C'est propre, confortable, avec le charme de l'ancien et bien équipé. Hauts plafonds, grandes fenêtres, donnant sur une place peu bruyante. On a bien aimé.

• Jan (9/5): Alles top. - Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Räume sind grosszügig. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Stadt ist es ruhig. Toll ist die Sicht auf den Platz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Eine Waschmaschine wäre perfekt. In der Nähe hat es einen Waschsalon.

• Anabel (10/5): Dolce Vita in Bella Napoli - Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön, sauber, tolle Lage und der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Een vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst. Heel behulpzame eigenaar. Het appartement is gesitueerd in een historisch pand maar voorzien van het hedendaagse comfort. De inrichting sfeervol met oog voor details. Wij waren met z’n drieën, man vrouw en dochter. Wij bevelen dit appartement zéker aan! Veel dank Vincenzo 🙏 Niets op aan te merken.

• Mona (8/5): Perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Neapelaufenthalt. - Super Lage mit viel Flair. Und aus unserer Sicht für Neapel sehr ruhig obwohl man mitten in der Altstadt übernachtet. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Und die Pizzeria nebenan ist aus unserer Sicht eine der besten in der Umgebung. Wir waren gleich 2 Abende hintereinander dort essen. Da gibt es nichts.

• Matthew (10/5): Tasted like more, please. - The location is a stones throw from the buzz - a couple of steps (we were with elderly parents who managed the walk easily) from restaurants, museums, beautiful cathedrals and more. The building is an exquisitely ancient 17th-century masterpiece, which means the apartment's layout is unusually corridorous. Both rooms offer quaint views of the courtyard and park, and surprisingly, it's more than comfortable and as spacious as you'd ever need, even with the windows closed. Vincenso is the perfect host, who will meet and greet you to explain everything you might need to know during your stay. The telling point of this review is that we would most definitely return to this accommodation if we revisit Naples. Zip.

Some typical traffic noise once outside but inside was calm and very quiet. Rooms well appointed and bedrooms in particular spacious and comfortable. Well equipped functional kitchen. Bench style eating area worked well for us. Great local restaurants. Would go back if ever we went back to Naples. Tricky to find at first, although no major problem. On second floor, so steps to consider although there was quaint lift. However, not a problem.

Y en un antiguo palacio con encanto. La ubicación también muy buena, y para lo que es Nápoles en una zona bastante silenciosa. Todo muy bien.

• Bernard (9/5): Mijn thuis in Napoli! - Perfect gelegen om Napels te verkennen. Om de hoek geweldige koffie barretjes voor een snel ontbijtje in de ochtend. Hoe leuk dat de barman al na drie dagen wist wat winden we hebben. En vele leuke en heerlijke restaurants op slechts enkele minuten wandelen! Het appartement is ruim, schoon en netjes afgewerkt. De keuken was goed uitgerust en de koelkast gevuld met lekkere koude versnaperingen. De bedden waren goed en de airco’s in beide slaapkamers zorgden dat we heerlijk sliepen. Een eettafel in plaats van een barretje in de keuken was leuk geweest. Maar daarvoor was geen mogelijkheid gezien de lay-out van het appartement. Een verbeterpunt om gemakkelijk overheen te stappen, helemaal als je bedenkt hoeveel geweldige restaurants er op loopafstand zijn.

• Steve (10/5): Napoli stay June 2025 - This place is fantastico. Built circa 1600 with very large spacious rooms and the added benefit of air con. There is the use of a lift too, so heavy cases are not a problem. The flat is very well presented and has all that you need and a great shower, plus a sitting room. Five ish minute walk to metro stations, loads of cafes, bars and restaurants a plenty and a small but well stocked and cheap supermarket at the end of the street. 3 minute walk to the main streets of Maradonna appreciation for any football fan. Nice to be net by Vincenzo who is an excellent communicator and who also provided a lot of information on the local area in a guide book. Info given as to when the bins need to go out to which was handy. Nothing to dislike. Would stay again if coming to Napoli.

The location was excellent for exploring Naples - we could walk to the funicular, to the marina. Our host met us to let us in and explain about the property, and messaged us during our stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. There was building work going on at the apartment block. This was very noisy at times, but we were out most of the day and there was no disruption in the evenings/night.

Vincenzo is great host, answering our needs via Google translate on our own language. Helpful advises on where to eat, trust them. Cleanliness is top, kitchen allows you to even cook a dinner, if you have a chance to grab a fish from the nearby mercato. Calm and lovely view towards small square. A balcony to contemplate the small and quiet square. Thanks and looking forward to the next visit!

The museum next to the apartment is absolutely worth a visit. This apartment is comfortable and has great atmosphere. Highly recommended. Nothing really.

Part of an old palace from the 1600s, Vincenzo had renovated it into a beautifully appointed, perfectly situated accommodation. My family and I had such a wonderful time in Naples, made all the more so because of the apartment. Grazie Vincenzo!
• Yulia (10/5): Very good place to stay in Naples. - The location is great, it is right in the Centre Storico and everything is very close. Metro is near by, walking distance to the train station and port. The place was very nice and clean, Vincenzo and Jacopo were very helpful, accommodate our early check in, letting us leave the bags, and also provided with helpful info for the city. Definitely recommend this place to stay in. One thing we missed is not having a laundry, but that is a lot to ask.

Situated in a historical building right in the city center, it is in the walking distance to all the main attractions. Vincenzo is a very nice host. • May (10/5): Living amongst the locals - Vincenzo met us at the apartment and we communicated through “Google translate” - he is a very nice man. The apartment was located in a 1600 century old building but was very modern, spacious, clean, comfortable- nothing was lacking. It was in a great location to explore the historic center and the Spanish Quarters and close to delicious pizza restaurants. Nothing.

So tastefully furnished and very clean. Exactly as pictured in the photos. The apartment is in a very convenient location in the historic centre of Naples, walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants, but still quiet at night. The owner Vincenzo is so helpful and friendly and gave us excellent instructions on how to get there from the airport. Nothing.
• Ahmet (8/5): Fantastic - That was a great apartment in really historical building. The view is very special historical square and the aparment is in the center of the old city. A lot of shopping stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The host was great. He was very friendly. We had a problem with the toilet flush and he solved in the same day when we are out. Highly recommended.

New fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, 2 large high ceiling rooms with comfortable beds. Seperate lounge area with tv. Nicely furnished and styled. Good A/C which kept apartment and rooms cool. Plenty of coffee and good coffee machine. Secure property with lift available for luggage transfer etc. The host Vincenzo met us on arrival and was very informative and provided tour of property and information. He was also very quick and responsive with messages etc. organised taxi for us We loved our stay in Napoli and the apartment was a very pleasant place to come home to and rest after being out and about all day in heat Gracie mile Nice to have: A washing machine would be handy as looks like has spot for it
