• John (7/5): Perfect location, however accommodation was a bit smaller than anticipated for a married couple. - Location was perfect, so easy to get to various destinations either by foot or transport. Actually surprised by the price of eating out in the area, relatively cheap compared to Edinburgh prices. The apartment itself was a lot smaller than anticipated. As my wife and myself are in our 60s, we certainly didn’t expect to have to climb up ladders into a bunk bed style bed. Luckily we are agile enough to, however if it was someone of poor flexibility, it would not be a good idea for them to stay there.
• Heike (8/5): Sehr zweckmäßige enge zentrale Unterkunft direkt an der Straße bei Fenstern mit Einfach erglasung - Gut angebunden, zentral, angenehmes Viertel direkt an der Straße , einfache Fensterverglasung, daher laut, wenig Geschirr, außer dem hohen Bett( nichts für unruhige Schläfer, da das Bett etwa 1,5 m hoch ist und keine Brüstung hat), 2 unbequeme Stühle ( einer ziemlich kaputt) wenig Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit, sehr eng alles - auch das Bad, Spülung funktioniert schlecht.
• Malena (10/5): Algunas cosas malas pero teniendo en cuenta las opciones que hay en Londres está muy bueno, super recomendable, volvería - Muy buena ubicación. Es chiquito pero cómodo. Muy útil que tenga lavarropas. La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. Se escuchan ruidos de la calle, a veces es molesto si pasan muchos autos (todas las noches se escuchaba pasar una sirena como de ambulancia). Y también entra un poco de luz por las ventanas, pero con el antifaz del avión se soluciona.

• Romano (2/5): sporco - la posizione della struttura e la stanza aveva lo stretto necessario per chi sta nell’appartamento solo per dormire e lavarsi La pulizia è terribile perchè abbiamo trovato capelli, peli pubici e altro sia sulle le coperte che nel letto ma anche nel bagno

• Angelica (9/5): Ottimo posto come appoggio per Londra - L’appartamento seppur piccolo era super funzionale e comodissimo a pochi passi dalla zona di Chelsea, ad Harrods e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento ma siamo subito state aiutate e l’abbiamo risolto! Staff molto cordiale Ci siamo trovate benissimo seppur possa risultare poco silenzioso per dormire, noi non abbiamo avuto questo problema ma i muri e le finestre sono molto sottili. L’appartamento era ben pulito ma era un po’ polveroso sul pavimento.

• Sara (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero congelados - Lo que mas me gustó fue que en plenos finales de octubre la vivienda no tenía capacidad para agua caliente (entre 6 y 11 C° de noche), teniendo que ducharnos con agua fría toda la semana a pesar de haber avisado al dueño y decirnos que lo habían revisado y arreglado (Sarcasmo) Dejando esto de lado, la ubicación era inmejorable, metro muy cerca y autobuses accesibles a la zona Lo dicho anteriormente, estar sin agua caliente en pleno invierno es imperdonable, lo siento, tuvimos que bañarnos gracias a un calentador de agua para bebidas calientes y una cacerola, si no fuera por eso, no hubiéramos tenido ninguna queja, y además según anteriores reseñas de otros usuarios nos hemos dado cuenta de que llevan arrastrando el mismo problema años y no han dado solución, no nos pareció bien

• Jenn (2/5): Save your money and go anywhere else - Nothing It was impossibly small. The two small chairs by the table were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever sat in. There is no space for luggage or anything, all of the storage under the bed is full of cleaning supplies and linens for the apartment. The shower barely gets warm water and the pressure is terrible. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around in it. It’s above a very noisy street, even with the windows closed you can hear it all night. It’s super hot in the apartment as well, so the window needs to be open. The bed is one meter from the ceiling, and there’s filthy feet prints all over the ceiling. I cannot believe this apartment is that cost for what it is.

• Zachary (5/5): Passable - It was clean and in good location. Check in was easy. It was quite small, no AC and quite hot, noisy, uncomfortable chairs and bed, issues with hot water in the shower.

• Gareth (4/5): Disappointing - The location was excellent, and close to all the places we wanted to visit The property was advertised as “a luxury apartment near Harrods’ ” but it certainly was not. Although Harrods was only a 20 minute walk away 1 - The shower ran hot and cold, and the toilet wouldn’t flush if the shower was running. 2 - Wine glasses in the cupboard were dirty and one had clearly not been washed. 3 - There was no double glazing, and the area was noisy with traffic at night. 4 - One of the spotlights in the ceiling was hanging loose 5 - The drains smelt extremely bad and we had to use a cup to cover them to try and lessen the smell

• Gemma (9/5): Really enjoyed my stay, all the basics you need to explore London. - Great location, very clean and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again! Could benefit from a toaster. Can be loud due to pub and next to main road but didn’t bother me.

• Juan (5/5): Passable - Excellent location, comfortable bed, good heating. The cleaning of the apartment could improve a lot, the thermos worked at times, the water pressure was insufficient and the microwave did not heat up

• Marina (1/5): Pricey - Location Not worthy for what it’s. Super uncomfortable. We asked for another chair as we were two and booked for two people but he never replied our message.
• Luke (6/5): Decent room, good location, very busy and noisy at night - The location was convenient and had a decent sized bed The overall space was small, lacked basic toiletries and laundry soap, and did not have any sort of napkins/paper towels or a trash can

Dirt and limescale in the shower. Cupboard space taken up by cleaning materials. No bedside lights. Only one chair. TV not working. Window blind broken.
