Il letto era molto comodo.
Il proprietario é stato molto disponibile quando c'è stato un problema con l'acqua calda anche se era tardi. La casa avrebbe bisogno di essere un po' più curata anche se nel complesso va benissimo.

- Henry (7/5): Good and happy. - Clean and spacious, close to shopping, close to public transport. A bit old. Noisy floor. Bathroom needs more lights. Living room should add a wall clock.
- Jacek (7/5): Good - I was looking very long for something close to the underground, where our children will sleep in a separate room from us but still affordable. That was one of the few I have found, and I was very satisfied. The rooms are very nice, metro is close and as a bonus you have local shopping area away from the center of London right there. It is not ideal, the road outside is quite noisy, specially with the typical English one layer glass windows. The TV is hanging in such a place that there is no really comfy way to watch it. The furniture is on the cheap side. Still - I believe value for money is really very good.

The heating system, kitchen facilities, and tools were well-equipped, and the accommodation was spacious, so it was good for staying with children.
There are various types of British marts and restaurants just a short walk away.
There is also an Asian market nearby, so you can easily get the necessary ingredients without having to go to the center.
It is far from tourist attractions, but there is a subway station and a bus stop nearby, so there was no difficulty in getting around.
Parks and shopping centers are also located nearby.
The residential area right in front of the house is quiet, so it was good to get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions.
The weekly cleaning service was also nice.
Our family made many memories at a good accommodation while in London, and I think we will miss this house from time to time.
I am also grateful to the hosts who were kind. The downside is that it is located on the second floor, but there is no elevator. It was difficult to go up with a stroller or luggage.
However, this is not a problem that can be covered by other things.

Had to leave after first night due to intolerable smell and spiders everywhere in the house.
Complained to host, but they were so arrogant and insensitive.

- Tamara (9/5): A great stay - The location is really great. Ealing is a nice neighbourhood with good places to eat and it is really fast and easy to get to the city center.
The apartment itself is very nice and well equipped. The only thing that bothered us a little was that british windows are just so thin, that you can still here the cars on the street quite a bit, even when the windows are closed.

Kind and responsive host. The building is very nice, but old and only cosmetically renovated.
Some windows are broken and cannot be open properly. Some walls are dirty (especially in the kitchen) and need to be repainted. The big structure on top and around the bed in the master bedroom is old and looks dirty. The mattress of the bed in the master bedroom is not comfortable.
- Amit (10/5): 4 days stay at Ealing Broadway - The location was very accessible. About 400 mars from Ealing Broadway station which has Elizabeth and Central line connectivity. The staircase to the 1st floor apartment was very narrow.

- Meng (8/5): Very good - The location is very good and it is very suitable for family travel. Unfortunately, the mattress is not very comfortable to sleep on. It would be great if this could be improved. The bed was not very comfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced.

- Wei (9/5): good experience - This apartment located in a easy traffic reaching area with more than one railway and underground statios nearby. During my 5days stay my requests always got fast and positive feedbacks and I feel easy and comfortable due to I could contact with a professional service team. The house is old-aged in 1856 with narrow steps, however, compared with the economic price, it could be treated as special experience.
