• Dorothea (8/5): Very convenient. - The small house was equipped very well and absolutely quiet. We enjoyed staying there very much. Everything was fine. It is only 10 minutes walk to custom house station where one can take Elizabeth line to go downtown. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen. At least one more would be necessary.

• Livesey (4/5): the rooms do not look like the pictures and the location isn't the best - clean and smelt nice, beds where comfortable. the front bedroom windows did not shut properly which made it feel unsafe. the water for the shower was inadequate and pressure and temperature was hot and cold

• Veterinären (7/5): - Kort promenad till London Excel där vi var på konferens. Precis runt hörnet fanns en butik med det man behövde. Området som lägenheten ligger i är skräpigt och en del påverkade personer i området.
• Ben (10/5): Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service from Hikotts Homes - We had an excellent experience with Hikotts Homes. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and communication throughout was fast and responsive. The house itself was in great condition, in a brilliant location, and had far more amenities than we’ve found in most other properties — everything we needed was already there, which made the stay effortless. We also accidentally left a high-value laptop behind. They contacted us immediately, arranged safe postage back, and handled the whole thing with genuine care. We can’t thank them enough for that. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again next year when we return to exhibit at the ExCeL.

Had to buy pegs for washing line.All internal doors wouldn’t shut as they are all swollen property very tired looking to be honest.

We aired the place out well and put all the air fresheners away in a cupboard, and it was fine.

• Steve (10/5): Clean and comfortable, single bathroom home in quiet neighbourhood - Safe neighbourhood with private car park. Kitchen was clean, well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, including washing detergent (possibly leftover from last tenants but was useful). Some bottles of water were in the fridge - which was really useful for the first day when we arrived late. Beds are quite firm so good for those who like firmness. One of the sofa beds is good, the other is not so good. Bathroom/toilet was clean - shower was quite good and warm with plenty of shampoo. 13 mins walk to the nearest underground station. Plenty of corner shops in the area even though you pay a bit more than the major supers.. The pillows are too soft - could do with better pillows or more spare ones. The shower rail was loose but a simple maintenance job which we informed the owners. We had to hide a lot of the air freshers (some 10 we found) as they were causing a couple of our group to be a bit nauseated. One of the sofa beds is not comfortable for an adult but the other sofa bed is good.

• Vasilios (7/5): Good - It was nearby Excel London It was not clean and the furniture and the house was in a rather old condition. The owner should pay more attention.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - It is near to the exhibition, it has hot water all the time, you don't hear noise from the rooms. In general it is fine. It needs more toilet paper and towels for drying hands cause there wasn't any. Also a few cleaning products would be necessary for long stays
• Anonymous (9/5): Comfortable, clean and complete I house with personal parking - The heating was good for a winter's stay. The place was very clean overall. The single bathroom was a decent size and clean. Even shampoo and body cream were provided. Adequate toilet rolls for no of guests and for the week we stayed. The kitchen was very complete and generally in good clean condition with minor chips on plates. Fridge had a couple of bottles of water and a Corona beer when we arrived! There were also plenty of basic items for cooking and cleaning. Personal parking was very useful as we had a car. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The mattresses were a bit too soft for heavier people and the springs could be felt. Likewise the pillows were a little soft for some members. Extra pillows would help. Would be nice to have a dryer for a long stay. Couldn't use the safe deposit box as it was locked. One of the sofas was very springy and not comfortable, but the other sofa bed was great. The bathtub shower curtain rail was in need of maintenance which was reported.

• Michał (10/5): Great house in great price. - - Good location, 10 mins to Elizabeth Line, - The facility has all the necessary equipment, - House was clean, - Great contact with the owner, - Clean and safe neighborhood, - Few shops and restaurants nearby. Just minor things: - There were five of us traveling and one of the beds was not prepared (we had to find the bedding and put it on ourselves), - The bathroom was a bit dirty - there were black hair on the ground, - The alarm detector on the stairs was beeping at night. When we entered the house it was hanging from the ceiling (as if someone wanted to unplug it), - The Beds are very soft (but that's a personal preference).
• Teresa (8/5): Lovely stay. I could stay again! - No breakfast included on the booking. The kitchen floor was a little bit unsafe for my elderly mum. In all house, some bits here and there could be better but overall was good.

Some small local shops nearby, to purchase milk etc. Old sofa/chair dumped in the garden, as if it had been thrown out of the back door. Building noise from nearby early in a morning. Uncomfortable and partly broken sofa bed in the living room for the fifth guest.

Great accessibility for the group with the keypad feature. Would of been a really nice touch if we could have used the garden but definitely not a ‘didn’t like about the property comment’ the place is great.

• Ian (9/5): Excellent option if visiting Excel - 5 minute walk from ExCeL. Approx 10 minute walk from cable car to Millennium Dome. Free onsite parking. House was very clean and had everything you need. We stupidly managed to lock ourselves out of the house one morning and the owner was extremely helpful in making arrangements to get us back in. If we were visiting the area again I would be happy to book this house again. The bed settees in the lounge (whilst practical for larger groups) were not the most comfortable I've ever sat on.

• John (9/5): A great place to stay for local events especially if you want to self cater. - It was positioned extremely well for our event, close to shops, comfy and had everything we needed to make the best of our time there, the staff were really understanding and helpful even when we had issues and quite frankly we were a bit of a pain during the booking process. The property had some small general maintenance issues that made things slightly less comfortable but really not that big of a deal. There were lots of people peeing in the street every night walking past.
• Peter (10/5): Amazing stay, highly recomend staying here, I hope I can in the future, amazing price for the ExCel. - The location was very good, it was only a 10min walk from the ExCel centre, there are also some very good local shops right on your door step, from take aways to a very good genral store. The house was very clean, it was spotless, also smelled amazing. The location is very "local", the people will give you funny looks because they haven't seen you before. The only problem I found with the house was the shower rail was loose, if thats all I can say about the home then its very good going.
