• Maria (7/5): Großzügiges Appartement, gut für kleine Gruppen - Die Größe und Raumaufteilung war sehr gut. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Vor dem check in hat die Kommunikation mit den Anbietern gut funktioniert und wir durften sogar früher due Schlüssel abholen. Nach dem check in hat uns leider während unseres Aufenthalts niemand mehr auf unsere Fragen ( W-lan ging nicht) geantwortet. Insgesamt war es nicht so sauber und alles etwas abgenutzt, aber ok. Als wir die Schlüssel abgeben wollten, war der Store, bei dem wir sie abgeben sollten, geschlossen und wir konnten niemanden erreichen- werde per Telefon noch per Mail. Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn man uns mitgeteilt hätte, wie der Check Out läuft.
• Elisabeth (7/5): - Die Lage war Mega. Der Bahnhof Deptford war direkt nebenan. Keine 2 Minuten zum Bahnsteig und in 10 Minuten war man an der London Bridge. Die Größe der Wohnung war super und die Aussicht auf der von allen Bewohnern genutzten Dachterrasse auf London war sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig 2 Minuten. Das zurückgeben des Schlüssels war bedeutend einfacher wie das Abholen. Wir konnten den Schlüssel an der Wohnung lassen. Nervig war nach dem Anflug, dass Abholen des Schlüssels an einem kleinen Laden. Von der Haltestelle, keine Ahnung wie die hieß, mussten wir mit den Koffern erst 10 Minuten zum Abholen des Schlüssels laufen und dann weitere 10 Minuten zur Wohnung nach Deptford. Definitiv besser hätte die Sauberkeit sein können. Bei uns waren auf dem Teppichen und im Bad noch Haare der Vorbewohner, das war ekelig, da ein Staubsauger vor Ort war, haben wir die Haare dann selbst entfernt. Abgestaubt wurde auch schon lange nicht mehr. Wer eine Hausstaubmilben Allergie hat, für den ist die Wohnung leider nicht geeignet, da in den Schlafzimmern Teppichböden liegen.

• Nancy (8/5): - Es war eine geräumige Wohnung mit viel Platz und einer sehr guten Ausstattung Für unser Vorhaben war die Lage perfekt und sehr ruhig Das Türschloss war defekt, sodass wir die Wohnung nicht abschließen konnten. Man konnte den Komplex zwar nur mit einem Chip betreten, aber wir haben trotzdem darauf verzichtet, die Wertsachen in der Wohnung zu lassen. Telefonisch war leider niemand erreichbar, es gab auch keinen Rückruf. Der Schlüssel musste in einem Shop abgegeben werden, der erst 10Uhr öffnet, wir sind aber schon 8:00Uhr geflogen. Auch hier wollten wir telefonisch nach einer Alternative anfragen, leider ohne Erfolg
• Josha (8/5): Wonderful - Modern and clean apartment, big balcony space The bed mattresses could definitely be a lot better. It sinks in, not good for the back after long day of sightseeing. Washer/dryer had issues to ensure clothes were fully dry.
• Fenella (8/5): - Excellent location for getting around London on trains and the DLR. Many choices of eateries nearby, a few major grocery chains on the high street, and a great Chinese supermarket. The location of the key picked up was not given till the day of check in and it was a 10min walk away. The washing machine had a leak and was reported from second day. After a week it was still not fixed.
• Ada (7/5): Good location, trek to get the key, not great in the heat. - We liked the Deptford location right next to the train station, restaurants, and shops. It was a comfortable space for our family of four. The deck was great. The beds were comfortable. It was an inconvenience to have planned for use of a washing machine only to have it out of order. (The owner did try to send someone to repair it the last day of our stay, but it was leaking profusely from the front door and was unusable). The listing said “someone would meet us” with the key upon arrival, but, as others have stated, you have to walk about 10 minutes each way to pick up the key, and also to drop it off before departure. It’s not close and would be extremely in incident to make the walk with luggage. The apartment gets late afternoon sun and was very hot during our stay as it was a warm spell in London. It was 30.5 degrees in the flat when we were going to bed at night. They did provide fans.

• Marie (8/5): Deptford spacious and convenient - Great view and even better from the rooftop. Big balcony and good location for transport. Terrific food and bars below the apartment. Key collection and return is way too far from the building. A key safe would be more convenient.

• Ayesha (9/5): Superb - The apartment is exactly as it's pictured, very clean and suitable for a family stay. It was equipt with everything you would need for a comfortable appartment stay and I appreciated the added touch of detergent and softner provided for laundry, Tea and coffee as well as shower gels and hand soaps that were there on arrival. The location is really good as it is situated between two stations within a 5-7min walk. It's also a 3 min walk from a high street/market with many shops and eateries. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially Owen, who I communicated with the most, and I actually extended my stay twice with no hassle. I was even provided a mid-stay clean due to the extension of my stay, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The check-in and check-out process were very simple. All in all, this was a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend to any families or anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a lovely apartment.

• Mary (8/5): A comfortable, well-facilitated stay in a good area of London - Very spacious flat with plenty of facilities for the two of us. The kitchen utensils, washing up liquid, spices and other amenities were very much appreciated. The area felt safe and was well located about 5 minutes walking distance from 2 train stations. There was a bit of fluff and hair on the carpet - it could have been hoovered better. The double bed was a bit low so a bit hard to get up from. It was a bit tricky to return the keys because the opening time of the off-licence was 10:30 on a Sunday rather than the advertised 10:00.

• Muhammad (9/5): very good apart from the showers - Conveniently located next to train station and the food court is next door The showers are not working. The water flow is minimal through the showers as the water flow is just more than a trickle.
• Ali (3/5): Find another place far and not tourist areas - U will not feel you are in UK If you stay in the neighborhood I like nothing about that apartment The property was far from the city and no easy access to the transportation as you need more than train or underground or bus to get to city and tourist places No AC Not easy to get the key as it’s need to go to shop to collect it Try to contact the host he is not answering at all you should contact Booing to get an answer for anything related. All about that property not worth your money

• Gouri (9/5): Stay was nice. Flat was great. - Safety aspect of the Building. cleanliness and over all facilities in the Flat. Shower water pressure was quite low in one of the Bathrooms. This should be improved. One of the curtains in Bed Room could not be operated (Roll up function was not working). Rest all were fine.
• Faleh (8/5): Change check in & respond faster to messages. - location. big & comfortable. i did not like the fact that i had to go half mile to pick up the keys on arrival. checking in should be done in the property and not far away. i also did nor like the fact that the host delayed responding to my message for almost 1 day until i had to call them. The check in on their website is absolutely unacceptable, I had to down load my PP copy and full details of the credit card, and still did not work. Not happy.
