Would definately stay again . Stairs are as described and the view gives you a wonderful view of London. Nothing for us aged 64 and 62. .
• Barbara (10/5): - The location could not have been better for us as it is right by Wimbledon lawn tennis club where we spent a wonderful day as guests. The accomodation and hosts were very hospitable and helpful so made our stay stay in Wimbledon a very happy and memorable one. The loft apartment is very spacious and we had 2 very comfortable nights. There was even space for our car outside which we parked when we arrived and didn't need until we left. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. Everything was great

• Mark (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Outstanding location next to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club. Fantastic views over the tennis club and central London. Lovely welcoming hosts who were very accommodating as they allowed us to park our vehicle at the property way before check-in time to enable us to go to a Wimbledon tour. We really enjoyed our stay here. There was nothing we didn't like.

Fabulous views of the London skyline. A 10 minute walk to Wimbledon village with lovely cafes. The tube station of Wimbledon is around a 20-minute walk, which was no problem Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. Charlie dropped us at the tube station Saturday evening, which was much appreciated... Thank you. We wouldn't hesitate to book again when visiting London.

We really enjoyed our stay here and used it as a great base for our weekend in London. We would certainly come again

The location was fantastic - a short walk to Wimbledon Village and about 20 minutes to Wimbledon Station. The view from the double bedroom was spectacular across London. The kitchenette is well equipped and I was able to have my breakfast and coffee in the apartment to start my day. Great value for the space and location! I will definitely be back :) Nothing - all great :)

• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing find in Wimbledon - This lovely little attic apartment was situated at the top of the house. It was very quiet, warm and had everything you could need for a stay. The owners were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Even dropping us to the train station to save the walk. The location near Wimbledon grounds was excellent and a nice walk to the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again. - The privacy, comfort, space, cleanliness, quality of the linen and furnishing, decor and views. The host went out of her way to help me and ensure that I was safe (woman travelling alone) and comfortable. The lounge has a second single be as well as a sofa. Although I didn't use the lounge/second bedroom, I suspect it might be cold in the winter and would need the additional heating (that is provided).

• Leonard (10/5): A memorably pleasant stay - In my many visits to London, this is the first time that I stayed as far away from the city as I did. And I'm glad I did. First of all Sandie and Charlie were perfect hosts. Even before I had arrived, every time I texted Charlie, I received a reply almost immediately or within a matter of minutes at the most. And he turned out to be a friendly, helpful, and gracious host. I got to know both Charlie and Sandie a little and it felt as if I were staying with old friends. Short of getting you a pet alligator, they'd do their best to accommodate any reasonable request you may have. The apartment was very comfortable - clean, large bedroom with a comfortable bed. There is a smaller, pleasant, bedroom which is large enough for a single. The kitchen and bathrooms were smallish but quite adequate for my needs. The wifi was fast and reliable although it went on vacation for a minute or two on a couple of occasions. It seemed to be unseasonably cold at times on the outside but it was always pleasantly comfortable in the apartment with the well-controlled heating. All the while I was there, I left the window shades up because of the lovely views. Wimbledon Centre Court is just a stone's throw away and in the distance the London Eye provides a point of reference for the city's skyline. Just a few minutes walk in the pretty neighbourhood takes you to Wimbledon Village, a delightful hamlet where you can sample a variety of cuisines from around the world - Europe, Asia, the Americas. For groceries, there's a Tesco Express which is open from early morning till late at night. A short jog takes you to Wimbledon Commons where you can stretch your legs or go for a non-trivial run. Going to the city involves a little more time. Several options are available from the station (about 20 minutes on foot): District line through Earl's Court and beyond; the train to Waterloo; same train but stopping at Vauxhall and catching the Victoria line.

And the room was very private.Staying here is our best memory in London.Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure returning here each night and having a coffee in bed each morning. A homely place to stay. The hosts were friendly, with v clear comms. No notes here. Can’t fault it. A gem of a place.

The location was brilliant for the purpose of our trip. Wimbledon High street a short walk from the house as was Wimbledon Common. Located across the road from Wimbledon tennis courts. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well organised with clear instructions for TV, facilities and nearby venues. The shower was hot and the beds comfortable. The rooms we had were well furnished, comfortable and relaxing. We could park on the drive too. The views across to London city in the distance were amazing. Also, look out for the flocks of green parakeets that occasionally fly past the window! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. All wonderful nothing negative to comment on.

We spent two comfortable and quiet nights, with our car safely parked off-road, and we loved the easy access to London where we spent two days. The hosts are very welcoming and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We shall be back again!
• Barry (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed the Wimbledon tennis tour/museum visit. Come on County! - For us the location was ideal as we had pre-booked the Wimbledon tennis tour and museum visit. A ten minute stroll to the museum and tour start. Our real interest was to watch football at AFC Wimbledon's, Plough Lane stadium. The journey from Stockport wasn't the result we wanted, however a new ground ticked off. Getting to Plough Lane couldn't be simpler the 493 bus stopped on nearby Church Road providing door to door service for free! We're both over 60. The shower room/toilet only had a tiny basin. The TV was situated in the bedsitter, not the main bedroom.

• Mike0063 (8/5): Affable hosts - Affable hosts who were solicitous in the perfect measure. Ideal location for our purposes - an easy drive into town but a peaceful bolthole to which we could return and be guaranteed a parking space. The view wasn't important to us but indeed there is a wonderful view of the AELTC and the City. Far larger than anticipated in fact we only entered the lounge area a couple of times. The basin was only really suitable for washing hands, but really this was only a minor inconvenience.

The room was lovely and the welcome was warm and friendly. Lovely views and the car parking facility was a real bonus. We will certainly return! A very small niggle: it would have been nice to have a small soap and shower gel in the bathroom (we didn’t think of bringing any!)

• Jo (8/5): A comfortable stay with very special views. - The location is excellent next to the All England Club in a quiet leafy residential part of Wimbledon. The private apartment is on the top floor of a pleasant home with fascinating views over the Wimbledon Tennis Courts and the London skyline beyond. It is very spacious, quiet at night and comfortable. There is even a parking space. It is a shame that there is not a private entrance but entry was easy and we were made very welcome.
