- Noelle (8/5): Apartment clean, with basic kitchen appliances. Area quite and near where we needed to be. - Bed and couch too low for getting into and out off as I have arthritis but once in bed very comfortable.
- Christopher (10/5): Pleasant and well located. cosy apartment. - A well equipped apartment with space and comfort as standard. It was quiet and really clean and tidy.
The heating was good and the apartment was warm and cosy. The bathroom has shower that has ample heat and pressure. decorated to a good standard.
Contact with the managing agent/staff was good and pleasant incredibly helpful. The entrance hall way was in need of a tidy (don't think this was to do with the agent) as multiple post boxes were over-flowing and in need of a tidy and some repairs. which gave an initial poor impression. quick fix
- Inmaculada (5/5): Not great communicating when difficulties - I liked the table was set with flowers when we arrived, it was a nice gesture I didn't like that after we paid the accommodation we had to go through a process sending our passport, taking a picture of us and sending a £100 deposit through PayPal, it seemed a bit dodgy. Even dodger when we went back to our home town the deposit wasn't refunded, I asked through booking messenger and through WhatsApp the when I was going to have the money back and they sent me a capture of a bank transfer with the money but it didn't show my details or the bank accoun, they became difficult and blamed my bank saying my bank held the money for some reason although my bank denied this. 1 week after I requested a refund through PayPal and a day after it showed into my PayPal account the deposit it was pending, then I received a WhatsApp message saying the refund was on its way through PayPal.... too much difficulties in giving my £100 deposit back....

- Aimee (8/5): Very good - The flat was nice and clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfectly fine for purpose. I didn't need to use the kitchen but it was presented well. The shower wouldn't stay higher on the rail so I needed to duck to get underneath (I'm not tall, 5ft 5) but it worked and was clean.

- Ireneusz (1/5): Bad - The apartment itself is alright. Absolutely awful. The location could be better. The thing that made my stay awful was the owner and his handling of the property. He doesn't use the numbers provided by booking.com and he gets in contact with you by some foreign number in whatsapp. It was also hard to pay the deposit which he contacts you about only a day before your arrival and for some reason he won't accept normal payments and requires you to pay by paypal. The owner also refuses to get in contact with you in order to get your deposit back. I had to constantly message him for a month in order to get my money. All this made the experience really stressful. I strongly advise against staying there.
