• Sine-Sara Egrin (7/5): Helt ok for en helg når beliggenhet er viktig. - Beliggenheten var sentral. Kort vei til butikker, severdigheter, kiosker, restauranter. Myke senger, godt med puter og dyner. Det var kaldt i leiligheten. Vi fikk ikke på varmen, men det var tepper der. Det var maur på gulvet. Det var ikke mulighet til å kommunisere med verten via melding. Kun et mobilnummer man kunne ringe.

• Mindaugas (7/5): Convenient location, well equipped, but manage your expectations regarding the overall appearance. - If you're looking for stay in central London - this is the place. Very convenient location with lots of sightseeing places next door, and also a street full of cafes and a groceries shop just downstairs. Apartment has everything you might need for your stay. It's noisy downstairs, so if you're not used to that make sure you get the bedroom with inside windows, otherwise you might skip sleep. There was a strong smell of paint in the apartment that was very unpleasant and caused headache. In general, apartments doesn't seem to be very well maintained (e.g. TV was almost falling from the wall and not working).

• Sinead (1/5): BEWARE - Location regarding getting to the main parts of the city was superb. The chap who eventually checked us in was very apologetic and pleasant. Due to the actions of a previous host who cancelled not one but two bookings on us as we arrived to check in, we were relocated to this property by booking.com. We were under pressure to get checked in and over to wembley for Coldplay concert. We arrived to check in at this property osmetime around 17:15 but we're told the previous guests had a late check out. It took 90 mins for someone to arrive to open the property and let us in to drop our bags and run. Unfortunately due to late time making our way to wembley we subsequently missed most of the show. Our son slept on the sofa bed on the first night and ended up on the other sofa as he had felt he was being bitten by bugs during the night. On the second night we found the problem, an army of ants making their way out of the kitchen and into the living room. My wife and I took the main bedroom and when I woke the next morning I too was covered in bites, some of which are still visible almost two weeks later! Booking.Com were made aware of the issues upon checkout and a request for compensation was made. It is now 12 days later and we are still to receive any feedback on this request. Thia property cost almost £800 for two nights and for things to occur the way they did is absolutely outrageous. Beware of booking this property.

The apartment was filled with bugs, the locks to the windows and door were broken, and the owners did nothing to resolve the issues even though we took pictures and video.

• Ivana (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was great. We were very disappointed with this apartment. Given the high price, we expected at least standard services, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The apartment was very dirty. In the kitchen, we were disgusted to even touch the cupboards, as our fingers would immediately become sticky. We had to wash all the dishes before using them. There wasn’t even a sponge or dish towels provided — we had to buy everything ourselves at a nearby Tesco just to be able to clean the dishes. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and due to the level of dirt, we didn’t even dare to prepare anything there. The same applies to the bathroom. Everything was dirty. The toilet was unclean and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The towels smelled bad, and the bathtub was dirty. For such a high rental price, we at least expected cleanliness, if not above-standard equipment. The beds were squeaky, the doors couldn’t be locked properly, and the noise from the hallway was so loud that it kept waking us up — we couldn’t even get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the apartment was very poorly equipped. I definitely do not recommend this apartment for a stay. The price is completely unjustified given the level of service and quality provided.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - excellent location for Westminster and Buckingham Palace at a very good value price. The staff were extremely helpful and dinner in their restaurant is very convenient and good. Plenty of space in the apartment.

• Jennifer (6/5): Great location, apartment amenities okay. - The bathtub is dangerous. It’s very slippery and you have to take a large step from the shower out. I’m pretty athletic and I slipped and fell twice. It would help to have a bar to grip or sticky things on the floor of the tub. Also, the shower head on top doesn’t work, which was a bummer. You just have to use the hose. There was no hand towel for the bathroom. One remote had zero batteries; the other remote didn’t seem to work (we did plug in the tv!). The hot water wasn’t turned on when we arrived. The lady from the pizza place came and helped. We had to request the WiFi info. We had set the washing machine to delicate, but the clothes came out scorching hot. Not sure if that was user error or the machine? The host was most response via Booking.com messages, and he responded timely. The location is amazing! We parked at horseferry car park. It was super convenient.

Our host met us at apartment and was so helpful and kind. We had a fantastic meal in Mio just downstairs which was a huge bonus, super food and incredible staff.

The ONE thing I could fault was the beds are not that comfy. There was also no plugs for the bath or kitchen, but that's just a minor thing.

• Mindaugas (7/5): Good - Great location - many pubs, groceries and places of interest nearby. Well equipped kitchen. Approachable and supportive host - we had some issues with facilities and they sorted out quickly. Apartment is worn out, as simple as that. Also there is some space for improvement in maintaining cleanliness in the apartment. One bedroom (and living room) facing street remains rather noisy throughout the night.
• Yoana-magdalena (8/5): Very good - A great 10 day stay August 2024. Hosts (Jay and Rambo) were most helpful throughout. A central location with easy access on foot to Westminster, West End, Royal Parks and Thames. Public transport very accessible. The 3 bed apartment is basic but clean. Immediate vicinity attracts some homeless people. Property could do with better security (though we had no problems in this regard) and better windows (which are planned apparently) - with such changes, we’d use again.
• Cesar (1/5): After finding bed bugs, we moved out, the good part was that the owner agreed to give a full refund. - The location is excellent! Max 10 minutes walking from the Big Ben. The big problem was that there were bed bugs in the apartment. There were four adults and one baby, and the baby got bitten by them. We had to move after one night because of this.
• Julie (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Jay and staff were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Reasonably well equipped. Lots of power points. Good T.V. The entrance is very unattractive with steep stairs. The shower was difficult to use and unreliable. No sink plug. Bath under shower causes problems for seniors and should be high lighted in booking information. When booking we understood there were 3 bedrooms, not 2.
• Sara (8/5): A good locations for our needs - I liked the location. It was close to many of the things we were attending. The bathroom was spacious and newly renovated, and I was grateful for the washer/dryer. There wasn’t enough towels, and toilet paper. We were only staying two nights, so we managed, but a longer stay would have been problematic. Also, the area leading up to the property, including the hallway and the three flights of stairs, needs some repair work.

• Eburne (7/5): Good - Location was excellent for us 6 mins walk from Westminster abbey Dev from Mio restaurant who let us in once I rang was very friendly and helpful Clean and functional and for the location I feel reasonable value for the money, ideal for families in it's internal set up. As previously stated in a review beware single bed accessed through one of double rooms Windows single glazed and are old and in various states of not being able to open or stuck open, not a problem for us as it was summer and wasn't as noisy as we expected.
• Glenda (6/5): Good location but needs some TLC - Apartment was clean. Location was good. The owner left milk and muffins which was a lovely touch. Close to a mini supermarket and several places to eat. 10 minute walk to tube station. Beds were comfortable and the sofa beds were also pretty comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of pans, plates glasses etc. Whist the apartment was clean it needed some general TLC. There was not enough bedding for the sofa beds and we had no hot water on the first day. Although the hot water situation was dealt with very quickly by the owner

• Magda (2/5): Very poor - Location All windows broken; one doesn’t shut so they put a pillow in it, another one ‘fixed’ with sellotape in such way that the broken glass is still exposed. Broken power point covered with unsightly silver tape. Silver tape on the flooring. Tiny tv, non-functional (maybe due to remote control batteries?) Stale tea and crusty old remnants of coffee in the containers. Dirty doors, dining chairs, cupboards… Severely overpriced
