• Rocío (9/5): - Buena ubicación con metro muy cerca Apartamento bien dotado de enseres de cocina y mobiliario cómodo Acordamos llegar de 14 a 14.30, llegamos a las 14.15 y no había nadie en el apartamento. Tuvimos que llamar y esperar 40 minutos en la calle porque el portero del edificio no nos permitía esperar en el acceso del edificio. Recomiendo confirmar antes de llegar que habrá alguien esperando para recibir las llaves

• Andre (9/5): - The apartment is clean and spacious. It is located next to the Thames Footpath near St. Paul's Cathedral. You can shop for groceries or get to a subway station in five minutes. Perfect for our stay.

• Jan (9/5): Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het appartement, prima locatie, bezienswaardigheden dichtbij. - Appartement ligt op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden in de stad en dicht bij metro stations. Ook prettig is de rust in het appartementencomplex. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement. Communicatie is prima verlopen met verhuurder. Zoals zo vaak bij het huren van appartementen zijn de foto's prachtig, maar in de praktijk is het vaak anders. Zo ook hier, het appartement is zeker netjes, de uitrusting compleet, maar bij de badkamers kan nog best wat verbeterd worden. In de eerste badkamer een los wandpaneel bij het bad. Bijhouden kitranden bij bad en douchehoek, een klein kraantje op de wastafel, altijd de boel nat en in de tweede badkamer een fonteinwasbakje met een te grote kraan. Door deze zaken bij te houden en aan te passen stijgt het comfort.
• Deb (8/5): - The host left a wee welcome in the fridge gor us which was much appreciated after 51hrs travelling. Condiments like sugar/dalt etc were available as well as coffee and tea. The lounge space is a good size, the appartment complex very nice and well located near two subways. Would definitely stay again. The main ensuite shower was very small.

• Falkner (8/5): - Sehr ruhig, tolles Ambiente im allgemeinen Bereich! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt! Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre eine Anregung, leider keine vorhanden!
• taddei (9/5): We had a nice time at John’s apartment. Everything was ok, John was quick to answer our questions -
• Rebecca (1/5): Didn't stay - The location was great and the ease of access to the keys to the apartment was good. This property advertised an elevator which is why we booked it. I recently had foot surgery and needed to minimize stairs. The elevator was not working when we arrived. A sign posted said it would be out June 24 (5 days before we arrived on the 29th) for 4 weeks. We also got approval to arrive at 2. When we got there at 1:45, the host who met us said they needed 45 mins to complete cleaning. The apartment itself was clean/fine, but the primary bathroom shower does have significant mold buildup at the base of the door + fan in the other room had a broken stand making it difficult to actually use. Because there was no elevator, we ended up staying at the Westin next door (at 4x the price). Timeline: June 29 arrived at apt & told owner elevator was out of service. Was told to cancel our reservation so they could rebook and try to get us money back. Requested a free cancelation to waive fees (assuming that meant that we might not get all our money back, which was ok - we offered to pay the first night). Were asked to return the keys so they could clean. There was nothing to clean short of 2 hand towels we used to wash our hands + the pillowcases our girls laid on while they waited for us to find new accommodations. Our request was denied the next morning even though we returned the keys. So now we can't even get into the apartment. July 1 looked up the booking and saw the apartment was still unavailable, so asked about the status. Was told to cancel, and it was being cleaned that day. Told them I tried to cancel, and it was denied. I tried again and was now told on the app that the property was unavailable to cancel. July 2, asked them to cancel for us, were told first, "no, can't unless it's our fault - it will affect our ratings negatively" and then "no, because we will be heavily penalized". If we had known it would be this much of a hassle, we would have kept the keys & used laundry and kitchen. Booking.
• Sairah (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Easy access to the underground stations, lots to do around. John was great at communication and quick to respond with any queries or requests. The rooms were comfortable, cosy. Definitely would stay here again.
• Kenneth (7/5): Pretty good. - Location was pretty good. Right on the Thames, near St Pauls. Close to underground stations, and Millennium bridge which took you to the Tate Modern. There were a few steps and bridges to cross the main road. A bit of a walk to the supermarkets, but not too far for a fit person.
• Judith (7/5): Excellent location. Excellent facilities. Excellent stay. - Great location, excellent facilities including kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, etc. Could do with less furniture or updated furniture, so there is more space for luggage.

• Dr. (8/5): Good capacity! - The capacity of the flat is good. Location is not bad if you like to walk. The river is just behind the building. So we walked beside the river and crossed the other side to get to the attractions or restaurants. I loved the colours and the furniture of the flat. You feel safe in. The WiFi is bad and low speed, where sometimes connected without Internet! I asked the incharge person or may be he is the owner and he respond with "Never had any problem in 7 years... Try to reboot the modem please." I couldn't even checked my email :/ The second room's sink in bathroom is too small, we couldn't wash probably without the water fell on the ground! There is no cleaning service vs the long period of accommodation! The bathroom was not cleaned well! Throwing the garbage by yourself under some rules and policies is disgusting! You have to go behind the building and try to put code to open the garbage tank! Sometimes it's stack and not open! While you tried to open it, you will just lived with a bad smell and surrounded by rats!
