• Clunie (9/5): A quiet, central location with a very helpful host. - Rowan is a fantastic host. He sent all the information very promptly and allowed us access to drop off our cases early. He also replies very quickly which is great. The apartment is very central but in a quiet side street. It is very homely and, with large windows, it is bright. Tea, coffee etc were left for us. The stairs are narrow and steep, especially to the second floor so would not suit everyone. We were there for an event near Euston and never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus.

• Andrew Hibbert (7/5): Great location great value and helpful host, not suitable for those who struggle with stairs. - Excellent location for food and transport. Quiet street with a good selection of cafe's and shops nearby. Tube station less than 5 mins walk away .. Easy flat walking to majr streets and sites. Decor and furniture a little tired and untidy although all perfectly function. Single pene windows meant it was a little cool during the night - there is good central heating but not seemed wasteful to have on all day so we just put on more clothes.

The flat has everything we needed (including the adapters for electric plugs!). We loved the written signs on walls - a great personal touch in the flat.
• Robert (8/5): This is a comfortable convenient apartment, with a couple of issues; and a very helpful host. - Rowen is a very thoughtful and helpful host. He was there in person when we checked in, and he allowed us to store our luggage early. He also allowed one of us to enter the apartment during the cleaning process. He was considerate and kind. The apartment is on three levels and older guests should be aware that there are narrow stairs to be climbed. Once up the stairs, the apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and ample sleeping accommodation, a bathroom with shower on the upper floor, and an additional loo and basin on the lower floor, plus a living room with a sofa, dining table and TV. There is also a small garden terrace off the kitchen. The location is excellent, as it is in walking distance of two of the underground stations, as well as close to restaurants and other services. There is a coffee plunger and supplies of ground coffee, as well as milk and various other supplies. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a dryer on the ground floor. The whole apartment was clean and the heating worked well and the Wi-Fi works well. The apartment is being renovated over time, and as a result, there is clutter in many of the rooms and some items left by previous tenants. which would for some guests give a less favourable impression. There are various instructions written on the walls of the apartment, which would be better placed in a booklet of guest information. For a group of four persons the price is acceptable for London, although some might consider the flat is not as well-finished as might be expected. But Rowen is most helpful and easy to contact.

• Eilin (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent. The flat is situated 3 min from several tube lines (h&c, District, Central), 6 min from Bakerloo line. The flat is within walking distance from Oxford street and central London. 3 good and comfortable bedrooms. The flat is a little run down but no more than normal London standards :) 1 bathroom (+extra toilet) We had everything we needed for a 6 person stay and the host made visible efforts to make us feel welcome. We would come again :)

• Joanne (8/5): Family trip to the city - Great location on a quiet street. Underground nearby NCP car park 10min walk away Milk and coffee left for us Clean, 2x toilets, shower room, spacious bedrooms, big table to sit, eat and play a game around. A bit of "additional clutter" around the place, that if tidied/hidden away or disposed of would of created a bit of additional space e.g 3 vacuums in the living room, lots of stuff in kitchen and bathroom cupboards so not much room to put away your own things but all in all was perfect base for us to explore the city, thank you.

• Eva (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great with stations and amenities near by. The rooms were clean, bathroom was decent. The host responds quickly. Heating and hot water all good. As it's in London it's the price it is so that is fair. Place for 5 individuals, one of the beds was a folding bed..very uncomfortable and not very stable. This didn't help with the flooring not all even. The kitchen is tiny and lot of food jars bit dusty...kettle needs a good clean..limescale built up is brown inside the decor you can see in pics to be fair has parts painted part unpainted like in the middle of being renovated. Bedroom curtains let all the light through in the morning and living room has no curtains with very big glass windows which isn't a big deal but you can see right into people's apartments Could be looked after a bit more

• Cliff (9/5): Superb - It had the atmosphere of a private home which made us feel very comfortable. Rowan is an excellent host without being in any way intrusive. A perfect location for a central London visit. We would definitely stay again in the future. There is some ongoing renovation work in progress, apparently but this is just an observation and it did not detract anything from our stay.
• Vassilis (10/5): Perfect stay up to 5 persons. - The location was excellent. You can walk up to the city center (15-20 minutes) . For an English house it was very clean. The host was really friendly and kind (we met him accidental) .It has fully equipped kitchen to have breakfast or even cook for lunch or dinner. It has a washer/dryer if you want to do some clothes. Great pillows and mattresses. The windows are not double glazed. This was not a thing for us (small road with little noise) but at the living room it was a bit colder . At winter time maybe its a bit chilly there. Anyway it was a minor thing
