• Roxanne (10/5): Amazing spot in london - Great sized apartment, quiet neighbourhood and comfortable bed with plenty of soft and fluffy towels. The area is perfect for getting anywhere in london and has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop with Oxford street just a few minutes away. The host was amazing to communicate with and made the whole process nice and easy! Would love to stay again for longer. Highly recommended! No latch on the door to the apartment for security, and the lock can be fiddly but pulling the door as you turn the key helps.

• Sue (9/5): Great location and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again. Such a nice area of London. - The location of this apartment is just great. In a block or so you are on Marylebone High Street with lots of options for shopping, pubs and restaurants. We found all that we would need in the apartment in terms of coffee, tea, sugar, toiletries and we appreciated the laundry facilities, having been on the road for two weeks. Although a basement apartment, it had lots of natural light. Our host, Gina, was in constant contact with information and was very helpful. Found one of the front door keys to the apartment itself a little tricky. Also, it took a long time to get hot water to the shower, which was pretty small.
• Annette (8/5): Very good - Excellent location in a great neighborhood close to things, but not overly touristy. Apartment was spacious and well decorated. Easy communication with Gina. The keys were hard to use, despite many days working to get used to them. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.
• Michael (8/5): Fabulous, very comfortable and well located large property - Very well located large quirky apartment Shower was a bit hard to regulate but manageable. No instructions available for heating system, including hot water, and would have made life easier if we knew thermostat and timer (including on/off switch) was located in cupboard outside the bathroom door. Agent was responsive to our call and we were able to turn the system on. Auto timer set to early morning which meant the noise of the boiler woke us up but we did have heating and hot water which made it worth it, and we soon got used to it.
• Jay (9/5): Superb location in a spacious, comfortable apartment. - Location superb easy access to Harley Street, Oxford Street. Close to all the shops and nice restaurants. Property was large and spacious and warm. Basement level no outdoor space.

• Mark (3/5): No hot water;smelled of cigarette - Location Where do I start? First, the boiler kept constantly breaking down and there was no hot water. It took two hours each time for the water to heat up. I ended up taking four cold showers in total. Second, the apt smelled of smoke and there were cigaret burns on carpets and tables. Third, while the location is great it’s very noisy. You can hear everything outside.
• Ad (10/5): Exceptional - The location was absolutely perfect! Close to transit stations and walking distance to shops. The flat was very comfortable and outfitted with both washer and dryer which was perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The boiler reset but the host was quick to remedy. Not a ding on the property.

• Desleigh (9/5): Second stay and still an excellent place to stay- great location, light and spacious - Is a great spacious light filled property in a very central location. Close to transport, Oxford St, grocery stores, restaurants, but is fairly quiet particularly at night. Other than missing a microwave the kitchen is pretty well set up for those who would prefer to stay in and cook. The laundry has proper separate washer and dryer, which is a rarity in London apartments. There are steep stairs straight after you open the front door to the apartment, while not a problem for us, it may be for some people (so just letting others know).
• Bridget (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Marylebone. - This is a generously proportioned apartment for London. It has a large bedroom, a living room, dining table and chairs and a full kitchen & laundry. The location is excellent, in Marylebone village, close to Oxford and Regent streets for shopping and dining. The shower water temperature was a bit hard to regulate.
• Mira (6/5): The host was pleasant but the property didn’t have enough positives to outweigh the negatives. - I liked the location and that it had separate clothes washer and dryer units. The shower was horrendous - too small and you couldn’t turn the shower head away from spraying you with cold water. It would be better to install a swivel shower head. The shower door couldn’t be opened with the water running since the shower head sprayed water all over the floor thus flooding the floor. I had to get a shock of cold water spraying me every time I showered before the warm water would begin. Also, the property was very hot even with the provided fans.
• Huda (8/5): Beautiful, cozy, spacious ♥️ - Beautiful and spacious. It really does feel like a home which is such a wonderful privilege when you’re traveling for a while. All the necessary amenities were provided. Really good value for money for the space that it provides. Location is incredible, I really enjoyed my stay here, it was beautiful! The keys were a bit difficult to deal with, I spent 10-15 minutes outside trying to figure out just which angle, what pressure, which key.. but once I got the hang of it, it was okay. For such a wonderful home, I really think the lighting could be improved. The main lights are too bright at night, so I had to move the lamplight from the bedroom into the living room. And the last thing is, I didn’t realize that the apartment was going to be a level lower than ground, moving the luggage was a bit painful, but also I felt quite open to the world - interesting angle! Not gonna lie, just felt like it was more exposed than I was expecting l.
• Gregory (9/5): Spacious apartment in an excellent location. - This is a very nice basement apartment. We were very impressed with the size of it---especially the excellent living area. Laundry room excellent. Certainly one of the better apartments we have stayed in while in London. Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is superb, we could walk to most of the places we usually like to visit. We were happy with everything. There was no microwave, which some guests might like to know. But no complaints from us.
• Emma (9/5): Perfect London location - Location, location location! Whenever we come back to London we will definitely stay here in Marylebone again - 5 mins to all major shopping precincts. Host was very responsive to questions, check in and check out process was super easy. It was lovely having a larger space compared to a hotel room and being able to cook and wash clothes over our 5 night stay. It was very clean and the bed was comfy! The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze but we managed! The door is a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it - it’s completely fine.

• Nancy (7/5): The apartment was convenient, clean, quiet and sufficient for our needs. - The location was in a great neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. There were adequate supplies in the kitchen. Bath towels were supplied along with a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Gina was very responsive to our needs. The lock for the apartment door uses a skeleton key. It was very difficult to lock and unlock. At one time, we couldn't get out of the apartment. The lock system should be modernized. The shower stall is quite small but fine for us. It would not accommodate a large person. The apartment could use a few floor or table lamps in the living room. The overhead lights are very bright.

• Pilar (9/5): Enjoyable and great location. - It was a lovely flat in the basement. Nicely decorated. The ved was really good. Had fans in the room and living area. Very clean. Heard no noise even though it was a basement unit. Centrally located close to everything on a very quiet street. The stairs to the basement are not ideal for everyone since it takes muscles to drag the luggage up and down those stairs. The bathroom was very nice but it does urgently need a soap shelf since it is tight to grab things from the shower floor.

A soap holder in the shower would have been useful. Not sure why but the TV couldn’t receive all the Free to air channels. Minor issue. Nice to have. A microwave would have been handy too.

• Jannis (8/5): Great location and comfortable accomodations made our trip to London all the better. - Great location and spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. We had to provide our own garbage bags and there were not bags provided for recycling either. Lots of dust on the blinds in the bathroom as well.
