Guest Reviews
- esa (9/5): - Location. Space. No air-condition.
i mobiletti di bagno e cucina sono rotti;
mancano alcuni piatti e quelli disponibili sono in parte scheggiati; le pentole erano sporche;
quando lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono in funzione l'acqua di scarico risale nel lavello della cucina;
una finestra è bloccata;
nel complesso era pulita ma erano presenti ragnatele;
durante il nostro soggiorno il boiler si è rotto due volte, la proprietaria ha chiamato prontamente l'assistenza per sistemare il guasto.
È un vero peccato perché potrebbe essere davvero un ottimo appartamento con qualche attenzione in più.

- Arna (7/5): Great location and very clean - Overall the apartment was very clean and the host Beba replied quickly to our messages. The location is great! 2 min to the tube and to the Kilburn High road with all the shops, restaurants, pubs and buses. The power in outlets in the bedrooms went off during our stay so we charged our devices in the kitchen instead. We informed the host about this the same morning.
- Pierre-yves (8/5): Very good - Very good communication with Breda, who always wants to facilitate our life!
- Gabriele (8/5): Very good -
- Ciprian (7/5): Good value, no Terrance access. - Location , clean , good value . No access to roof terrace. It has just a yard downstairs. We needed to wait until 4.30 pm for check in
- Janet (7/5): Good -
- Denys (8/5): Overall, a good stay with minor remarks - As for our purposes, it was perfectly located near underground and overground stations, had several convenience stores nearby, and was not far from the main attractions. The check-in process was really smooth. Brilliant communication with the property representative. The overall quality of the furniture and items in the flat was low. It seemed like the only goal was to make everything as cheap as possible. There were no lockers in the bathroom or toilet, which can be inconvenient for some cultures. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder, despite there being plenty of space to install one. The bath was inconvenient for me as a tall person, but that's not a criticism, just an FYI. We were aware of the lack of Wi-Fi, so it didn't bother us, especially since mobile internet is so good in London. Poor garbage management led to a situation where we had to step through a literal flood of garbage for two days (due to foxes rummaging at night) in the inner courtyard. Although we informed our host’s contact person, who responded quickly and assured us that everything would be taken care of promptly, the issue persisted for two days
- Cesca001 (8/5): A great stay and would consider choosing this accommodation again when in London! - The location was amazing as it was close to the tube station through which the Jubilee line passes. For my group it was great as we had a concert at Wembley and it was only two stops away. The flat was nice and clean, lots of fresh air and light. The host was prompt to reply to my messages and was very helpful when we needed to check in early. We liked that there was a washing machine available as we could wash the towels and some clothes. The flat has no Wifi and if you’re planning on cooking there are limited kitchen utensils available. Some tea towels would be great to add to the kitchen. Terrace is hard to access if you’re planning on getting to it.
- Matthew (9/5): Lovely clean and spacious flat in a great location and with a very professional host. - Three of us were going to London for three nights to watch two Springsteen gigs. I chose this flat because it was in a great location to go to Wembley, had two good size bedrooms and was great value. The communication from the owner was brilliant and clear, despite my slowness of reply. The flat is literally 2 minute walk from tube station, has a handy 24 hour garage a 100 yards away and has two nice cafes close by the station too. The flat was clean, stylish and a great place to spend a few days at. All good.
- Minna (10/5): This flat ensured that our trip was smooth sailing and very pleasant. - Perfect stay for 4 people. As four teenage girls, we felt safe. Perfectly located, a minute walk to both grocery stores and the underground station. Nice view from the rooftop. The host was very cooperative and communicative. Over all a very pleasant stay! One thing we noticed was that there was a slight lack of cutlery, but nothing that couldn’t be solved in other ways.
- Shaomin (7/5): Good - I would give it a score of 7.5. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is spacious. Fully equipped kitchen is easy to use. The toilet is downstairs, not so convenient because the bedrooms, kitchen and shower are upstairs. It's very hot in sunny days. A little bit more cooking and cleaning ware would be helpful.
- Elisabel (8/5): Good - Spacious apartment with a lot of light, very close to Kilburn station. There wasn't any coffee or dishwasher tablets. The place is advertised with a rooftop but it's very difficult to access. There should be wifi.
- Dawid (10/5): Great option to stay during 4-day trip in London - Everything in the apartment is clean and matches photos in the offer. Great location close to shops and underground line, which takes you to the very center in 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is calm and trains are not audible at night. No Wi-Fi, which can be more difficult for people from other countries, but it was mentioned in the offer.
- Maya (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely and attentive host.
Spacious rooms.
Very close to public transportation. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Our room was on the top floor, it wasn't very convenient to get up with the kids and suitcases.
The ceiling is lower above the tub so you can't stand up straight when you shower.
- Enrico_t (8/5): Easter weekend in London - Very close to Kilburn Tube station, you can easily go everywhere in London. Plenty of space, with two rooms with double beds and a big kitchen - living room. Perfect location for a short stay for 4 people. A bit hard the access, with a very steep staircase. Not so easy to climb up with your luggage. Bathroom and Toilet in two different levels. In the bathroom, the ceiling is a bit too low for a comfortable shower
- Putri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben-tal (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean. It was easy to check in and check out. The apartment is very close to the Kilburn station. We didn't have WiFi - apparently this was advertised but I didn't notice. I was hoping to make use of the roof terrace but we didn't find a convenient way to get there - it looks like you need to clime over a ladder through the roof to get there. For us, the roof terrace was effectively non-existent.
- Chi (8/5): A very good comfortable stay overall with home feel , we generally love it only shower area not desirable - Very convenient location, clean and spacious , just love it -The stairs bit narrow but manageable
-Toilet downstairs below our bedroom
-Shower very small but the floor very sloppy after got wet, can be dangerous for elderly or kids
- Izabella (7/5): Great location. - The location was great. The flat close to the underground and to city centre. Convenience stores are really close. Flat was quiet. The flat could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The double bedlinen were not ideal for our kids sharing a bed.
- Isha (8/5): Great location and good connection to central London. There are a lot of places to eat out around the area and a superma - The location is great and the station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. The landlord was very pleasant and easy to contact. There wasn’t much cutlery, but for us it wasn’t such a big issue as we ate out most nights.
- Anonymous (1/5): We felt deceived by this listing. “Rooftop Terrace”? Total BS. - BEWARE: The “rooftop terrace” is accessed by dragging an extension ladder from the closet, extending it 20ft up to a hatch at the ceiling and climbing out. Extremely dangerous. The rooftop is tiny. Photos on listing taken with fisheye lens. Roof is pitched, not flat. I’m 5’4” and hit my head on the shower ceiling everyday. Because the shower ceiling is so low, the shower curtain is too long and one foot of it is in the tub soaking with your feet. Our room was not ready upon arrival. Many issues with our stay.
- Sandra (10/5): good value for money - Great location, super clean No internet
- Elena (9/5): Superb - the apartment is excellent, the location is good, close to the metro, shops and cafes, the host is responsive.
- Giannis (8/5): Very good - Great apartment right next to metro station,coffee and bakery.nice and quiet neighborhood around 15 minutes from the center like Piccadilly square It could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom and kitchen
- Solomon (8/5): Very good apartment - The apartment was clean.
Key was easy to access and drop off.
We used the trains most of the time, so it was very nice that the train station is close by Minor door handle maintenance required
Poor heating in the toilet
No WiFi.
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Tomasz (9/5): Superb -
- Piotr (9/5): Superb - great contact with the owner, clean apartment in a very good location. No wi-fi
