• FILANOVITCH (7/5): Séjour agréable mais sportif - L'appartement bien situé est dans un quartier très populaire et authentique et près d'une avenue touristique et agréable. Beaucoup de magasins et de boutiques de bouche (restaurants, cafés, pâtisseries, etc..). Le métro et le port ne sont pas loin. Précision : la rue n'est pas très facile à trouver même avec GPS - il semble que le système de navigation dans cette ville soit assez aléatoire. Nous (et pas que nous) l'avons expérimenté à plusieurs reprises . Nb : les rues sont très pentues et pavées L'appartement est au 5e étage SANS ascenseur et les marches sont hautes et difficiles donc à réserver à des gens jeunes ou en pleine forme. D'autre part, il est indiqué qu'il y a deux chambres mais, en fait, il y a une chambre grande et agréable et une autre petite pièce près de la cuisine sans porte et avec une sorte de clic-clac. C'est ok pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants mais si vous comptiez, comme moi, avoir 2 chambres pour adultes c'est non. De plus, le lit dans cette dernière pièce n'était pas préparé, j'ai dû en catastrophe appeler pour avoir des draps et il m'a été répondu que j'aurais dû le préciser avant. Donc information à retenir.

• Emese (10/5): Maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve! - Ideális helyen, központi helyen levő szállás, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. A tulajdonos mindenben segítőkész és kedves! A szállás a legfelső szinten van, nincs lift, mivel régi az épület.

• Stephanie (1/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist extrem einfach. Leider funktioniert nur eine Gasflamme am Herd. Es funktioniert nur eine Lampe am Bett. Die zweite sollte aufgeladen werden doch der Stecker war kaputt. Es ist nichts ansonsten vorhanden ungespültes Geschirr keine Geschirrtücher ein alter stinkenden Küchenschwamm. Das Panorama wie angepriesen war ein schlechter Scherz. Wir waren schon etliche Male in Neapel ...so schlecht haben wir noch nie gewohnt. Ungemütlich und abgeranzt.

• Ego (10/5): - Posizione strategica in un contesto veramente magico. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Splendida vista sul Vesuvio e sui Quartieri Spagnoli. L'accesso alla struttura è stato molto agevole e semplice. L' host super disponibile e gentile.

• Daniele (8/5): Perfetta soluzione per chi vuole vivere Napoli in pieno. - Ottima posizione, direttamente a due passi dal murales di Maradona e dalle principali attrazioni di Napoli. La metro é a pochi metri. I proprietari super disponibili, accolgono ogni tua esigenza. La struttura dotata di tutto quello che occorre. Tante scale, ma dopotutto fattibili. In 5 si sta un po‘ stretti.

• Dennis (3/5): Unconformable stay at Casa Luisa - Centrally located Apartment is not suitable for elderly people. Had to climb 4 levels up with luggage. Buildings in the area are old, ugly poorly maintained. Area is noisy even at night Toilet had no seat when we arrived. Toilet tank was spilling water on the floor causing slippery/unsafe condition. Boiler hot water hose was leaking overhead. (Safety issue) There were no adequate pots to prepare a meal. If you bought a meal, there was easy way to warm up the meal. Two person in the room but with the tiny coffee pot you could only make one small cup at the time during breakfast. We had to ask for garbage bag since there were none. There was no cloth kitchen towel. We did not have a person to person contact with the host. Only contact was via Whatsapp.
• Dolo (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom and bed linens in the room are very clean, and it comes with basic kitchen utensils. A pleasant surprise was the availability of coffee powder and a coffee maker. The room is slightly different from the photos; the second room only has one bed. The bed linens are quite comfortable, and the location is relatively central. The WiFi was very unstable and almost completely unusable during my three-day stay, which was very frustrating. The host said he couldn't fix it. His English wasn't very good, so we had difficulty understanding each other. The apartment is on the fourth or fifth floor with no elevator, and the surrounding area is mostly uphill or stairs, which isn't very friendly for guests with luggage. The apartment faces the street, and the noise from motorcycles was quite loud. There is no laundry available.

• Avy (7/5): Good - The owner's mom check me in is quite nice, though she doesn't speak English. Near subway. The property in Spanish ladders area. Those who with large luggage will definitely feel tragedy, you will have to go up a lot of slopes with rocks road, then up to the room is on 5th floor (old house with no lift) and the environment around is quite mess. If you plan to stay here which could definitely have enough exercise.

• Christopher (10/5): Great experience in the neighborhood and the apartment was great! - We really enjoyed staying in the Spanish Quarter of Naples and being among the residents and their lifestyle was a great experience. The area was full of life! The apartment accommodated us very well and was very clean. Nothing really. We enjoyed our stay!
