W - A lovely and traditional property that had modern facilities, so the best of both worlds! It was only a short walk from shops, restaurants and Kensington Olympia train station.

• Bryony (10/5): Stylish, spacious and well equipped apartment in a beautiful part of London. - The apartment was stylish, well equipped and clean. The perfect place to explore the city from or relax when you need to. The two double bedrooms are larger than average, very comfortable and well decorated, one with an en-suite. There’s also a main bathroom an additional toilet, so great for families or groups of friends. Vincenzo provided all the info needed for a stress free trip. It was all great

Hosts easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. Cleanliness is an issue (landlords need to address housekeeping or lack of). The apartment is run down (a lot of maintenance issues, broken doors, hinges etc). Road noise - mainly in the master bedroom (holland rd is extremely busy). Beds are extremely uncomfortable - need to be replaced asap. You can feel the springs in your back when sleeping.

Also, a hidden gem at a few minutes from the location is Maria G a local restaurant at a residence building. Not necessary cons but some windows couldn’t be opened and the shower did not have a door so the drops would fall on the ground.

The place was a quick walk to the train station and a ton of bus stops around for wherever we wanted to go. Inside the apartment was lovely - beds were comfy, rooms were nice. Everything seemed super clean as well! Literally nothing - we had a great time and the apartment could not have been better!

• Gilberto (6/5): A decent place - Vince as a host was very collaborative and his responses were provided timely. The property is well located for transportation and close to supply stores. I have stayed in many properties in all Europe and always being fair with my comments so the host can take actions as applicable to improve. This is not an elegant property so its title is misleading. 2 There are issues with the main washroom (water splashes all over) 3. The property was short of supplies ( washer, kitchen, coffee capsules, ) and TV did not have even sport channels to watch the premier league games 4. The place has a particular smell. 5 Very expensive for being somewhat a decent stay. I strongly recommend to put an effort into details.

• Sajjad (10/5): Lovely three bedroom place in Kensington! Perfect for a short or long stay. - Very clean, spacious and updated property. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Three floors. The kitchen and living room area is very nicely setup. There’s even a piano. They provided us with three fans which was a lifesaver as it turned out to be the hottest day in the history of London. Would definitely stay here again. The host is very nice and responsive. Highly recommended!! The toilet seat was missing in one of the bathrooms, so we couldn’t use that toilet. The charge for extra towels is quite high.. 30 pounds. Inflation is hitting everywhere.
