• Mandy (6/5): - Die Terrasse ist das Highlight. Top. 👍🏻 Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Unterkunft ist recht dunkel (nur ein kleines Fenster) und nicht so gut durchlüftet. Im Sommer mag das günstig sein, im April war es etwas klamm. Die Einrichtung ist eher zweckmäßig.

• Milkovics (10/5): Es war die perfekte Unterkunft in dieser tollen Stadt mit dem besten Gastgeber der Welt! - Bruno - unser Gastgeber -ist einer dieser Menschen, die man nur selten im Leben trifft - eine herzliche und zuvorkommende Person - man könnte auch sagen eine Seele von einem Menschen. Die Dachterrasse liefert einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt Neapel und den Vesuv. Das tolle an dieser Unterkunft ist auch, dass es hier sehr ruhig und friedlich ist nachdem man den ganzen Tag in dieser pulsierenden Stadt verbrachte. Es ist wirklich perfekt. • Christèle (10/5): Je suis ravie et enchantée d’avoir séjourné chez Bruno. - Le propriétaire est super attentif aux besoins de ses hôtes, il nous a donné des indications de lieux à visiter. Très prévenant. Bruno m’a indiqué comment arriver sur le lieu de l’appartement, il est venu nous récupérer à la sortie du funiculaire et est très galant, il nous a aidé à porter nos valises. Il est super agréable et toujours souriant et disponible en cas de besoin. La vue de la terrasse sur le Vésuve est magnifique. Un séjour que je recommande vivement. J’ai vécu un séjour inoubliable et magnifique S’il faut indiquer un point de détail qui m’a un peu perturbé c’est jeLa chasse d’eau des toilettes est un peu compliqué à gérer
• Stephanie (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse! - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Neapel bei Bruno, der ein großartiger Gastgeber ist: immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und mit Tipps zu Restaurants und allen anderen Fragen, die wir hatten - er hat uns unseren Urlaub so auf jeden Fall schöner gemacht!ht haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist ideal gelegen, ruhig unterhalb der Straße, aber dennoch direkt am Rand des Zentrums und hat eine Wahnsinns-Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Vesuv. Die Altstadt ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Seilbahn (Station ca. 200 m entfernt) schnell erreichbar und die Wohnung so ein perfekt Startpunkt, um die Stadt bequem zu erkunden und abends noch in einer ruhigen Umgebung die Aussicht auf den Vesuv und die Lichter der Stadt genießen zu können. Für alle, die Neapel entspannt entdecken möchten, ist die Casa vacanze Maison Zio Bruno A' Scalinatella perfekt!

• Christoph (10/5): 👌👌👌 - Super Lage, etwas erhöht, in alltäglicher Umgebung. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse (geteilt) auf Vesuv, Altstadt, Hafen. Kann man die Morgensonne genießen und abends einen absacker nehmen. Viel Platz, sehr gute Matratze. Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Bruno kümmert sich um alles, war hilfreich bei der Anreise, half sogar mit dem Gepäck, gab wichtige Hinweise zum Umgang mit Taxifahrern. Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, ist aber trotzdem gut belüftet, auch mit eigener Klimaanlage

• Marc (10/5): Een onvergetelijk verblijf bij een fantastische host - Ons verblijf in het appartement van Bruno aan de C.so Vittorio Emanuele 544 was vanaf het allereerste contact een plezier. De communicatie vooraf verliep soepel en vriendelijk, waardoor we met een gerust gevoel naar Napels vertrokken. Toen we aankwamen, werden we meteen hartelijk ontvangen. Bruno is zo’n host die je het gevoel geeft dat je écht welkom bent. Warm, attent en oprecht betrokken. Het appartement ligt net buiten de drukte van het centrum, wat heerlijk rustig is. Toch ben je dankzij de funicolare, die letterlijk om de hoek ligt, binnen tien minuten midden in de stad. Voor ons was dat de perfecte combinatie: de levendigheid van Napels binnen handbereik, maar wel thuiskomen in een rustige omgeving. Aan de overkant van de straat zit Caffè Eclettico, waar je ’s ochtends heerlijk kunt ontbijten. Hun cappuccino is echt fantastisch, een perfecte start van de dag voordat je de stad in gaat. Binnen was alles tiptop in orde: fijne bedden, een nette badkamer en goede wifi. Je merkt dat er met zorg aan gasten wordt gedacht. Maar het mooiste van alles was zonder twijfel het terras. Het uitzicht over het centrum van Napels en de Vesuvius is zó indrukwekkend dat we er elke dag even stil van werden. We hebben daar echt genoten. We kijken met heel veel plezier terug op ons verblijf gaan zeker weer terug!

L'appartement est bien situé, à 1 station de funiculaire du centre, pratique ! Propre, bien équipé et avec une superbe terrasse partagée, qui donne sur une vue imprenable sur la ville et sur le Vésuve. Je recommande fortement ! RAS

Ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Senza farci mancare nulla. La posizione è fantastica, attaccata alla funicolare che ti porta direttamente in centro. E comodissima, anche a tutte le stazioni metropolitane. Molto utile il biglietto giornaliero che ti permette di usare tutti i trasporti su rotaia a un prezzo davvero eccezionale di 4 euro e 50. Bruno ci ha fornito anche una mappa cartacea che, immediatamente, ci ha aiutato nei ns spostamenti. Non ultimo da segnalare un grazioso bar proprio all'uscita della struttura che ci ha fornito al mattino delle deliziose. Colazioni a dei prezzi davvero molto accessibili. E la possibilità anche di prendere piatti da asporto cucinati internamente da loro. È stato tutto perfetto

• Noriko (10/5): 親切なオーナーと素晴らしい共用テラス - オーナーBrunoさんが同じ建物に暮らしてる昔ながらの民泊スタイル。やはり安心。Whatsappでとても親切に対応してくれる。部屋は広いけれど設備はシンプル。シャワー、ダブルベッド、台所、クーラー。洗濯は手洗い。ヴェスヴィオ山から昇る朝日、フニコラーレ、遠くの花火などなど、共用テラスからは朝も夜も絶景が楽しめる。私たちはいつも旅行中の夕食は宿でワインを飲んで惣菜をつまむスタイルなので、ナポリ一帯は９月も蚊が多く、テラス用に蚊取り線香を持参して正解だった。日中は暑いけど夕方からは風がある。観光後に下から宿へ帰る時にはフニコラーレ(1,30€)を使い、市内はほとんど歩いて回れる。下へはいろんなルートで階段・坂道を使って降りることができ、それぞれの道が素晴らしいので、出来れば歩いて降りることをおすすめする。空港までの早朝５時のタクシー（25€）もBrunoさんが完璧にアレンジしてくれた。 真夏は相当暑いだろうから恐らく気にならないと思うけれど、窓がほぼないので部屋でリモート派にとっては暗いかも。wifiは十分に使える。
• atscho (8/5): Невероятна гледка - Местоположението е страхотно. Близо е до градския транспорт (фуниколяр) и удобни връзки с метрото. Гледката от терасата е несравнима, целия град, Везувий, залива... Домакина, Бруно, е много любезен. Беше се погрижил да не ни липсва нищо. Малко е остаряло оборудването в кухнята, но в Италия кухня ти трябва само за отварачка и нож за сиренето.

• Karin (8/5): Heerlijk rustig met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijke gastheer Bruno. - Het is heerlijk rustig, uitzicht op de Vesuvius en op loopafstand van vb archeologisch museum en andere leuke wijken, 10 meter vanaf de furnicolare om naar het historisch centrum te gaan. Bruno had een parkeerplek voor onze scooter geregeld en de taxi naar het vliegveld. Voor iemand die minder valide is is het een uitdaging ivm de trappen die je moet nemen om er te komen ! Voor ons was het een goede ochtend gymnastiek en goed te doen.

La vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa. Ma la differenza la fa il proprietario....Bruno è una persona eccezionale! Ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa . Noi in particolare abbiamo avuto uno grosso problema con la nostra auto e lui si è fatto in quattro per aiutarci!! Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio!!

• Paco MaM (10/5): - El apartamento es perfecto para una familia de 4 miembros. Tiene un sofá cama amplio para uno o dos, y habitación con cama de matrimonio de 1.80, con una cama plegable. Y está equipado con cocina, aire acondicionado y wifi. Nosotros estuvimos a finales de julio y el aire solo lo pusimos para enfriar un poco las habitaciones. Y tiene una terraza compartida con unas vistas espectaculares sobre Nápoles. Bruno es un encanto y le puedes consultar sobre cualquier cosa No es que no me gustara, pero la entrada no es apta para todo el mundo. Si tienes bebes o vas con carrito no es lo mejor.
• Lori (10/5): Bruno's place is the real Neapolitan experience - I chose this apartment for the terrace, but I received infinitely more: I met a person who truly marked my life. Bruno is not just a host. He is generosity, care, and empathy – the very spirit of Naples, rarely found so vividly. During my stay, I faced a medical emergency, and Bruno didn’t hesitate for a second to take full responsibility for caring for my daughter, who autistic. He protected her from the chaos of the hospital and offered her a safe, calm, familiar environment. He stayed close, looked after her, and treated her like family, ordering pizza and buying cookies and Icetea for her. He supported me constantly, even from a distance, keeping in touch with my family and sending me messages and photos to ensure me that is everything's fine with my daughter, ordering and paying for my taxi from the hospital, and getting me all the medication and essentials I needed. Every day, before returning home, he would check if I needed anything and brought it to me—never accepting any money for these gestures or the extra shopping he did on my behalf. On the day of departure, he woke up at 5 a.m. to help me and personally took me to the taxi. He continued to stay in touch during my journey home and in the following days, checking in on my recovery and making sure I was safe. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely – an authentic Neapolitan home, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and a magnificent terrace overlooking the city and the majestic Mount Vesuvius. It's perfectly located on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The days when I wasn’t fully functional weren’t lost—they were deeply meaningful. Thanks to Bruno’s constant care, discretion, and presence, and thanks to a view that soothes your heart, even in your most vulnerable moments. Bruno, his neighbor Francesco, and their friend who is a doctor, were much more than hosts to me: they were true support, warmth, and pure humanity.

Bruno was amazing, help us with our luggage, and also let us leave all the luggage in one of the apartments for the day til we get o the airport. He made us surprise by taking a photo of all of us and then gave us the developed picture. I will definitely go back. Thank you Bruno None

He stayed up late and woke up early to help with our bags, treated us to a bottle of wine for our anniversary, and helped us with any problems we had during our stay. Lack of air conditioning, our apartment only had two fans. The rooms were still quite cool during the night!
• Luděk (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very helpful and nice, he waited for us personally in front of the apartment upon arrival, he also helped us with our luggage. Security door with a code to enter the apartments. A wonderful view from the common terrace of the whole of Napoli and Vesuvius = our morning and evening sittings are unforgettable. The apartment is clean, kitchen is fully equipped, including bed linen, towels and hygiene items. We arrived by car and the host arranged a car garage for us in advance (for a fee) approx. 50 meters from the apartment, which is otherwise very difficult in Napoli! From the apartment is close to the center on foot, in addition 40 meters from the apartment there is a special cable car to the upper castle and to the customs to the center. Bruno, thank you very much, it was excellent and very pleasant.

Bruno Was as very helpful and even met us at the funicular to mark sure we found the place easily. Don’t expect any extras. It was basic in the sense that there were only 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days, we had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper (which we promptly received, by the way), there was “Just enough “ coffee for a coffee a day.

• Naveen (9/5): A comfortable apartment in the center of Naples with the most spectacular views - The apartment is located on a slope with the old city center below. Guest have access to the common terrace with spectacular views of the city of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. We enjoyed the beautiful night views of the city and the sunrise behind Mt Vesuvius. It is just 2 min from the funicular station. The apartment is well furnished and the location is central. The host, Bruno, is a very helpful and kind person. The apartment is down a flight of stairs from the street entrance and if you have heavy luggage, you will not enjoy the check-in or check-out process. But the views from the terrace make you feel that it is well worth the effort.
• Orsolya (10/5): Exceptional - Bruno was a lovely host, he always asked how we're, he suggested interesting programs which took place during our visit, he even put an umbrella in front of our door one morning after a heavy rain during the night, and he was so kind to arrange us a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight. About the appt: really nice location with perfect view to Naples, the Golf and the Vesuvio. You can easily get there with a cable car which brings a special taste to your daily commuting. Reaching the appartment is also doable with a short walk up to the hill if you're lacking some extra miles at the end of your day :)

• Katinka (10/5): Great place to stay in Naples on walking distance from metro and in a nice neighbourhood - We loved the warm welcome with drinks and snacks. We loved the view from the terrace. Very pretty to watch mount Vesuvius and the city of Naples. We also liked the bar opposite the appartment, very nice staff and good coffee and croissants.

• Fiona (10/5): Great location, welcoming host. Clean and comfortable - Great views and great location - close to train and funicular and Piazza Bellini. The host, Bruno, was very happy to help us with recommendations for sightseeing and the reservation for an airport taxi. We felt very welcomed by Bruno. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable and had snacks, cold drinks waiting. The courtyard overlooking mount Vesuvious and the city was spectacular and a lovely way to spend an evening with a drink after a day of sightseeing.

• Oana (9/5): Superb - The view, the facility, the sunrise over the bay and Mount Vesuvius, the kindness of the host.
• Ilalay (10/5): Nice Casa with good view! - There were four of us in the accommodation and it worked great! there is internet and a fridge. the beds were made and everything was clean. The landlord is very nice and relaxed. We liked the terrace best with a great view of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Price-performance was great, gladly again ;) there wasn't enough cutlery, plates and glasses in the kitchen. for 4 people otherwise we got along well.
