Когда мы приехали по приезду, хозяин апартаментов скинул ссылку для оплаты 800 gbp по ссылке которую мы посчитали небезопасной , более того правила booking.com об этом говорят, и пишут. Мы предложили ему наличными, либо через терминал оплату так как это небезопасно, ему было лень ехать и он отказался при этом поздно вечером и не размещал в квартиру. Через ровно час мы решили уехать попросили вернуть нам деньги. Он нам не возвращает денег! Будьте осторожны с этими апартаментами, могут не вернуть денег и могут не заселить… бесчеловечные. Booking.com должен выступать в этом споре агентом иначе зачем он нужен, он все ответственность на апартаменты скидывает. Я genius 3 уровень разочарована booking.com и думаю это крайний раз когда я могу им доверять.

Patricia (7/5): You need to have explanation of how to control every item in the apartment. - Some way to relate instructions on controlling temperature, working lighting and operating TV’s etc. it took days to finally figure things out.
