• Giada.11 (5/5): - struttura spaziona e ben arredata non vi era caffe italiano o simile nelle cialde, non vi era un padellino piccolo per scaldare una tazza di latte, il microonde non c'è stato verso di farlo partire. la doccia perde bel bagno piú piccolo. la seconda sera da sotto il divano un TOPO è sfrecciato sotto la cucina e non c'è stato modo di farlo uscire!!! ho scritto alla proprietà e nessuno ha risposto, peccato perchè la casa è bella.

• Renee (8/5): Great apartment in a great location - Lovely large and clean property in a wonderful location. There was a water leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which looked like had been there for a long while. We weren’t told about it and my daughters luggage was soaked through on the day we left.

• Eve (8/5): Comfortable and convenient spacious flat - Super location, close to several tube stations with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Peter was super helpful and friendly on check-in. The flat could do with a decorative refresh, but as we were only there for sleeping and breakfast, it didn’t matter.

• Helen (10/5): Great location, great value, super easy to deal with. - Great location close to tube stations and buses. Lots of places to eat and drink. Well set up to cook if you wanted to. We were let in early to drop our bags and shown how everything worked and also able to leave our bags for a late collection. House keepers were lovely and super helpful, and property manager very accommodating and communication was fantastic. Nothing. Loved our stay here.
• VIVIANE (9/5): Spacious, well equipped and clean flat in the heart of London - It was spacious , well equipped and very clean. Beautifully located in a vibrant area close to two underground stations and Hyde Park. The main air conditioning was broken but each room had a stand alone unit with tube out of the window. Great alternative most times in London, but we were there during a rare heatwave. At night, the units were too noisy so we had to switch them off. The windows could not be closed because of the vent tubes. So all the hot air came in all nigh.?Work at the building site across the street started really early and with the windows open, the triple glazing didn’t keep the noise out. Despite that, the flat is great and can be recommended

Michelle the owner was so accommodating regarding our arrival time and check out time. She held onto our cases on the last day when we were out seeing more of London before we had to leave for the airport. We would most definitely book with Michelle again! Nothing

• Martha (10/5): Perfect stay, lots of shops and excellent space and location. - it was close to Paddington station & Notinghill and very secure. the furniture wasn’t as the picture so I wasn’t too worried about damaging something which is a big plus for me. Really good contact with the property and staff. would recommend 100% there is a whole street at the front of the property that is been built but is not the property’s fault. everything was ok but just note that the layout or the furniture is not as shown on the pictures. they have lower quality furniture but it was ok for me because I wasn’t worried about breaking something. not all the lights were on, maybe is due to energy prices rise? it didn’t affect us too much.
