La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cumana e dalla metropolitana e vicina a bar, supermercati, negozi e lungomare!

• Guerrina (2/5): Esperienza deludente, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro - la disponibilità dell'host e la comodità del parcheggio a pagamento (15 € al giorno) sotto casa GARAGE BAGNOLI L'appartamento è completamente sporco, mal tenuto e da ristrutturare, i muri presentano ragnatele e numerose scrostature. Il riscaldamento dell'intero appartamento è affidato a due termoconvettori elettrici che se fatti funzionare contemporaneamente fanno scattare il contatore. La cucina completamente sporca, con presenza di insetti nel portaposate, bollitore dell'acqua ricoperto internamente da uno strato di calcare ed esternamente unto, al frigo con cerniere arrugginite, manca il portabottiglie e i cestelli porta frutta. Erano presenti generi alimentari per la prima colazione ma con date di scadenza superata abbondantemente (luglio 2025). Nel soggiorno i cuscini delle sedie erano macchiati, la tovaglia e le tovagliette all'americana sporche. In bagno il WC con scarico mal funzionante e con la tavoletta scrostata e non agganciata correttamente, la doccia e il pavimento sporchi, il box doccia presenta muffa, i porta salviette e porta cartaigienica con evidenti segni di ossidazione, per il riscaldamento dell'ambiente era prevista una stufetta che però non funzionava. Nelle camere la biancheria da letto non era accettabile, con lenzuola rotte e copripiumino macchiato Sul balcone della camera è presente una sedia di legno con la tela tutta rotta e quindi inutilizzabile Dopo tutte le segnalazioni sopra indicate, l'HOST si è resa disponibile ad effettuare alcune migliorie: - sostituzione stufetta bagno - cambio lenzuola e copripiumino - lavaggio portaposate e mobile portapiatti - sostituzione tavoletta water - sostituzione tovaglia e strofinacci della cucina

• Branko (10/5): Nice apartment and very supportive hosts - Large and comfortable apartment, beds for excellent sleep, well equipped kitchen, 7-8 minutes away from metro that drives 20 minutes to Naples centre, underground garage option just below the building (what is very valuable, Naples is very hard to park anywhere). Very supportive and helpful hosts, responding in few minutes. -
• Bikalpa (7/5): Very good - Host was super accommodating. She stayed up until midnight and was very responsive. Restroom shower station is pretty small. Room towels could enjoy a bit more cleaning.. kitchen water kettle and utensils weren't clean enough.
