• Lynne (7/5): Enjoyable stay close to amenities - The location offered easy access to shops and walking distance to the Chelsea Flower Show. Description is misleading “comprised of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom” as the bedroom is in the living room and not separate! Also the water pressure in the shower was very poor.

• Heather (7/5): I would not rent this again. - The place was convenient to the town, but the bed was too soft. The bathroom has no place to hang the towel. The unit is located on the mezzanine level, even you take the lift, you still have to walk up or down the stairway carrying heavy luggage.

Bed was super comfortable and excellent quality linen, towels etc. Had everything you need, host was very prompt with her arrival and caring with our needs. It was spotlessly clean and will definitely book again. A stones throw from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Not many accessible plug sockets

I felt welcome and safe to stay in this great studio that has all amenities. - this was my second stay at the property and the experience was the same as last year - very clean, convenient, safe and with good amenities. The host is very responsive to any questions or needs and made me feel very welcome.

• Jan (10/5): Great flat in a good location - A great little flat. So well equipped and the space, while not large, is well thought out and extremely comfortable. Good shower, good heating in winter. The bed was so comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and lots of items in stock for preparing meals. Transport right at the door. In a neighborhood with lots of services. Communication with Cecilia was so efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.

• Phillip (8/5): Pleasant flat in a great location in Chelsea. - Location is great as is Wi-Fi , internet TV. Soft bed, poor noise insulation from flat above, thicker curtains to block out street lighting would also help.

• Kenny (10/5): Exceptional - It's a lovely location with a quiet road at night that's close enough to the museums and restaurants near by. The host was lovely and helped us get into the property early which was amazing. Water pressure was a little low, but for us it really wasn't an issue. I just know some people have a preference. Other than that, nothing at all.

Fantastic position, we walked to the Thames at Chelsea and to South Kensington. Lots of lovely places to eat locally. Very minor niggle…the shower didn’t have much pressure and we had trouble getting the temperature right…maybe it was just us!

All the cooking facilities, beautiful bathroom, most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. Handy to everything, transport, restaurants & great cafes, supermarket, money machines. • John (10/5): Homely and cosy just right for a few nights stay we would certainly stay again when visiting London - Accommodation was very homely and cosy. Nice touches like coffee toiletries in bathroom. Weather was hot and it was good to be able to open windows. Number of restaurants in the area and supermarkets nearby. Local buses at the end of the road (414 and 14) will take you to South Kensington tube which provided access to central London and surrounding areas.

Suggest host invests in 2x John Lewis pillows. TV arrangement impossible to fathom - hence was not used when England playing in Euro semi final!!

• Panayiota (8/5): A very beautiful apparent in a nice location, well connected by buses and run by a great host. - Beautiful apparent, great location with nice shops nearby, very convenient as there is a bus stop just next to the apparent. Great amenities, very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. For two people it is just the right size. We are definitely coming back! Everything was great except from a problem with boiler resulting in no hot water for part of our stay. Cecilia was very nice trying to find a solution for us and compensated us for the trouble.

I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed. Everything you need in a flat - hairdryer, towels etc. Perfect location, lots of cute coffee shops nearby. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Chiara (6/5): Not up to the price - Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood. The flat is overall clean and well manteined, the kitchen well stocked. The sheets were dirty; we reported this and they were replaced, but putting them on denotes carelessness. The room window could not be opened because it was broken. The water in the shower was either very cold or extremely hot. For the price paid, these situazione are not accetable.

• Sonia (7/5): It was alright for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay again. - The property is stuffy and you’re unable to open the windows because of repairs? Also if I’m paying over $160+ I’d expect a clean place. Everything was clean except for the shower. The shower head is incredibly rusty and disgusting. It really needs to be replaced. I didn’t enjoy showering seeing what was above me. Germs and bacteria live and grow! The host was mostly kind but a tad rude when I checked in at 12pm instead of 11am.

• Jane (10/5): Lovely apartment in Chelsea. - We had a wonderful stay in this studio apartment in Chelsea. It provided everything as described. It was clean, well presented in a nice area with plenty of public transport. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Shower temperature is hard to get right. Either too hot or cold. Perhaps instructions on how to use TV remote + channels for overseas visitors.

• Yuxing (1/5): Unbelievable experience, rush, rule, unhappy - It’s standard.. the host was rude,, we told her we on our way from Covent Garden’s London.. GPS is showing 20 mins.. but it was a Saturday night, so in the end it’s took us 40 mins… the lady host was stressing us… I don’t understand … also one window was broken, she complained that we broken the window, how could we break the window from 23:00 - 10:30 ( we left the room at 10:30) she blamed us, I was going to ask her call the police and reported we break the window, I wanna see if anyone would believe this,,, She said I’m drunk , and broken the window , if I really break the window, do you think they will find a way to charge me??? I wish she will carry on for the window damage,, I wanna see how we break her window The bed have no duvet ready, we have to pull one out from the drawer and it doesn’t have cover I’m here just to give the honest experience… so next time people can be aware I wrote what I don’t like above , I always used booking.com Either my account and my bf account , we never had this experience in our life,, you can check our account, we travel around and always have good experiences, apart from this time, not sure what is going on, I really like to ask someone to check on this property and update everyone

• Beverley (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities close by. - It was on the main Fulham Road with lots of shoe, bars and restaurants, so plenty to do. It was beautifully and tastefully furnished. It was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was close to the buses. There was no tube station close by. But can’t think of anything negative about the property.

Also great location with a bus stop outside and/or 10 min walk to nearest tube station, plus food & drink literally on the doorstep. Only a small, tiny positive criticism is that pillows could do with replacing, too thin and decorative cushions to big to use for sleeping.

• Marian (10/5): We liked Cecilia's room so much that we plan to return on our next visit to London. - We liked the decor in the rooms, all pretty and fresh; meeting a very patient Cecilia waiting at the door with the keys even though we arrived later than planned; everything that we needed was available (tissues, shower wash, comfy pillows, underfloor heating) and a huge choice of places to eat and shops galore!. Newer towels would be nice.

• Eve (8/5): spotless and great location - it was spotless and in a fantastic location, we stayed to go to a. gig at Brixton and it was easy to get to. Our train was delayed by quite a long time, and Cecilia was so kind about it and met us at the property once we arrived.
