- Kiril (10/5): - Тихая улица в хорошем районе. Квартира красивая, удобная, полностью укомплектованная, включая стиральную машину и посудомойку, индукционную плиту, большой холодильник, кофемашину. Хозяева побеспокоились чтобы был чай, кофе, соль, сахар на кухне и мыло, кондиционер, крем для тела в двух ванных . Много шкафов и мест хранения. Самое главное - удобные кровати и подушки. Мягкие полотенца. В общем было ощущение, что мы в хорошей гостинице. Прилетели в Лондон мы рано и хозяин любезно предложил заселиться, как только мы обратились с просьбой оставить чемоданы. В общем уже в 11.00 мы были в квартире. Единственный недостаток - невозможно открыть хотя бы одно окно для проветривания. И плохая звукоизоляция между внутренними помещениями.

Die drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Untergeschoss und haben nichtverdunkelbare Oberlichter. Zudem kann man nicht lüften. Eines der Badezimmer roch bei unserer Ankunft unangenehm - hierum hat sich der Vermieter aber direkt und unkompliziert gekümmert.

- Liz (10/5): Absolutely Fabulous! - Fantastic location and in walkable distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Lovely quiet area but still with lots of bars and restaurants around about and only 20 min walk from Kings Cross Station. Staff were amazing, we had to book on the day due to being let down by other accommodation however communication and service was 1st class, checking we got there ok, letting us in to drop bags off and ensuring everything was ready for a quick turn around/ arrival. Also sent lovely message making sure we had settled in OK and being available should we need anything further. Planning our trip again for next year and this will definitely be the place we plan to book again to stay. N/a

- DEBORAH (8/5): Great floor plan for multiple guests with rack of the 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped an - Floor plan, location in walking distance, comfortable, great facilities. Staff let us in earlier than initially scheduled and we appreciated that. Bathrooms had no ventilation or exhaust so showering meant everything was damp afterwards. Because of this the bathrooms were slightly mouldy. One back bathroom had a dreadful smell coming from the bathroom. The staff responded quickly and apparently sent someone out to fix it but the smell was still dreadful. Spoilt my stay in that room. The other rooms were ok.
- Karen Aubin (10/5): Excellent apartment in good location - Excellent apartment very well situated with nearby restaurants and public transport..three bedrooms situated on the lower level, comfortable beds and each with an en suite bathroom...there is also a guest toilet at entrance level..would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.. The only real problem with the apartment may be the access stairs to lower level...being oldies we had to be extra careful as the steps are small ..a suggestion would be to add a proper handrail to the wall side of the stairs..

- Tiphaine Accary-Barbier (8/5): Très bon séjour - Appartement confortable et super bien placé pour se rendre à pieds vers Coven Garden et les théâtres (20-25mn). Nombreux bus et métros à proximité (bus à 2mn, gare/métro Farringdon à 12mn, métro Chancery Lane à 5mn). Appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il y a un peu de bruit entre les étages (bruits de pas et de machines à laver portés par les murs et les sols) mais ça reste acceptable.

- Nicholle (10/5): A luxurious and very spacious stay in the heart of London. - Superb fit out, very spacious and everything was pristine. Great location and the staff were so helpful and arranged an early check in and an extra day at a reduced rate. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were to the highest standard. So much room for us, we felt it was our own home. It was fabulous in every way, just had a bit of a challenge with the front door lock.

El apartamento está bien, es funcional, PERO... se habían dejado una caja con basura en la cocina debajo de un sillón, el suelo estaba sucio, mucho polvo, la alfombra de la habitación muy sucia (podrían lavarla de vez en cuando...) Los sillones del salón y el que estaba en la cocina están bien de adorno, porque confortables no son. La habitación que no tenía TV tenía una cama muy confortable, pero la otra habitación, su cama era muy incómoda...

- Jean-André (3/5): Desappointed - The location of the appartement was correct. The cleanliness was correct too. The equipement and confort could have been correct if two major problems were not here. The first problem is concerning the situation of the rooms which are under the ground level whithout any information in the description. Conséquences : no sun lignt and some noise of water runoff when it's raining. The second problem is concerning the size of the beds. The description was mentionning "large double bed" and we founded in fact one bed with a width of 140 cm and one with a width of 150 cm. For us this is a "small double bed". The less you could do, if you don't want clients to be desappionted, is to mention clearly all theese details in your description.

- Dietmar (9/5): Great base to explore London with family. Would stay there again! - The appartment is nice and clean, and equipped with all the bits and pieces one might need. Washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, all there and spotless. Cooking utensils, tea, coffee provided, I really appreciated that. Even some detergent is provided. The place in is a very silent sideroad, but just steps away from bus stops in all directions and great breakfast and dining options. Also not far from central line subway. Generally a very safe feeling, both on the street and in the building. Communication with the agency was fast and helpful, check-in instructions very clear. the appartment was ready at the announced time. There are only five coathangers for four people which is far from enough, but that could be topped up easily. The appartment has some damaged spots which is typical for appartments on short time rental. Nothing that would disturb the proper use of the place, but I would feel better if the known damage is communicated at check-in so it will be clear for both sides this is known. The communicated free bag storage is in the main office of the agency, which is quite far away and only available during office hours. But there are reliable bag storage options for a small fee located close by, so not a big issue.

They let us drop our bags before checkin which was very helpful and the customer support were very responsive. The living area is smaller and darker than it looked in the pictures, the light in one of the bedrooms was flickering, and there is heavy construction underway right outside the living room window.

- Burcin (8/5): Nice place for short visits. - This apartment is located on a quiet street, just three stops away from Liverpool Street Station. If you arrive by subway, it’s a 500meter walk from Chancery Station. At the rear, there is Coop market which is very convenient for your grocery shopping. From the street, bus connections (30m away)provide easy access to the city’s popular avenues. We were 3 adult + 1 child. Two bedrooms were fine for adults. For the child we requested bedsheets for the sofa up the living room. Unfortunately our request was denied by the landlord.

- Victor (8/5): - Appartement has great choices of facilities. It's a little bit strange that there are two ovens and none of the microwave. It is in a quiet quarter. You have an opportunity to seppare your waste, which is not regular practice in London. Soundproof inside the building must be improved. You can hear every person who enters or exits the building, arguments of your neighbors or cleaning service who endlessly speaking with someone on the phone.

- Olga (10/5): I would stay there again, only the cleanliness of the entrance should be solved - It is very practical, comfortable, easy to access with the instructions given on email and message, it had all the appliances to make the stay easier. What I really didn’t like was the smell of rubbish when one enters the building . The rubbish compartment was full and it’s probably emptied only once a week which is obviously NOT enough. Also the cleaning of the corridor of the building should be more often . I took photos of even cigarettes butts on the floor . I know speaks more about the other customers but anyway BE LONDON should be aware and clean the corridors every day . It gives a bad impression the whole entrance plus the rubbish smell . Also the thermostats ( different in each rooms were not easy to fix in the right temperature. In the master bedroom I was really cold the first night and the thermostat marked 23 . It seemed that took like 24 hours in reaching that temperature. But the people from Be London are easy to reach and are helpful

The tram station was close and a variety of food places close by. When I come to London it will be the first accommodation I will be looking at.

- Sylwia (9/5): Superb - The apartment boasts a fantastic location, just a walking distance (about 40 minutes) from most of the major tourist attractions in the city center. It is exceptionally comfortable and nicely furnished, offering both style and functionality. With its generous space and nice décor, it provides a perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of exploring. Each room had its own private bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Even though the apartment was on the ground floor, we felt safe. We liked this place a lot! The only window that can be opened is in the kitchen; however, each room is equipped with an electric ventilator, which ensured our comfort. We managed just fine, especially since we spent the entire day exploring the city.

- Monica (7/5): One bedroom was good space for 2 people. - It was a typical small apartment but definitely roomier than a hotel. Bathroom counter was spacious to allow for toiletries. We could have our suitcases played out on the floor. Lots of closet space. The apartment was very warm and hard to cool down and no fans- something I would recommend. The bed was quite soft and the cover too heavy for the warm room. Also the couch is abit tired. Instructions for the laundry would’ve been helpful.

There were some renovations that were being done across the way, and we hardly heard them. There are ample buses, and it is close to two tube stations. There are several grocery stores nearby, which were helpful for some breakfast and snacks. They were also able to arrange for an airport taxi, which was a fun experience before leaving the city.
