• marie-laure (3/5): A FUIR : racket arrivé sur place - Emplacement Racket à notre arrivée : sans être prévenus avant mais 1h avant notre arrivée, demande de 5€ supplémentaires par personne et par jour= racket, INADMISSIBLE + Demande de carte d'identité alors que passer par booking est déjà une sécurité. Il n'est pas censé avoir le droit de demander mais profite de la situation + Pas d'internet et volets électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas donc impossible de dormir
• Andrej Drgonec (8/5): Great location - Location in the Centro Storico, brand new interior and bathroom, large room, hot water anytime. Broken cheap chairs, I was afraid to sit on them. Blinds were not working, the sun was shining in the morning. Wifi not working, which would not be a problem, but 5G was also not available inside, only in the kitchen/balcony. These small issues are keeping from better reviews.
• Dabic Hasanbasic (9/5): - Odličan, prostran, izuzetno čist apartman u samom Centru Historico. Izuzetno komforan na fantastičnoj lokaciji, u samom centru dešavanja,a bez buke. Upotrebljiva kuhinja sa posudjem, tv sa bezbroj programa. Potrebno je zamijeniti stolice, potpuno su rasklimane. Wifi u apartmanu nam je prestao raditi treći dan. Bilo bi super da ima pegla. Ali sve ostalo čista desetka. Vratili bi se opet.

• Stanisław (5/5): I think place has the possibility to be really good, but landlords need to try better because it seemed like they didn’t - Location - probably best possible. Firstly, there was a wasp nest somewhere in the ceiling. Around 4-5 wasps daily flying inside the room. But let’s say it was an accident - okay. Secondly, no duvets, just light sheets - mind you it’s November. For people noise - sensitive it’s not the right choice too. In the shower - many shampoo bottles left after previous locators - very unprofessional. No tea or coffee was also sad. And finally, I was EXTREMELY disappointed as I asked for a special order (roses on the bed). I was assured that it’s fine, yet there weren’t any.

• angelica (4/5): Esperienza deludente - Posizione centrale Soggiorno purtroppo molto deludente. La struttura si presenta sporca e poco mantenuta: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, l’acqua nel piatto doccia non defluiva e le piastrelle erano ricoperte di calcare, così come la rubinetteria. Le piastrelle della doccia palesemente non venivano pulite da tempo, e nel binario della doccia c’era un evidente accumulo di sporcizia. Abbiamo trovato persino api e formiche all’interno. Il letto era scomodo, il divano macchiato e con buchi di sigaretta. La biancheria lasciava molto a desiderare: lenzuola sottilissime, più simili a copricuscini che a vere federe, e asciugamani ormai usurati e quasi privi di spugna. Un’esperienza decisamente negativa, non all’altezza delle aspettative né tantomeno del prezzo richiesto.

• luciana (10/5): - Abitazione in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal duomo, raggiungibile anche con i mezzi dalla stazione centrale. L'host, Deborah, si è sempre resa disponibile telefonicamente. La stanza è dotata di tutti i servizi elencati nella descrizione. Nel complesso non è grandissima; consiste in una stanza da letto, cucina e bagno, ma è più che soddisfacente per 2 persone.
• Greta (2/5): If there is no problem that the hostess has to take care off, I’m sure it’s a nice stay. But otherwise I wouldn’t recomm - The property was in a great location and the price was pretty good for what it was. Everything was relatively clean. We were also able to enter a little bit walker than check-in. It had great potential to be a good stay. Unfortunately, there was a wasp infestation inside the bedroom, a nest located above the ceiling lights, and at times we had as many as 15 wasps flying around the room. While we understand that this situation was beyond the hostess’s control, we were disappointed with how it was handled. At first, she was responsive and sent someone to address the issue. However, the person who came was not a professional and seemed unconvinced that the problem was coming from inside the room. He used an anti-wasp spray (which we bought ourselves), but the problem returned the following morning. After spending almost two days trying to manage the situation—cutting into our vacation—we needed to book another apartment, because we didn’t want to waste even more vacation time on the issue. So we requested a refund for the remaining nights, but the hostess stopped responding as soon as we asked her about it. We asked multiple times to find a solution of at least a partial refund, but there was no response anymore. We received no compensation even though we wasted two days on the situation and had to book another place.
• Simon (2/5): Disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, extra charges and a lack of owner's consideration. - The apartment was decently located and had the basics needed for a short stay. The check-in process was simple, as we retrieved the key from a key box, which made arrival convenient. However, the apartment was not very clean and several things were broken (the boiler wasn’t working and the electric switches for the blinds didn’t function). We were charged a late check-in fee for arriving at 8:40 pm, which felt unjustified considering no one was there to receive us. On our last night, the hosts had a loud party right next door with music, shouting, and barking dogs, which made it impossible to sleep. Despite sending a polite message asking for the noise to be reduced, I never received a response from them.
• Elodie (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location ! It's surprisingly quiet, considering it's situated only 50 meters from the historical centre. It was nice to have a washing machine and to have the possibility to hang our clothes. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and there were plenty of towels, shower gels, and shampoos available. You can visit the whole town from there either by foot or using public transport (10 minutes walk from Dante station) The blind's switches need fixing.

• Anastasiia (5/5): Passable - Location The house is not in the best condition, the sofa is burned with cigarettes and the boiler is broken. We didn't have hot water for half of our stay, and the owner didn't even say sorry. I don't recommend this apartment.

• Luis (10/5): great place to stay when visiting Naples and surroundings - Location is excellent, quiet neighborhood, downtown Naples, could walk everywhere and organize excursions by boat or train to locations around Naples. Clean, convenient place, Deborah was helpful, nice.
• Vancho (10/5): Great for a few days Napoli exploring - Very central, ideal for walking to most of the important places in Napoli. Poor sound isolation of the main entrance door, but luckily the neighbors were not loud. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking.
• Ron (8/5): Great location and pleasant host. - The location is fantastic and Debora was very pleasant. Thank you for the welcoming gift. The apartment is renovated and pleasant to be in. The building can be a bit noisy.

• Diana (10/5): Great location, clean and renovated - Comfortable bed, clean, everything new and renovated, plus perfect central location (already in city center & 20min from the main station). I especially liked the blinders (we could make complete darkness in the room). And the host was very friendly and quick to answer every request. Thank you 💯 Everything was great

• Kevinflore10 (10/5): Excellent - The accommodation is just like the photos, really really nice, clean and modern. It is in a central area of the city, everything will be really close to them and it will help them to get to know. The lady's attention was very good, really super recommended. The only bad thing I think is that since it is a building where local people live, there is a lot of noise in the morning at early hours, at night, on the contrary, it is very quiet, you can't hear anything.
• Susan (10/5): Perfect! - Deborah was so helpful and friendly, room was very clean, great location and bed was so comfy! The only tiny thing that I would mention and might I add it would not stop me from staying again, because everything else was fantastic, but no curtains at the windows so was very light in the mornings which woke us up early. But other than that, was absolutely perfect and amazing value for money!
