.

• Antje (8/5): Convenient room for 3 people right in the city center - Nice spacious room with balcony in a backyard right in the center of the old town. Gives you a nice atmospheric feel of the city. Contact with the owner via WhatsApp and translator app (he wrote in Italian, I replied in English) was no problem. On our last day he drove us with our luggage to the train station because it was raining - very helpful. Guests should be aware that the room (located on the first floor) is reached by a steep and narrow stairway. Bathroom is very small (not a problem for us, but might be for others). Internet was a bit moody. There is a TV, but watching a football game was impossible; connection or reception was too bad, we didn't have a picture, although it was an Italian channel. Breakfast is not so much included, but rather "provided" - kitchen and fridge were stocked with some breakfast items. Guests should be aware of that. Cutlery and dishes were a bit scarce, but the owner provided two more coffee mugs after I asked for them.

The major stations/ferries weren't too far from the stay, a 15-minute walk to the central station and an 18min walk to the major port to take ferries. The host Salvatore is a very kind man, reached out on WhatsApp and provided detailed instructions for checking in.

• Szymon (8/5): I spent 3 days visiting major Naples sights and location of the apartment was perfect for that. - Quite, spacious and clean apartment in a great neighbourhood. Kitchen appliances to prepare something to eat and a coffee capsule machine. Close to many bars and restaurants. Intense smell of cleaning chemicals from the entrance up to bedroom. Mold on the wall in entrance corridor. Internet was slow and the tv provided only 2 channels in proper quality.

It had all the necessary facilities, including a sensational hairdryer and even an iron. :-) The location was great for people who enjoy going out a night. There were lots of really great restaurants in the immediate vicinity (one right next door, as a matter of cat). And we loved the breakfast goodies & the promptly supplied additional blanket. Owing to technical difficulties, we could not communicate via WhatsApp and finding the key box was a bit of an adventure. And it was quite impossible to get the temperature in the apartment to over 17-18 degrees centigrade, so if you come in winter, bring lots of sweaters and warm socks.
• Time (10/5): Large apartment in a great location with friendly hosts. - We booked to stay at Little House Camilla for a week and it was perfect for us. The apartment is quite big for the centre of a city and is in an excellent location, just a few steps from the famous Sorbillo pizza restaurant and all that Via dei Tribunali offers. It's up one floor, but the stairs are large and not steep, so ok for us and our 4 year old. The hosts were lovely and provided us with extra blankets when it got a little cold. The main bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed for our son was perfect. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to an issue with our flight, but Salvatore ordered an early morning taxi for us which was very helpful, thank you! Breakfast was provided and was plentiful and had different options. There are also so many places for eating close by and also small shops for stocking up on necessities. All in all, it's a great place to stay for a visit to Naples. Can't think of anything :)

• Christopher (10/5): Perfect location in the historic area - Location was perfect, the house had everything I needed and the host, Salvatore, was very helpful and communicative. I couldn’t get the hob to work but maybe I wasn’t pressing the correct buttons.
• Lawrence (10/5): Great little house - Very convenient to everything shopping and historical sights all are a short 5 minute walk . The owner was amazing and helped us by driving to the airport twice to retrieve the luggage . He also drove us to the ferries . He didn’t even want accept money for it . What a guy ! This is a cute little house in great location clean and cared for . A great place to stay when you are in Naples . Great value for money spent Nothing

(And the coffee 😍) Amazing location right in the historical centre. Very clean and perfect presentation. Super easy check in. I would have likes to stay longer!!
• Olga (9/5): Great stay! - "Barbie"? Naaah. "Oppenheimer"? Who needs to see it when you have a video that Salvatore sends you to explain how to enter the Little House. With no doubts, it should win an Oscar this year :D Little House Napoli is a perfect place to stay in the city. It's very centric but not loud at all, and it has everything that a traveler may need. You've got a nice, well-equipped kitchen with food for breakfast, a little bathroom and a spacious room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the property was clean, tidy and cozy. You can feel there as if you were visiting a friend. And Salvatore is just great!
• Adrifiori (10/5): Exceptional - Before arriving, we received an explanatory video from the host on how to enter the apartment so it was convenient and nice not to get into trouble with it. The unit is spacious and pleasant, it was clean and we didn't lack anything. Very nice host and excellent location.
• Ieva (9/5): Beautiful place to stay - Everything was really nice. Spacious apartament, very clean and nice interior. Big bathroom, kitchenette and small balcony. Best location-in the middle of old Town. Very helpful staff-gave us valuable information and was caring. Really comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Recommend! We chose brakfast included, but it wasn’t necessary-options was quite simple and you can get really delicious croissants or pastries everywhere around

• Evren (10/5): Exceptional - The location is at the heart of the historical center, and easily walkable to top attractions. Our host was very kind and helpful and we didn't have problem with a late night check in. The house is silent, clean, full of amenities and the breakfast offer was pretty good! Closest metro station is 500meters away and there's a small market on the next building. Everything was just perfectly balanced! Nothing at all!
• Auvopesonen (7/5): Couldn't be more inside the Centro Storico - Nice set of basic breakfast ingredients. Our host Salvatore was very friendly and dispite the lack of common language he fulfilled all our requests promptly. And the location: 10++++ ! A bit shabby, but hey, this is Naples... The location in the basement creates unpleasant humidity
• Johann (9/5): Little House with big heart - The little House was well located, close to via dei Tribunali (Pizza street). You could reach everything important in a few minutes, it was also quite (is located in a patio with a big wooden door). A neighbour played the Italian national anthem on the piano. The owner of the little House was very friendly, f. ex. drove us to the airport.

• Anonymous (10/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of Naples - Lot’s of space, nice kitchen, everything clean and comfortable. In the historical centre of the city, so good location. All in all it was a great stay! The only thing I’d mention is going up the stairs you have to really watch your head and I accidentally banged it once into the low ceiling (I’m only 5’6) - a little padding would be helpful! But it’s just a small detail, and it’s my fault I was rushing.
