• Laidlaw (9/5): London weekend - Very near to transport links into London . Comfortable apartment ,clean and very reasonable price. Freezer didn't work but that didn't spoil our visit.
• Melissa (3/5): Poor - The location is great. On first impression the apartment looks great, however, you then find that there are things that are either broken or missing. Broken sofabed, no plug for the kitchen sink, dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher, toilet cistern slow to fill and flush and shower slow to drain. Communication with the owners was poor. We advised the owner that the sofabed, which we needed for the fifth person, was broken on our first night and we were asked to send photos, which we did. The owner advised they had not received photos, even though these were sent twice and the email did not bounce back. Looking through previous reviews I noted that the broken sofabed had been noted as broken earlier but it seems this was not fixed or replaced before our stay. Very poor communication and put a sour taste in our mouths for our stay in London.
• Dimitris (9/5): Superb - The mattress in the children room. The bathrooms were nice. Easy and nice accommodation. Raghda Kahn was very helpful and ready to hear our concerns. Raghda, thank you so much for the extraordinary accommodation and hospitality The mattress in the adult room needs replacing. The building is near to the road where there is a fire station and sometimes in the night was noise.

• Raluca (9/5): Nice experience - Close to public transport, clean, staff was very nice, appliances were useful. The furniture and walls/doors show the wear and tear of renting, which is to be expected at the price point, but fortunately nothing was actually broken.
• Chris (7/5): Good - Great location for the City of London and there were plenty of local amenities. The apartment was clean, well furnished and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I had a slight issue on the 2nd night (with a stuck lock on the main door) but the property manager was responsive and helpful, agreeing to fix the issue before the next visitor

They accommodated our request and ensured that we could contact them with any queries we had! The rooms were clean, bed comfy, and apartment modern and spacious! The apartment is near a busy street, so bear that in mind. We loved everything!
• Olaf (3/5): Nice apartment, but was too expensive, especially with the sofa in the livingroom for the fifth guest - Close to the Tower of London All windows were closed, no keys were available to open the windows, two days we couldn’t breathe in the apartment, it was very hot in London at the time of traveling. No help from the owner. :-( , the sofa in the livingroom should be the third bed, but was very uncomfortable and wasn’t prepared for the fifth guest.
• Victoria (7/5): Good - The apartment was big and roomy and had 2 full bathrooms. It was well located and easy to access. The host let us have access early which was nice. they were easy to communicate with and addressed an issue with the window right away. The bed was hard as a rock and was very uncomfortable. They should invest in mattress topper.
