Pues en general ha estado bien pero destacaría algunos putos a tener en cuenta para mejorar como por ejemplo la ducha del baño ( hace falta cambiarla ya porque está en mal estado por la cal) y el sofá cama la verdad es que no es cómodo (demasiado blando). Por lo demás buena relación calidad precio.

Londres es una ciudad maravillosa y la zona donde está el apartamento es muy tranquila y cuenta con todo tipo de comercios. Restaurantes muy acogedores y supermercados que te ofrecen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La conexión de los transportes es genial. Nosotros optamos casi siempre por el bus. Víctoria Station está muy cerca y desde allí salen autobuses a todos los sitios. El apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Realmente una experiencia fantástica. Todo maravilloso.

There were several places nearby where you could eat or grab a coffee, and it was quite close to the train station. I stayed alone and felt very safe during my stay. The apartment was clean, and the furniture was nice and well designed. Thank you for the quick responses and helpful feedback whenever I had a question. The size of the double bed was sufficient for me, but if two people sleep together and are taller than 1.70 m, it might feel a bit tight.

El apartamento estaba bien equipado y confortable para la estancia en familia, bien decorado y acogedor. El anfitrión fue muy amable, facilitó que aceleraran la limpieza y nos permitió entrar una hora antes Aunque el apartamento está decorado con gusto, hay humedad en las paredes por las filtraciones de agua a través de las ventanas. En nuestro caso, en pleno invierno, la falta de ajuste de las ventanas permite también la entrada de aire frío, que aunque hay calefacción central puede llegar a ser molesto al sentarse en el sofá o meterse en la cama. En cualquier caso, es un inconveniente menor en el global de la estancia.
• Alejandra (9/5): Precio alto. Apartamento muy bueno - Buena ubicación, cerca de Victoria con supermercados y cafeterías cerca. Calle muy tranquila. El apartamento, aunque es pequeño, tiene de todo (cafetera, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, aspiradora...). Buena calefacción muy fácil de regular. Detalles como que haya capsulas de café, azúcar o detergente para el lavavajillas, se agradecen mucho. Además es muy bonito, luminoso y no se oye ningún ruido. Mis hijos y yo pasamos una semana muy agradable aquí. Tanto la cama de matrimonio como el sofá cama son incómodos, se podrían mejorar. Además, no es recomendable para alguien con algún tipo de dificultad para moverse porque tiene una escalera de caracol muy estrecha.

• Christian (8/5): - Das "Bright and Modern 1 Bed Flat Central" hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um London kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zum Übernachten ist sie absolut ausreichend. Zudem gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Fernseher und Sitzgelegenheiten, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Der Kontakt mit Jonas, dem Vermieter, war jederzeit freundlich und schnell – er hat immer sofort geantwortet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.

Jonas super atento, disponible y amable en todo momento. Apartamento equipado con todo lo que se necesita. No faltaba nada!! Nada. Lo único a comentar es que tiene unas escaleras de caracol para subir al primer piso y que tienes que ser “agil”. No se si para una persona mayor seria un problema. El baño está en la planta de arriba.

The flat is cute and well maintained, easy to access. Comfortable bed and good shower. Lots of good restaurants around for food and drink. Victoria Train Station is exactly 7 minutes walk. Close to all sites in the city of Westminster. Suited our requirements perfectly. Jonas the host was amazing and very helpful. It’s all good. Nothing to dislike.

Good value for sharing between 4 people. Neighbourhood felt safe. Only minor criticism was the sofa bed was a bit soft and springy and the flat entrance hall was scruffy compared with how plush the inside of the flat was and the building exterior.

• Karlitos (6/5): Although the location was very good, I would not return to this accomodation. - The location was very good. The flat is definitely not a flat for 4 adults. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the bed upstairs was very uncomfortable to get in and out of. There were holes in the bed sheets, the bathroom was not as clean as it should be and the staircase was extremely tight to go up.

• Laszlo (9/5): Good choice for 2-4 people, if you plan to go for a few days city break. - Overall we were very satisfied with the deal. Clean, well equipped. It was the way I imagined an average English apartment would look like. (never been in London before ) :) The single layer glass windows were losing too much heat (it was around average 10 degrees Celsius during our stay). The place is OK for four people but just a bit too small for four adults. Still no problems to stay for a few nights :)

The entrance is old and smell like a wet sock just like we get into a very old apartment. We should believe in our first sense while booking when seeing the picture of the outside of the apartment. Shouldn’t read the review, it was mislead. And we arrived very earlier before check in, we need to leave our luggage at Victoria station. We had to spend time there waiting and we have been stolen the whole handbag with mobilephone, money and the passport of our whole family. what a bad experience! will never come back here again.

Location, amenities, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, the layout. It was all well put together and functioning really well! Kudos! I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like
• Donna (8/5): Needs a declutter and a bit of dust Dee - Fantastic property, no more than 10 mins walk to Victoria with lots of food options locally. Jonas was brilliantly informative , keeping us in the loop regarding cleaning schedule and providing us with lots of local info. It's compact and bijou without a doubt but with lots of clever cupboard space and high ceilings we didn't feel uncomfortable. It's clever with cupboard space but it is also quite cluttered with over 25 house plants in a very small space and lots of extra bits of furniture and decorations that really aren't necessary. Whilst it was clean, it really needs a good dust in some areas (skirting boards, wood doors, cupboard tops that you see when you go up and down the stairs)

• Emma (10/5): 10 out of 10 - stop scrolling and book this apartment you will not be disappointed - Stop scrolling, stop deliberating over where to stay for your trip to London - book this apartment!! The location is perfect, five mins walk to the Victoria tube/train station. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright. love the personal touches, the yellow tones, the artwork and array of plants. The owners are fantastic and really do go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Our apartment keys were stolen (pick pocketed) on our first night in London (I had placed them in a small makeup bag with just a sheet of paracetamol and eye drops in) and they were taken from my bag on the one short tube ride that we took. At 10pm in slight panic at realising they had been stolen, the owner Jonas, calmed me down and offered to make his way across London to bring me a spare set. What an incredible host - I cannot thank him enough. He was more concerned about us enjoying our stay in London than the 2 hr round trip late at night that he had to make. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. So was the Victoria Palace theatre (we went to watch Hamilton - Amazing!!) The area is very quiet so you can get a peaceful nights sleep without the hustle and bustle of traffic. We loved every bit of the apartment and will most definitely be booking it again this summer. There is absolutely nothing to not like about the apartment.

It wasn’t too cold, but could have been warmer.

Will definitely recommend and come back again. There was on going construction happening at the hotel next door. However, aside from the slight noise, it wasn't much of an issue. Will be better once it has completed.
