• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Overall the flat is very comfy and warm. Service is very good. We have problems with the washing machine and we contact management services. His response is quick and helpful. Thank you Hairdryer doesn't work. Toilet not clean enough 8/10. No chopping board in the kitchen.

• Jordan (2/5): Very poor - Nice views and nice apartment When we arrived it was a constant beeping noise, asked reception a handful times can they come see what it is but was told it is private so nothing to do with them, beeping noise for all Friday up until Saturday mid day then it stopped. No heating at all throughout full stay reception came and done a “demo” for us but still did not work, found out that the unit had a heating fault along with the many other faults on the system (I have a photo of this) When we arrived if it was not for the person on phone the front desk would not have given me my room key as their was no designated room I tried to contact through the number provided 10+ times but not one call back, was absolutely freezing all weekend and overall terrible stay if I could claim money back I would

• Freeman (5/5): Passable - Location. Broken plug sockets and toilet flusher. Smoke alarms over-sensitive to cook with a frying pan.
• Solveiga (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. - Great location for transport connections, shopping and nearby park. Flat was spacious enough for 4, light and wonderfully quiet. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, fast wifi. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms a nice surprise (expected only one). Check-in was not smooth (night concierge was not aware of our arrival), but the owner was apologetic when informed and promised to speak to staff, so hopefully no more issues for future visitors.

• Brittany (1/5): do not stay. unprofessional, not safe - The property was close to amenities and was less than 3 mins walking distance for Stratford Westfield and stratford international. DO NOT BOOK. The receptionist was not helpful! booked this stay 3 weeks in advance only to turn up and have the receptionists say my booking was not confirmed by the host and stated that we had to get in contact with the host in order to be checked in. check time was 2pm- we arrived at 2pm! and had to wait over an hour in attempts to get in touch with the host to have him send the details over. After calling over 5 times from the number he listed on booking.com i still was not able to get in touch. Entered the room at 3:15pm to rubbish bags and a cleaner still cleaning. The condition of the walls were damaged and dented. considering they are charging people a £500 damage deposit this is simply unacceptable when the property is severely damaged and malfunctioned. All the alarm systems were broken which set off a continuous alarm in the propery. There was no heating and the fire alarm was not working which did not make me or my guest feel safe. we booked for a group of 6 people as this is what the property stated they could accomdate. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. however the sofa bed was broken. the host did not inform me of this, and thought it was ok to provide a blow up bed that kept deflating in the middle of the night. my guest did NOT have a well deserved rest considering the money spent. the host also thought it was ok to mention he would potentially have viewings in the property while we have booked a private stay. and gave attitude when we expressed our concerns to book viewing around the stay. he refused to provide a partial refund/full refund for the distress.
