Хозяин откликнулся на жалобу довольно быстро, сказал, что такие проблемы недавно были, но их устранили после ремонта. Вызвал мастера, но после их ухода из крана шёл кипяток или абсолютно холодная вода, принять душ было невозможно. Все 4 дня нашего пребывания грели воду на плите и мылись. Хорошая подача воды была только на кухне. Позже я перечитала отзывы об апартаментах и нашла информацию от других путешественников, что эта проблема с водой существует с 2023 года! И хозяин не решает её и продолжает сдавать жильё в таком состоянии за не маленькие деньги! После таких условий я заболела. Относительно остальных условий в апартаментах. Было не достаточно чисто, волосы на полу, некоторая посуда на кухне грязная, отсутствует нож, чтобы порезать хлеб или сыр, колбасу, только две чашки для чая/кофе. Нет кофемашины, хотя в описании к апартаментам она заявлена. Нет средства для мытья посуды. В ванной комнате отсутствуют наборы геля для душа/шампуня, хотя на фотографиях они есть. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых, выбирайте жильё более тщательно.
• Nermin (8/5): I would definitely book it again if i came to Naples - Everything was perfect, very welcoming check-in by the owner’s mom, she was too nice and made me feel at home and explained everything throughly to me. Location is very central, right off via toledo. Apartment is quiet, bright, spacious with a very nice balcony, and equipped with everything you would need. Giovanni was a great host, hospitable and very responsive. Thanks alot :) I had an issue with the hot water in the shower, i texted the owner and he came and fixed it straightway and he was very helpful.

• Nomici (9/5): - Az elhelyezkedés kíváló,közelben van minden amire szükség lehet ( buszmegálló,metróállomás,éttermek,üzletek). Giovanni nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Mindazoknak ajánlom,akinek nem a luxus számit,hanem,hogy egy autentikus nyugodt helyen megpihenhessen a nap végén. A felszereltséget kissé hiányosnak véltem. Egy tusfürdő/sampon,esetleg egy kis szék az erkélyre nekem hiányzott. De összességében,arra,hogy az ember egy egész napos városnézést követően megpihenjen, teljesen megfelel.

Extremely kind and helpful, ready to give useful advice about the city. We had a great time and we would gladly return if we were to meet in Naples. Really highly recommended!

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a far funzionare il televisore seppur nuovo e pieno di funzioni pure troppe...ma i canali TV non erano memorizzati e.la scansione canali non ha dato risultati ne' con antenna, nè con cavo, nè satellite. Quindi oltre a lasciare la TV funzionante sui canali normali forse è meglio specificare qual'e la sorgente video in caso di nuovo azzeramento canali. Ah se possibile una macchinetta tipo nespresso con le capsule mi avrebbe fatto comodo ma è un mio gusto personale. Grazie Giovanni per la tua disponibilità.

The apartment is right in the heart of Naples, just off Via Toledo, withing east walk to metro and funicular (<5 minuted) and to port (<10 minutes). Lots of restaurants and cafes on the street as well as a small grocery shop next door (open until midnight). Notwithstanding its central location, the apartment is quiet and benefits from a south facing aspect, which is great for sitting on the little balcony. The apartment has large airy rooms with high ceilings and a nice little kitchen. The apartment has air con but once you close the original internal shutters, the apartment stays cool. Apartment is on 4th floor and services by an elevator.

• Ekaterina (9/5): The value for money is great! - What’s most important is that the owner took care of us so well. We appreciated an early check-in and a late check-out very much. Being in the middle of quartieri spagnoli you get the lift (no extra steps) and a lot of light, so it is a considerable bonus. The bed is really comfortable. And so are the pillows. Once you closed the windows it was super quiet and perfect to rest and sleep. Hot water was a bit tricky in the bathroom sink. In the shower and kitchen the hot water was always fine.

If the lift is out of order you are really in trouble because the apartment located on the 4th floor so you have to step the stairs.the bathroom needs some renovation . It's OK but it could be better
• Esther (7/5): Spacious - The apartment was extremely spacious. The location was central and right in the city centre. Many restaurants, mini markets and pharmacies nearby. It was a truly local experience living here. It was definitely helpful to have a lift to bring the bags up as the apartment was on the fourth floor. The lift itself was unique and, although small, was an interesting experience in itself! The wifi was good as well. Although the mother of the host had passed us the keys as he was away, he remained helpful with our issues with the apartment. I found it rather peculiar you had to turn on the hot water in the sink whilst showering for constant hot water supply in the shower. We initially had issues with the hot water for showering however this was eventually resolved from communicating with the host. I believe the slight delay in us resolving the problem was a slight language barrier or mistranslation. The bathroom walls were peeling slightly in the shower. My mother was unwell and needed to drink hot water. There was no kettle so she had to boil it on the stove. We initially faced issues as we could not turn it on. Turns out the issue was with the lighter provided. We bought our own lighter and this issue was resolved. This could potentially have been avoided if a more thorough check was conducted prior to us checking in. Also, the property is located uphill (not steep though) so it’s just something to bear in mind. The nearest metro is about 10 minutes away so if you have luggages it’s best to take a taxi straight.

The owner who met me was very kind and helped me with a huge suitcase (I had two and a heavy bag).Thanks a lot the first is that the elevator did not work all days. 4th floor(who knows Italian stairs understand). I like sport but not few times per day after walking. bad smell in bathroom and kitchen(( very small and uncomfortable shower( i would say I would not cook in this kitchen Bed…I was afraid that it would simply fall apart
