• Giuseppe (9/5): Ci siamo trovati bene. - Posizione è molto centrale e vicina ai mezzi pubblici. La casa è ampia, il salotto e la cucina agevolano lo stare insieme e la conversazione tra le persone. Le stanze sono pulite, i bagni pure. Migliorerei l'accesso all'appartamento che presenta scale piccole ed è abbastanza faticosa se i visitatori hanno valigie. Il bagno della camera padronale al secondo piano presentava un odore acre, non dipendente dalla casa in sè ma molto probabilmente dal sistema fognario della zona.

The floor wasn’t very clean we even found a mouse in the property, and there was a headache of the bathrooms as the main bathroom didn’t have a shower and very small facilities

• Scott (10/5): Amazing, great located apartment with wow roof terrace! - Very easy to collect the keys from pickup point which was a stones throw away from the apartment. A very stress free and easy process from start to finish. The location of the apartment is great with the Tube/rail station, supermarkets (Aldi/M&S/Co-op) and coffee shops (Greggs/Pret/Others) less than 5 mins walk away. Our host Julian was on hand to deal with small queries we had which were answered very promptly. The apartment is an amazing space and very spacious, it was a very cool place to spend time in and the roof terrace is just amazing! Just some small things which could be rectified to make it a perfect property. For an apartment of this size where you are likely to have a minimum of 6 people staying, it wasn't ideal to only have one set of keys as it prevented us from being able to do our own thing without worrying how we would each get back into the apartment if we weren't together. A second set of keys would be ideal or an alternative entry process, i.e key code or something. The only other small niggles for me were the carpet and lighting in the main hallway. The carpet is a bit loose in some areas which makes going up and down the stairs more tricky and the lighting is not the brightest and does not come on in some places until you are halfway along the hall. Also the smallest bedroom 's bed, it wasn't the comfiest of mattresses and I felt there was a slight slope when sleeping on it, but all other rooms were perfect with very comfy beds.

• Nilesh (10/5): Just fabulous all around roomy and clean - It was spacious, allowed all three of us to have separate work calls, beds were so comfy, towels were soft, just loved it all around Only issue was spiral staircase as I am tall I banged my head on standing up when sat at the table, just worth a warning sign

Kitchen was the most well equipped one we have ever stayed in. The roof top terrace was a bonus but due to the colder weather we didn’t get to make use of it which was a shame. Maybe next time. 👍🏻 All round a great place to stay. Thanks for having us. The thin stairs back down to the ground floor, bit precarious when carrying luggage but we took it slowly!

It’s in a brilliant location in trendy Shoreditch. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We loved the rooftop terrace and the fantastic views. Squeaky bunk beds.

• Karen (8/5): Lovely apartment, but be aware of the small print. - Apartment very good for a family gathering Hosts making unreasonable demands regarding identification. Nobody checked my ID when I picked up keys from a local shop. Stairways up to apartment are dismal and rodent deterrents are plentiful. Description of bedroom 1 should be amended. There is in fact a bunk with lower double bed and single on top - the futon (folding single bed) does not fit in the room and has to be used outside the bedroom. Rule about not being able to access the rooftop after 10. I understand that there is a no noise policy due to local residents, but that is extreme. For a 5* apartment I did not expect to remove my own linen as would be expected in a 2* youth hostel.
• Ellen (1/5): HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARD - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! INVESTED WITH RODENTS!! BE AWARE OF STAYING HERE!! Landlord is very rude, rodent invested when issues was bought to their attention we were simply ignored. Knew we had young family. Kids bedroom was next to where the rodents were. We had to leave a night early as it was not safe nor hygienic and the landlord refused to give the money back. Booking.com were not helpful at all even though all evidence has been provided showing these rodents. The landlord knew about the issues as had rodent boxes around the apartment...also I have referred to them as rodents but in the communication with the landlord he confirmed they were mice. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!! ALSO CAMERAS in the property means you are being recorded which is not evident. BE AWARE OF STAYING HERE and all communication with Landlord and Booking.com
