- Gyan (6/5): Could be better - It's a modern place by the canal We stayed for a week. There were a few issues Room heating was not working. We were provided with portable heaters after 5 days There was issue with electric wiring, the light in bathroom feel down, No repair was done despite complaint There's no attendant as such, the security is unaware of anything. Online help Mr Mohsin was very cooperative, and helpful during the times. The security money refund took 3 weeks(don't know why) They are very pooky about little early check in or late check out.. Will ask for 15pound per hour. I asked them for refund , as the facilities like heating and light were not upto the mark No one bothered to address it. The location is good if you like a modern place. Nearby Tesco and Starbucks, and Huge mall in Canary Wharf station.
