• FamBrivio (7/5): Stanza a Marylebone, un po' calda d'estate - Good apartment near Marylebone station, clean and with good spaces and furnitures. Good relationship with the owner and good feedback. The apartment is located in the basement and it is not clearly stated in the description. The apartment is located in the basement and, if this thing could have been ok in normal weather conditions, but during our stay, London experienced very hot temperatures (more than 30 degrees) and the room was very hot, also during the night. Air condition is not available and no other solution was proposed.
• Guest (8/5): Estuvo bien - Barrio muy tranquilo con una buena ubicación donde puedes llegar a todos lados. No le falta nada al apartamento. El wifi funcionaba bien. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha mucho la gente en el piso de arriba.

It was in a walking distance to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, SOHO, and other nice places in London. It was nice that there was a kitchen in the apartment. Perfect to stay with small kids. Nothing worth mentioning.

The couch on the end of the bed. I ran into it when I got up in the night and got a big cut on my leg. But staff brought me bandages and disinfectant.
• Axelle (5/5): Je dirai que c’est un bon appartement qui dépend énormément de vos voisins au dessus et à côté. - La personne que nous avions en contact était très réactive. Le logement était plutôt bien desservis par les bus et les métros Nous étions finalement dans un appartement en demi sous sol, ce qui n’étais pas précisé dans l’annonce (1 seule fenêtre qui ne fonctionnait pas bien et qui donnait sur un muret). Mais bon, pour juste y dormir ça convient bien. Par contre l’appartement n’est PAS DU TOUT insonorisé et nous avons eu des problèmes avec les locataires au dessus qui étaient extrêmement bruyants. Résultats 2 nuits sans pouvoir dormir confortablement. Nous avons également eu 24h sans chauffage ni eau chaude (ce n’est pas de la faute du logement ça peut arriver à tout le monde, mais c’est quand même à noter)

• Lana (9/5): Super! - Lokacija super, domaćini super. Kad smo došli nismo pronašli sušilo za kosu, poslali smo poruku domaćinu i odmah ga je donio u sobu. Također, kad smo odlazili vlak nam je bio tek popodne, zamolili smo ih da nam pričuvaju prtljagu, oni su to napravili besplatno. Malo su stariji i pokidani noćni ormarići, ali funkcionalni.

La puerta se podía abrir desde fuera tenías que pasarle la llave, es una casa compartida con baños privados, hacia un calor horrible en la habitación a pesar de fuera hacer frío, y no podías controlar la temperatura, ya que venía el calor del suelo. Se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones colindantes y del pasillo. No te permitía tener un buen descanso

• Emma (2/5): Disappointing - The location. Honestly very disappointed about this room. We were given a room in the basement ( which was not precised in the reservation !!), with very weird odors probably coming from the toilets, or from the garbage can that was standing right next to our bed. The bath rug, and toilet rug were dusty and unclean: there were sorts of brown stains (see pictures below!). I do not think any of that was washed before our arrival, which is very disgusting and unprofessional. On top of that, the pictures showed a way bigger room with natural light coming from the windows. Let me tell you that the actual room was a complete disappointment.. So much for the “superior room” as you call it… the bed is however comfortable. I certainly do not recommend, and for that price you could definitely find other better options !!! I am sorry, I do not want to ruin anyone’s business but this has to change for clients

• Pixie (2/5): dissatisfied , not face value - the property is in a nice area close to transport links, terrace is helpful but broken tiles and rubbish could do with some attending to. we were told that our room we originally booked was unavailable because of a leak in the ceiling, we asked to be supplied evidence of this and they could not do that. i have also annoyingly upon leaving read another review a while ago saying the exact same thing happened to them, this also included still being able to book our ‘original room’ on booking.com so honestly nature of a possible scam going on with this specific property, we were taken to a much smaller room in the basement definitely not applicable in price or condition and told £20 would be taken off the original price ,we have yet to receive this although the property did apologise sincerely it was just massively disappointing.

• David (8/5): Very competitive rates appartment. - Location was excellent for where I needed to be. I liked that it was a self contained “studio” flat which had all the amenities I needed to a very good standard. Bathroom/shower room excellent. The chairs with the table that were present were very wobbly. Luckily I have a travel tool set that I could tighten the bolts ups with. Bed for me which is personal was quite uncomfortable but I do live with chronic back pain. Very odd odour in The bathroom only, which did not go away.

• Dylan (4/5): Cher pour ce que c’est - L’emplacement 0 insonorisation que ça sois d’une chambre à l’autre et pour l’extérieur on entend tout pas de repos possible chauffages trop chaud ou rien Personnel pas accueillant Nous sommes arriver largement plutôt que le check-in évidemment nous savons que la chambre ne serais pas prête nous pensions pouvoir laisser les bagages mais la seule réponse qu’on a eu était que le check-in est à 14h de manière froide En Général la chambre qui est considéré comme un studio ressemble à une simple chambre d’hôtel banal mais avec une cuisinière le service de ménage est inexistant nous avons eu les mêmes linge pendant 4jours au niveau de la non insonorisation qui est pourtant mentionnée au niveau des informations général. Au niveau de la cuisine il n’y a pas de couvert égal : 1 assiettes creuses, 2 bol , 1 assiette plate tout cela pour 2 personnes. Wifi instable. Au niveau de la salle de bain la porte est casser , le pommeau de douche était casser nous avons dû contacter la propriétaire pour venir le changer. Cher pour la qualité de service

Connected with bus stations and also it’s a 25min walk to the Oxford Street. I didn’t like it that the walls are very tiny and when someone walk through the hall and speak there we hear them very loudly.

• manon (4/5): - Nous avons récupéré les clés directement à l'appartement avec une personne qui nous a accueilli. L'emplacement de l'appartement était intéressante car il y a quelques grandes lignes de bus à proximité qui circulent 24/7. La chambre donnait sur la route alors qu'il était indiqué sur "court", le mobilier était très sale, les chaises en tissu ont de nombreuses marques de saleté, une partie de la vaisselle n'était pas nettoyé, nous avons trouvé des miettes et des restes de nourriture dans les bols dans le placard, très peu d'éléments de cuisine. La douche ne dispose pas de porte tout coule à coté car le siphon était complètement bouché. La serrure de la porte d'entrée était fixée avec des bouchons de liège... nous ne nous sommes pas sentie en sécurité car un simple coup d'épaule et la porte s'ouvrait entièrement. Il n'y avait pas de détecteur de fumer, et des traces de champignons au plafond.

Metro y supermercados bastante cerca, una zona residencial muy bonita con regents Park muy cerca, fuimos a candem andando atravesando el parque. Tienes un autobus a 1 minuto que te deja en picadilly. Recomendable 100% Las sillas de la cocina con la tapicería muy sucia, estando todo lo demás de la casa muy limpio.

• Giuseppe (5/5): Alcune cose trascurate nell'appartamento, rendono la struttura meno soddisfacente - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Vicinissima a due stazioni della metropolitana. Quartiere tranquillo. L'appartamento è spazioso, ottimo per due persone. Purtroppo due delle tre sedie presenti nell'appartamento sono veramente sporche ed, essendo imbottite, non pulibili. Il tavolo, in vetro, ha un pezzo della struttura che non è correttamente montata e lo rende pericoloso. La tenda della doccia è molto precaria e, pure facendo attenzione, l'acqua fuoriesce dalla doccia. Inoltre, in bagno non è presente uno specchio sopra il lavandino.

• Deborah (7/5): Good value for a comfortable one-night stopover in London. - Compact conversion of older property used space well. Window opened fully which was good for a warm night. Quieter than expected - we both got a good night's sleep. Excellent value for money for a London stay and very convenient for Marylebone. Bathroom smelled a bit fusty; internal room so hard to ventilate. Some noise from neighbouring rooms which could be an issue if you have loud people (we didn't).

• Sarah (10/5): Very good! - We had a wonderful stay in London! The host was incredibly friendly and flexible, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. She was very understanding, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much to ask — she genuinely cares about her guests and does everything she can to make them feel comfortable and welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location is also great — close to a train and underground station as well as a bus stop, so everything is easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Vicino a super market e pub, a zone splendide di Londra, anche camminando si arriva ovunque. La gentilezza del personale che ci ha aspettato nonostante il ritardo dell'aereo. Con un costante aggiornamento relativamente alle condizioni di accesso. Bagno molto funzionale e recentemente ristrutturato. TV immenso. Forse un po' sacrificato lo spazio della camera ma se non ci devi soggiornare troppo durante il giorno, diciamo che può andare bene. Armadio un po' malconcio ma nel complesso accettabile.

• Daniela (5/5): Studio near Marylebone Station - The location was great, 5 minutes away from Marylebone Station. The place was fairly clean, and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the flat had a full-length mirror and an iron, which I value when traveling for business events. The bathroom had a good shower. Overall, I was comfortable, but there are details that could easily be improved to make it much better. The flat was poorly lit, the bin's pedal was broken and didn't lift the lid, and the kettle stopped working after four days. The hot water was okay, but it would suddenly turn cold for a few seconds and then warm up again. The lock to the flat was feeble and didn't feel very safe.

Camera dotata di frigo e bollitore, ma senza caffè o the da usare e per una notte non ho comprato il necessario. Suggerire di far trovare almeno un caffè a persona. Stanza un po' piccola, lo sapevamo, ma non lo chiamerei appartamento. Eravamo in 2, ma gli asciugamani erano per uno solo, purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti solo a notte fonda, abbiamo provato a chiederne altri, ma la mattina non li hanno portati.

• Birgit (5/5): Für einen sehr kurzen Aufenthalt geht es, aber nicht für länger. - Die Lage des Hauses war wirklich okay. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sauber. Es hieß, wir hätten ein Zimmer zum Hof. Wir fanden uns im souterrain wieder mit Blick auf die Mauer einen Meter vor dem Fenster. So etwas muss vorher angegeben werden, wir hätten das Zimmer nicht gebucht. Es hat lange gedauert, bis wir eine Internetverbindung bekommen haben.
