Guest Reviews
- Léa (10/5): Très bien ! - Logement propre et bien équipé, literie très confortable, emplacement idéal, tout était top !
- Markus (8/5): -
- Simcock (7/5): - Nice Walking up too many stairs
- Charles (8/5): -
- Simone (6/5): - Posizione Attesa nel checkin, poca disponibilità dello staff nell esaudire richieste (coperta, deposito bagagli)
- Fionnuala (7/5): -
- Scott (8/5): - Excellent location Being on the 4th floor, was a long way to Get to apartment
- Emma (8/5): My friends and I liked it. Good location and very good communication with the staff. - Good location, if you want to party. You will be able to hear loud Music and people on the street. The Windows are very thin. But if you come for a party weekend, its very good. But with a family with children, I would not recommend.
- Julia (2/5): We didn’t end up staying due to the flood and having to evacuate because it was unsafe. - It was a great location, right in soho. The whole building flooded to the point that we were evacuated by the firefighters. Earlier in the night we plugged the hairdryer in and the socket blew. The shower wasn’t working either and then the building flooded.
- Amadeusz (6/5): -
- Khenmedekh (7/5): -
- Cesare (8/5): -
- Phil (4/5): Entrance was blocked with old furniture, staircase is very narrow and no lift. - N/A N/A
- Amanda (10/5): - The perfect location as we visit Soho monthly, spotlessly clean and everything you could need is provided. The hike up to the 4th floor but that's part and parcel with Soho so I'm not complaining but I really don't love all those stairs🤣
- Speed (9/5): A perfect location for theatre, sightseeing or business trips to central London. - An excellent location for the centre of London. A nice, bright, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you'd need for a self contained stay. Because of the location within historic area of central London it is, by nature, an older building meaning the stairs up to the apartment on the 4th floor are 'interesting'. Secondary double glazing to reduce the standard Soho noise levels may be appreciated by people not used to sleeping in ear plugs.

- Sozer (6/5): -
- Giuseppa (5/5): -
- Elitsa (9/5): -
- Salvador Guillermo (9/5): Great value for money. Excellent location - Great location and all amenities in the apartment. Great value for money Windows were poorly isolated. Noise was too much at times. It would be resolved with properly isolated windows
- Deanne (7/5): Probably a better choice for accommodation in the shoulder season when cooling not required. - Location between two tram stations and located in a thriving bar/theatre area Four flights of stairs up a narrow staircase. Not suitable for those with luggage larger than “carry-on” size.
“No” ventilation or site applicable cooling.
Noisy street so the only window was closed. Provided desk fans not suitable cooling option for summer.
- Michelle (8/5): Great location - The location is fantastic and the communication from the owners was great . The apartment was clean and spacious . For the cost in central London this is a good place to stay during the week . I had not looked into the property properly and didn’t realise that it was 4floors up with no lifts so be careful when booking if not ready for the walk up . The noise is loud enough at night so if you are looking for a quiet place this isn’t it .
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Yadav (10/5): Was a great stay - Everything is best here 😊acc to prices
Old structure but it’s clean Stairs 🤧🤧
- Schnaars (8/5): Hassle free stay - The apartment was in a great location and it was very handy that it's so close to two major tube stations. We found it really easily and it was also easy to check in. The apartment was clean and had everything you'd need for your stay including a small kitchen which was fully equipped. Clean towelswere waiting for us also. Everything was pretty much as described on the listing aswell. Whilst there was some noise from the bar below and the street, it wasn't excessive and we were even given ear plugs with our check in stuff. Which was a nice touch. It was a very hassle free stay overall and they let us bring my 9 year old nephew even when it had said no children. So they were very accommodating. The place was good value for the price paid. The only thing we weren't keen on was the stairs as they were quite uneven and there were alot of them (we were on the 4th floor of the building) but that can't be helped and it's not something the owners can do anything about really.
- Matthew (5/5): Passable -
- Garland (8/5): Very good -
- Sanni (10/5): Exceptional - Very good place in Soho
- Lona (1/5): Bad -
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb - The apartment was easily accessible to where we need to be. It's clean. The check in instructions was very clear and detailed. We were comfortable. A bit noisy but it's not a deal breaker. We were provided with ear plugs(didn't need it). The apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no lift. Stairs are very narrow. It would be hard to carry suitcases up
- Rini (8/5): Very good -
- Greg (8/5): Excellent place to stay if you are out partying/clubbing/drinking late. Would definitely stay again. - Great location, great flat, great communication Doesn’t bother me but there are 4 flights of stairs. If you don’t know it already Greek st. Is a bar/club/party street so it can be very noisy until the early hours.
- Lloyd (6/5): Superb location and pleasant apartment but very noisy. Noise cancelling earphones are a must if staying here. - Location is superb and the apartment is very spacious. Very clean and the beds comfortable. The windows let far too much noise in from outside, luckily I had noise cancelling headphones or else I would not have slept at all. The apartment and entrance way / stairwells could do with a repaint / freshen up as they are showing signs of wear.
- Nagy (6/5): Pleasant - The mattrasses were horrible.
- Amy (6/5): Nice - Property was good and it was an easy acces to get to any location for foods and drinks The fact that I was given the last floor upstairs was so stressful for my sister and I and also we couldn’t use the WiFi as it was poor and we also noticed there wasn’t a subscription on it. That’s really sad because I missed a lot of work emails and responses . How ever I’ll love to visit again soon😍
- Riya (8/5): Very good -
- Tessa (10/5): Awesome location and very comfortable - Brilliant location, slap bang in the middle of Soho. Really well equipped, very rare to find a kitchen with enough equipment that you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted! Bed was very comfortable. Clean. communications all good.
It is noisy but then what do you expect when you're on a main bar street in a city. The ear plugs were a useful touch and much appreciated. no complaints
- Dominic (4/5): Disappointing - Bed sheets smelt of damp when I arrived. I immediately got in contact with the host and they ignored my issue
- Tom (3/5): Somewhere to sleep, but icky. Would not stay there again. - Convenient location and easy to collect the keys It was grimey - I didn't want to touch anything because it was like a slum. Plus no wifi.
- Neil (7/5): Good -
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Excellent location right in the heart of Soho and London's West End
Very large , spacious, top floor , older but well maintained studio apartment. With large separate bathroom and smaller separate kitchen with large open plan living/sleeping area large enough for two double beds, sofa and eating area, smart TV.
Well equipped, very clean with good natural lighting. Bathroom has no window and could use better ventilation. Very difficult to moderate water temperature and water could be boiling hot
- Alessandro (8/5): Very good - Great location. It has most facilities that you need for a short stay. It’s very loud (expected due to the location), so not the best option if you’re looking for peace and a good sleep.
- Karli (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the main inner city attractions and right in the heart of the West End. The apartment was clean but leass modern and a little more tired than the photos depict. Overall, I would recommend it, but orobably not during the middle of summer. There is a lot of noise at night, but that is to be expected considering the location. The biggest issue was spending 4 days there in the middle of a minor heatwave. The combination of a lack of air conditioning and being on the top floor meant the apartment was constantly stifling hot. There was only one very inadequate fan on arrival, so none of us slept on the 1st night. A 2nd small but better working fan was provided on request. However, there really needs to be 2 large pedestal fans installed during the hot summer period.
- John (9/5): Superb - Short distance to the west end and chinatown 8 flights of
stairs..
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonio (9/5): Neat - Apartment is comfortable, with a rich kitchen, an iron and hairdryer, and two large double beds. We enjoyed our stay. There were even tea bags and espresso capsules. Also good location, relatively close to Westminster, China Town and Bermingham Palace.
- David (10/5): amazing - everything the shower, it goes hot then cold continuously you have to stand back when too hot and stand back when it’s too cold. surprised they wouldn’t just fix this
- Jane (7/5): Would definitely recommend staying here! - Fab sized apartment! Super comfy beds! Great location! Complimentary tea and coffee which we enjoyed! Water pressure/temp control in shower wasn’t great. Noises on street at night (ear plugs kindly supplied which were great). Neither of these things bothered us too much!
- Joanna (10/5): Soho gem - This place is amazing. A hotel room WITHOUT WINDOWS nearby was like £50 more. This apartment was in an amazing location, clean, spacious and super comfortable. Nothing.
- Amanda (5/5): Clean tidy good location - Location Bathroom needs a revamp damaged n outdated
- Andy (10/5): Amazing location. - Location amazing. Clean Nothing
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Masry (6/5): Very good for the value of money - The flat was amazing, clean and very spacious and in a great location I would definitely love to come again, but the only problem is that their was no hot water in the shower and the sink which is a big problem There was not hot water
- Christopher (1/5): Would not stay again - Not much It was dirty, all the taps did not have any running hot/warm water. There was no pressure in the shower and it kept changing temperature.
- Rene (7/5): Good -
- Evexx93 (8/5): Good price for the location, great host. - The location was perfect, close to Chinatown, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The room itself was large, clean, well equipped, including portable heaters, and the instructions in order to use everything were clear. The only thing was the quality of windows, I'm not used to the noise, thought that in this kind of area the windows will be better quality- but these were just old.
- Sarah (5/5): Stay in the heart of it all. - Great location if you want to be in the heart of it all.
Walking to most of the major attractions in the city with a huge selection of places to eat and drink. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Bed was comfy The noise from the bars in the area is loud and late but didn’t bother us. If you need peace and quiet to sleep then this isn’t the place for you. The stairs up to the 4th floor are a lot and they’re steep, so be warned. The hot water system was terrible, the first night we took a shower it was going from hot to cold and there was nothing you could do about it. It was better the next morning but you have to run around to get wet as the water pressure is so low but I do expect that in London.
- Joao (9/5): Superb -
- Vasileiadis (5/5): Passable - Location No water pressure
No water in the toilet
4th floor, no elevator
- Cameron (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location in the heart of Soho, spacious apartment, clean and well presented. The staircase was incredibly tight and challenging to get alll luggage up. Perhaps just better explanation about the appproach to the apartment
- Dean (1/5): Awful. - Location and beds were very clean Washing machine broken
No hot water to wash
Shower dribbled so could t have shower
No hot water to have shave or even wash hands or face
Tv broken and messaged to receive “sorry”
- Sebastian (4/5): A broken home - Location was a gem 💎 Bath was broken, washing machine was broken, tv not working.
- Millar (7/5): Great location in a clean apartment. - Excellent location. Had everything you needed. Clean. Property is in an old building that has seen many renovations over the years-
First impressions on opening the street door was a little concerning as the hall and stairs are worn but the apartment was great, if not showing it’s age. Shower wouldn’t hang, toilet was slow to empty but everything else was ok.
- Andrew (5/5): Passable -
- Chin (1/5): Bad - The owner provides earplugs The stairs are narrow and sloping, and the room is on the 4th floor, very difficult to get to. And the bathroom floor is also very skewed, I'm afraid the house has a structural problem
- Pinmany (7/5): Good -
- Michael (10/5): Great value - Nice facilities and great location. Really clean and well worth the money N/A
- Seema (8/5): Very good - Location was exceptional. Really good value for money. Self checkin and checkout worked really well. The heating system for the room and hot water in sinks needs improvement as it takes a while for it to heat up.
- Laimonas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salvatore (7/5): it’s been ok was expecting a bit more for the price that I paid - location perfect bit mould everywhere need a bit of maintenance and the heater need be fixed
- Rankin (3/5): Poor -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - The consistent water temperature in the shower was great! Close to public transit, night life, shopping and theatres. Close to a vast variety of dining establishments. It was noisy which I think we should have guessed by the address. Ear plugs were supplied by the host. We didn't need them as we were exhausted each night.
- Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - Definitely the location and the price and the fact that we had 2 beds in the room For that location and price, I don't think would be fair to complain of anything
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Richelle (9/5): Superb -
- Jenny (2/5): ***BEWARE OF THE STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE*** - it was clean and had a washing machine 1. the front door to the building had an impossible lock
2. the narrow 4 flights of stairs with luggage were painful
3. the plumbing was possibly installed during the time of Christ and the shower pressure was virtually non existent
4. clearly the owner doesn’t pay for a tv licence and you can only view via the smart apps. As international travellers we do not have access to logins for such apps such as the bbc
