• Joachim (7/5): Très bien mais équipement à revoir - L emplacement ! Certains équipement laisse à désiré, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement , douche ok mais robinet qui coule des deux côté, vmc non nettoyé, prise dans la cuisine decollé (peut être dqngereux)
• Sabina (1/5): Horrendous - This was by an almost impressive distance, the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. My colleague whom was due to stay at the property was given an incorrect address for the key pick up. The owner then shouted at myself (who had made the booking) and the guest. We had to seek out alternative accommodation and have not been refunded. Appalling to say the least. Everything was shockingly awful.

• FLAVIA (8/5): - Nos hospedamos en familia, la ubicación del departamento es muy cómoda, y el departamento esta bien equipado para 5 personas, sofá cama comodo y hermosa vista Tuvimos una mala experiencia en el ingreso al departamento que casi arruina nuestra estadía en Londres. El alojamiento unas horas antes del check in entrega un código y las indicaciones para el ingreso. Ahi nos enteramos que las llaves se recojen en un quiosco que esta a unos 800 m del departamento. Hasta ahi veniamos bien pero la zona del quiosco no es muy agradable. El check in es a partir de las 15hs nosotros llegamos al quiosco a las 17 hs a retirar las llaves, le entregamos el codigo al empleado y nos dice que el codigo cuando lo ingresa NO ES VALIDO, que el no podia hacer nada que nos comuniquemos con la empresa. Tratamos de comunicarnos ahi en el local con los telefonos que teniamos de contacto y NADIE ATENDIA NUESTRAS LLAMADAS despues de varios intentos POR WHATSAPP NOS RESPONDIERON, que NO SABIAN QUE HABIA PASADO que hagamos el reclamo a BOOKING!!!! que ellos no lo podian solucionar!!!!!!!!!! IMPOSIBLE DE PENSAR PAGAR POR UN LUGAR, ESTAR CON TU FAMILIA Y QUE TE DIGAN QUE HAGAS UN RECLAMO!!!! DESPUES DE ESTAR 30 MINUTOS TRATANDO DE RESOLVER QUE HACER, a donde ibamos....LLEGA AL QUIOSCO UNA SRA CON LAS LLAVES DEL DEPARTAMENTO, ERA LA SRA DE LA LIMPIEZA. LA SRA DEJA LAS LLAVES CON UN CODIGO Y ASI HABILITO NUESTRO CODIGO!!!!.Y FINALMENTE PUDIMOS INGRESAR AL DEPARMENTO Nunca se disculparon, nunca nos explicaron que fue lo que paso PORQUE LAS LLAVES LLEGARON 2 HORAS MAS TARDE, PORQUE NADIE NOS AYUDO A RESOLVER EL PROBLEMA, NADA NADA. fue un trago amargo en nuestra la estadia. Son alojamientos que no estan preparados para resolver cualquier inconveniente que surja, como este que la empleada de limpieza se olvide de devolver las llaves. La comunicacin falla y uno sufre las consecuencias.
• Nicola (9/5): Prime location - The location is amazing, transport right at your doorstep! The apartment was a good size and had ample space. It was warm and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only thing I would say is there is mold in the bathroom. It might be due to the guests not knowing how to work the fans but a wipe down and touch up would make it. This would hinder us staying here again. The communication with the landlord was easy, quick and above and beyond - we had a slight issue with a cot and it was resolved asap!

• Fernanda (10/5): Apartamento formidável - A localização é ótima e o apartamento é muito agradável, a cozinha continha tudo o que precisávamos, muito bem equipada. A água do chuveiro e das torneiras estavam quentes. Estação de trem, metrô e ônibus muito próximos, além de ter um pier para desembarcar da balsa na frente do edifício. Estávamos em seis pessoas e ficamos todos bem acomodados. O edifício tem elevador e acessibilidade, que foi ótimo para as malas e para o carrinho de bebê. Gostamos da sacada com vista para o rio. Mercado pertinho para compras diárias. Somente a cama não era muito confortável para o nosso gosto. Tivemos que comprar um adaptador para carregar os celulares, já que as tomadas não eram compatíveis e não sabíamos.
• Lucia (4/5): - Gostei da localização! Destestei a limpeza. É lastimável e nada aceitável o estado em que encontrei a casa. Deplorável! Imenso pó, louça suja, roupas de cama sujas, que foram apenas esticadas e não mudadas do anterior hóspede. Casas de banho muito sujas, com bolor, humidade e muito mau cheiro de esgotos. Janelas que não fecham devido aos trincos estarem estragados. O barulho que entra e vento é inadmissível. Quando entrámos na casa deparei-me logo de imediato com um sofá desarrumado, almofadas amassadas e uma garrafa de água. As cortinas cheiraram mal e nem sequer cobrem bem as janelas. O chão estava sujo, cabelos por todo o lado. Mesa de jantar manchada, vidros sujos e manchados. HORRÍVEL. Mas horrível é mesmo o cheiro que se faz sentir tanto na casa como no corredor. Como se vê nas fotos que vou anexar o material de limppeza, aspirador, esfregona foi deixado em cima de roupas de cama onde os próximos hóspedes vão dormir!!!! Aplausos por isso. Tristeza! A cozinha está super mal equipada. Louças velhas, riscadas, panelas velhas e encardidas, não há talheres decentes, não há talheres para confeccionar a comida, o forno estava sujo, a maquina de lavar roupa está cheia de bolor, a de lavar louça nem sequer lava a louça! Em 20 anos que viajo é a primeira vez que me sinto extremamente revoltada, paguei caro por esta estadia e tive nojo de ali dormir. Era 10 da noite estava eu a limpar o minimo para poder ali permanecer. Mais, onde se vai buscar a chave para ter acesso á casa é longe. Para quem não conhece nunca la chega sem ajuda. É uma vergonha o hóspede pagar e ainda caminha 20 minutos para ir buscar a chave e ainda a tem que devolver. Horrível fazer isto com 2 pessoas doentes e uma criança com necessidades especiais. Espero mesmo bem que metam a mão na consciência e vejam a vergonha de habitação que tem. Espero sinceramente ur o booking investigue esta situação porque acredito que eu não fui um caso isolado. Quero honestamente uma justificação e pedido de desculpas justificativo.

Appartamento quasi perfetto in tutto Il phon non andava. Lo sciacquone di uno dei 2 bagni scaricava in continuazione. Abbiamo risolto chiudendo di volta in volta l'acqua.

• ALESSIA (8/5): Buon compromesso , nonostante tutto... - La casa era ordinata e le cose principali ed essenziali erano presenti. La posizione era perfetta perché è vicinissimo ad una stazione di metro-tram , fermata dei bus e dell'Uber Boat. Il ritiro della chiave è molto semplice , le indicazioni ti vengono fornite poco prima dell'arrivo e bisogna andare a prendere le chiavi in un negozio a circa 10 min a piedi dall'appartamento ( stesso posto per riportare le chiavi al check-out ). La zona è super bella e tranquilla. La camera è ben insonorizzata , c'è il wi-fi e il riscaldamento in tutto l'alloggio. Infine , il personale è stato molto disponibile tramite messaggi. La pulizia nell'appartamento è molto scarsa. Noi eravamo in 5 e spesso finiva l'acqua calda per farsi la doccia ( fate la doccia velocemente , consiglio... ). Nell'annuncio non c'era scritto che il secondo bagno fosse in camera.
• Leanne (5/5): Great location - if apartment appliances are replaced this is likely a good place to stay for 4 - The property is in a good location. The property is tired and the appliances like washing machine/dryer and dishwasher need replacing. The washing machine had a terrible mouldy smell and the dryer component of the machine does not work, the dishwasher failed to heat the water required to do a wash - the filter was very very dirty with lots of dark green smelly mould in chunks stuck to the filter, this was so bad it looked like it was turning into white penicillin. I tried to clean it off the best I could but I was not comfortable with touching it with my bare hands, I boiled water over it to try and get some off, seriously I wish I had taken a photo. The fact the machine is not heating is also creating this problem. The remote on the TV had flat batteries, we had just come off a long-haul flight with 4 children and wanted to sit but couldn't turn on the TV. As a family of 6 the reason I booked this unit was for the use of the household appliances, to discover these not in functioning order was EXTREMELY disappointing as we had packed very light and needed to regularly wash our clothes and I did not want to be on holiday doing dishes for my family of 6. Also the sofa bed was not made up for our arrival, and it was booked for 6 people, no hidden surprises and there not enough linen to do this well. There were limited products available for our stay of 6 days like, dishwashing detergent approximately 3 cms in a bottle left, hand wash (same) and toilet paper. I politely reported these issues whilst we stayed there but no action other than acknowledgment to alert maintenance staff, which didn't help me as a customer as these appliances where highly important to my booking and I accordingly paid a fee where I was expecting to be able to use the machinery, however I ended up hanging the washing across the unit and turning on a fan to dry all our washing after being left with having to use the very smelly machine :(.
• Donna (5/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het complex ligt direct naast Vauxhallstation en aan de Theems. De bedden waren gelukkig schoon en er waren schone handdoeken. Als je smetvrees hebt moet je hier echt niet komen. Het is jammer dat de eigenaar geen onderhoud pleegt aan het appartement. Beide badkamers waren vies Ze zaten vol schimmels en de douche zat vol kalk en ze hingen scheef. De verwarming in een van de slaapkamers hangt los en scheef. Slaapkamerramen vol schimmel. In de keuken kun je niet koken en geen broodje klaar maken want er is geen bestek. De sleutel moet je elders in de straat ophalen. De host communiceerd vrij laat(3 uur voor het inchecken toen ik haar zelf benaderde) waar je de sleutel kan halen. Op 6 personen is 1 sleutel erg weinig. Beneden doet de bel het niet waardoor de mensen die thuis willen blijven altijd van 7 hoog naar beneden moeten op de deur te openen voor de andere.

• Luce (8/5): Very good overall, I’m so pleased I found a brilliant looking apartment and location, for a reasonably cheap price, espe - The location couldn’t have been better, our view was fantastic! We had heating around the whole apartment, access to all kitchen essentials with plenty of cupboard space. As well as bathroom cabinets. The WiFi was very good and had all the channels on the TV. The dishwasher was dirty and wouldn’t work properly unfortunately. We only had two mugs between five of us, but plenty of glasses. We ran out of toilet roll after two days sadly and we didn’t have any tea towels or hand towels.

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the river, with stunning views and easy access to walking paths, cafes, and major London attractions. It felt peaceful while still being close to everything. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The living space was bright and airy, and waking up to views of the river was an absolute highlight. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. They provided clear check-in instructions and were quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for my London trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and memorable stay near the Thames. Thank you 😊
• Deborah (10/5): Very comfortable, wonderful stay. Would definitely book again. - The property was very well presented and comfortable. It is very safe as the building requires key fob entry. It’s a lovely apartment overlooking the Thames. It is very peaceful (we stayed on a Saturday night), a hop, skip and a jump away from Vauxhall underground station and from St George’s peer for the Thames Clipper service. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the apartment.

• Glen (8/5): Remembrance Weekend in London, great flat in a great location. - The location to collect the keys from was approximately 5 minutes away, arriving with suitcases and a 6 year old Grandchild after 8pm we were luck as the taxi driver from Kings Cross Station drove us to the shop and waited and then drove us to the apartment location and dropped us off outside the concierge. We spent most of our time out of the flat sight seeing around London and this was only to rest and get some sleep, experiencing London on Remembrance Weekend was absolutely amazing, the experience at the Cenotaph on Sunday was very touching. The apartment was not far from these locations and only a stones throw from the Tube and the Bus Stations, so all in all a great weekend. Great flat in a great location with great views. Just one small observation was finding the apartment in the dark although the area is lit once we had been dropped off, Bridge House is very close to Pret A Manger and a small square area, once in the apartment it was lovely and pleasant, the flat can be extremely warm and that was without any heating on, the ensuite was a bit smelly so we switched the extractor fan on, the switch is above the door before you enter the room. The balcony door was stiff but manageable. After reading other reviews we took our own Tea, coffee and sugar, a tea towel and a few rubbish bags, a dishcloth and sponge with washing up liquid was provided. Tesco Express is only a few minutes away from the flat and ideal to get your essentials like milk etc. On the last day my family waited in the Tube Station whilst I ran to the shop on Kennigton Lane to hand the keys back, running there only took about 5 minutes in the daylight.

TV non funzionante, posate mancanti in cucina
• Robert (4/5): Close to London Underground Station But Horrible Beds! - Good London location. Host could have made finding the apartment easier by telling us that in this huge multi building condo complex that the apartment entrance was close to the Pret Manger restaurant and not the Tesco grocery. Underground station was a short walk from the apartment so able to get around London quite easily. Tesco grocery was close for miscellaneous items. Walking distance to old Power Point Mall and US Embassy along the river. Also an Uber riverboat pick up station close to the apartment. It was a 20 minute round trip walk from the apartment to the convenience store to pick up the keys and drop them back off at the end of our stay. For us it was a 20 minute walk "in the rain" to pick up the keys!! The beds here are HORRIBLE. Old mattresses probably from IKEA as everything else seemed to be IKEA. In the main bedroom the mattress sinks to the middle. We woke with backaches every morning. Bathroom toiletries supplied was only hand soap. No shampoo or shower gel. Lots of deferred maintenance broken bedroom window handle, door handles.. Have stayed in many apartments in EU and this was a disappointment for us. Apartment was not worth the money we paid for it. Returning to London next August 2026 and will stay somewhere else.
• Kristine Jefsen (2/5): Virkelig skuffende - Der var tæt på transport Vi kunne ikke finde overnatningsstedet fordi, udlejer sendte guiden til lejligheden sent. Vi kunne ikke kontakte dem. Vi havde bestilt en børneseng, som ikke var der. Der var meget beskidt, med mig i fx opvaskeren og beskidte vægge osv.

• Beatriz (8/5): Buena ubicación cerca del centro - Las instalaciones de los apartamentos así como su ubicación cerca del centro y con el metro justo enfrente a la entrada al apartamento.Tenia todo lo necesario en un apartamento y estaba limpio y todo en buen estado. El día que llegamos solo había una toalla limpia para 5 personas. Cojimos las toallas que había en el cuarto de limpieza y las metimos en la lavadora. Al final se soluciono.

• Donna (5/5): We had hoped to rent for a month in the spring. Nope!! - The apartment is in an excellent location. Easy to get around the city using local transportation. Great view of the river, but that fake grass has to go. Getting keys an hour and a half late and from the cleaning lsdy. And that was after making several trips to the so called pick up site. Then before we could eat anything all the dishes had to be washed. dried food and lip marks. No condiments, sugar, salt or pepper.

• Matthew (8/5): Overall, this apartment offered a convenient and enjoyable stay in a great location. Despite a couple of minor inconveni - Great location, close to both the tube and ferry. Easy walking distance to several attractions. Lovely views of the river from the apartment. Plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Collecting the keys was a bit inconvenient. The ensuite shower was quite small, though still functional.
• Hardy (8/5): Enjoyable. - Its location was fabulous especially for connecting to Uber Boats. A good size for our party of 6. Close to amenities such as Tesco express and restaurants for brunch. It would have been great to have some tea towels and a plug that is of the correct size for the bath. The property was a little tired but still excellent value.

Just a few of each gets you started when travelling. Getting information and the key was problematic. You had to be specific on times. Hard when you are travelling. Also the guy in the shop where you picked the key up was unhelpful. The code you had to use didn't work. Only saving grace was the responsiveness of the host and the lovely cleaner who we got the key off in the end.

• Clara (1/5): Scam. Fake. Cancelled our paid fully in advance booking on the day of arrival - Absolute SCAM. Don’t bother, keep scrolling, remove from your favourites and please save yourself money and stress. The accommodation cancelled our booking on the MORNING of our stay via email from Booking.com, 5 hours before our check in. We booked about 4-6months ago!! I can’t use profanity on here but that is all this place is worth. The email stated the place “was temporarily or permanently closed” yet I still received emails regarding our booking! We had to rebook somewhere else last minute as had an event to attend, but not everyone would be able to do so money wise! Booking.com refunded full amount after our stay. This place needs to be removed from the site as it’s never acceptable to cancel a booking which was fully paid a month before the stay!! Absolute cowboys!

• Kathryn (7/5): Thought it was bad that host turned off her phone so I was unable to report an issue - The location was great and it was a nice flat One of the reasons booked this flat was because it had a balcony. However, the balcony door was jammed open about two inches when I arrived, so it was unusable. Both the host and the maintenance person had their phones turned off so I got no reply to my phone calls or texts about this matter

Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono Pret a Manger, Starbucks e un piccolo Tesco, così come un paio di ristoranti di fascia media. La zona è sicura, il palazzo è accessibile mediante codice e le chiavi si recuperano in un negozietto a 10 minuti apidi di camminata. Camere con letti alla francese comunque comodi e spaziosi. due bagni competi con doccia e asciugacapelli. Nonostante la cucina sia attrezzata per la preparazione dei pasti (ci sono pentole, piatti e bicchieri) mancano completamente tutte le posate.
• Mari Feli (3/5): Muy buena ubicación, falta de mantenimiento e interés por parte del propietario. - La ubicación La limpieza no era buena. Encontramos calcetines debajo de la cama. El lavavajillas estaba con platos sucios dentro. Una silla rota. El WIFI no funcionó hasta el tercer día. Le faltaba una mano de pintura. En algunas puertas no había pomo. Las duchas no funcionaban correctamente. La nevera estaba estropeada (aunque enfriaba) pero pitaba sin parar.

Odbiór kluczy wymaga spaceru do oddalonego o około 400m sklepiku co jest uciążliwe z bagażami. Obiekt zużyty, zepsute drzwi do sypialni, uszkodzona szafa, przeciekające słuchawki prysznicowe. Na suficie w jednej z łazienek pleśń. Gospodarz absolutnie nie zainteresowany gośćmi, gdy zgłosiliśmy mu brak pilota do telewizora nie zrobił nic.
• Caitlin (1/5): Rude, ignorant host and a dirty apartment. Avoid. - The location was really convenient, right next to the train and tube. The keys are supposed to be collected from a local shop (15 minute walk away from the property) but the host hadn’t returned the keys to the key safe. I tried to contact the host for half an hour and had no response, so contacted the maintenance team. The house keeper was still at the property and hadn’t returned the key. I complained to the host about their poor communication, as it took us 45 minutes to check in past the official check in time. The host was rude to me about this and told me that I should be more patient. We were visiting for a festival and missed an act we wanted to see due to the hosts terrible communication and failure to get us checked in on time, so I don’t think my frustration was unreasonable. It was a hot weekend, the boiler constantly gave out heat and there were no fans provided so we slept awfully both nights. The bathroom is covered in black mould (ironic that we were late to check in because of the cleaner) and the shower didn’t drain properly so we were standing in 3 inches of water. I messaged the host about this and she ignored me. Truly awful stay, do not recommend.

• Melissa (3/5): Would not book again. - The location was good. Unfortunately, the bathroom was covered in black mold. It’s extremely bad and I am shocked none of the reviews mentioned it. Also, check in was a bit of a hassle. I didn’t receive instructions until we arrived from the US as we had an 11 hour flight to London. However, I was having issues with my cell due to having a US phone carrier so I have to be connected to WiFi to get the directions. Once we arrived at the apartment we had to go almost half a mile away to get the key, it was very inconvenient and I would not have booked this stay had I know ahead of time. They would be better off putting in a doorknob with a key pad.

• Vzboy (7/5): Good Property with excellent view of the Thames river. - Great location, right opposite to Vauxhall station. Just few stops to London eye / Big Ben and Westminster Abbey via Southwest railway and other locations are easily reachable via the Victoria underground line. Had some difficulties in locating the address of the unit that was booked. Pls try to reachout to the host few days before your arrival to get the correct address and pin code and the key collection procedure.

• Sally (4/5): Despite the complaints we did enjoy our stay but not sure that we would book this apartment again unless the bathroom an - The location is excellent for the purpose of our visit to The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is looking very tired and in need of some upkeep. We stayed in this apartment last year and it needed some maintenance and decoration then. Nothing has been done in 12 months which is disappointing. The shower in both the main bathroom and en- suite were not working properly. This isn’t good enough and both need either repairing or replacing. Also the door handle on the main bedroom fell off on the hall side. Again this is not acceptable.

Lack of household basics such as dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towels. No information on recycling or rubbish disposal.

The door handle to the main bedroom came off in our hands health and safety issue if there is a fire. Overall, the apartment was a little shabby.
• Lana (7/5): Nice, spacious flat with great view but absolutely terrible check in. - The flat itself is very nice, it has 2 bathrooms and a nice view from the balcony. There is some mold in bathrooms and by the windows in bedrooms. The window in the master bedroom cannot be opened so it got quite hot inside. But the MAIN PROBLEM was definitely check in. The shop where you are supposed to pick up the keys is a 10 minute walk away which is not ideal when you are carrying your luggage but thats the least of the problem. You get a code that you are supposed to say to the shopkeeper which he then puts in an app and gives you the keys. When i got there the code wasn’t working. They told us in the shop that it happens quite often and that i should call the flat owner to send us another code. When i called, she didn’t answer. After 45minutes she finally replied and sent us another code. That code also didn’t work. After a few minutes and a few different codes she realized that it is a problem with the app and sent someone who brought us a second set of keys. At the end she blamed the shopkeeper, saying he lost our keys. Everything else was nice so its a shame but the check in experience was truly terrible. I cant imagine how it would have gone if we arrived at night time.. Would have rated the flat itself higher..

• Wendy (6/5): I’ve never left a bad review and always focus on positives so my positive for this is the location, upgrading required t - Right next to Vauxhall underground so ideal for connections. Key collection and drop off when you have lots of luggage is not great and not made aware of this at booking. Bedroom door handle broken, not as clean as expected, sticky floors, bathroom fittings broken, balcony door unable to open, bed felt wobbly, for the price we paid expected it to match this.

Place was clean and tidy It was a little run down, marks on walls, furniture a little tired and balcony access was nor possible due to broken door lock. Picking the keys up was a walk to a nearby shop as was the return - a little problematic in the dark

Key collection noted as being an issue for other guests but we found it ok - but we weren't travelling with small children. Space in Apartment was great. Tesco's really close. Main bathroom mouldy, especially the ceiling, Bath panel and screen needs replacing. Door to balcony was extremely difficult to open. Took 3 of us to open and close it. Literally nothing in apartment to use ie tea bags etc. small welcome pack would be good or at least knowing in advance there would be nothing there such as salt, pepper, tea bags

• Phoebe (10/5): Fabulous! - Fabulous apartment, great host, super easy, I would recommend this flat to anyone on business or wanting a to visit for the weekend.
• Αλεξανδρα (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, just next to Vauxhall tube station and even very afforsable Uber to return to the apartment from the city center after a long day around the city. You can even just take an approximately 20 minutes walk along the South bank to get to Big Ben. We even got once the Uber boat service, which makes a stop just outside the building of the apartment and it was a nice experience. Very nice view to the river. Very clean. Although we never met the host in person, she responded immediately to some questions that we had before and during our stay and she is very polite and helpful. The key collection process can be improved. For now you have to take a 10 minutes walk to collect the keys from a store; I am sure the property can find a better way for key collection.
