Parking very difficult and the system difficult to use if you are from outside the UK. Booking.com confirmed the address as 96 but it was in fact 96b.
- Amelia (7/5): Great location - Quiet neighbourhood and plenty of space in the apartment. It’s close walking distance to lots of restaurants and the tube. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Beds could be more comfortable.

- Katia (9/5): Lovely apartment in Chiswick - The apartment was lovely and we had enough space for the three of us. We had a warm welcome and were able to communicate easily through booking. The area (Chiswick) is lovely and has great places for coffee and restaurants. We also didn't struggle at all to get to the center areas of London and back, and got to Heathrow easily with public transport 😊 It wasn't a complete negative thing but we did miss having a TV from time to time when we were getting ready at the apartment.

- Irene (6/5): The place was nice, the attitude was cavalier. - Location was great! Quiet, close to river and Chiswick high street. The little patio was really pleasant, and the flat was cute. While pictures of property showed television and it did exist, it didn’t work. When we asked asked about it, response was a simple “yeah, it doesn’t work”. London 2023, a functioning TV is really a minimal requirement. While initially “unavailable”, Alec did bring us a second key, after some discussion.

Small things but make a difference when you first arrive. The pillows were flat, a second pillow would have been great
