- Sam (10/5): Great property for the Emirates - This apartment is great for the Emirates. It’s our second stay here for Champions League nights. It is less than a five minute walk. Other host is in contact via WhatsApp to make sure you are comfortable and all is well.
- Sean (2/5): Waste of time and money. - Easy to find and close to where we were working. Pictures on the website made it look exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately they do not show the true picture that is presented on arrival. The overall cleanliness of the place. We arrived and were told that the parking space advertised is a short walk away from the property. On entering the property it was evident that it had not been cleaned properly and had only had a quick tidy up after the previous guests. The floors were still wet from the mop which was evidently used to push around a bit of dirty water rather than actually clean the place. The furniture was dated and 'sticky' to the touch. We relayed our concerns to the host but it fell on deaf ears and she referred to us as rude and spoilt. We left the property within 30 minutes of arrival and handed the keys back to the host. We politely asked for our payment to be refunded due to the place not being suitable/ready for us but the host flatly declined stating that the place is non-refundable. We found alternative accommodation a few miles away which was brilliant.

- Aberra (6/5): The location is great and overall, we really enjoyed our time in London including the accommodation! - Great location and easy to access transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, etc The area is typically residential and few meters away from the Emirates Stadium (that's a plus). Overall, we really enjoyed our time in London including the accommodation. Due to reasons beyond our control, we had to check out late; we informed the owners if they can consider a late check out; understandably, they had new guests that had to check-in; however, we found it extremely disappointing and disrespectful for the owners to take out our food from the fridge (including some food items that needed to be frozen) and dump it in the hallway. We did not appreciate that at all.
- Albert (7/5): Good place, just as described - The host was so kind, she allow us to let the luggages on the appartment before the check-in. Flat is in a quiet area Cleaniness should be improved, specially in the kitchen (oven, etc.)
- Ali_abbas (10/5): Great stay - The apartment had three rooms, equipped with all the facilities we needed, cleanliness was regular, management was excellent, and they were cooperative when communicating with them. I will definitely rent from them in the future. Nothing at all
- Wynnii (1/5): BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! - Nothing about the place. It was not clean, kitchen has dirt, there was no dish soap or paper towel. Plates were not clean. Living room felt squashed. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! I was put in another apartment but that's not the same quality as the one I've booked. The host only informed me this when I have arrived at the airport in the evening. This is clearly a scam to get me to go to another apartment with no choice. The new apartment is definitely not the same as the one I've booked. There was a pub nearby which mean there are drunk people loitering around at night. The walk from the tube was further than they advertised too.
- Zoolina (8/5): Practical convenient 2 Bedroom Apartment - Apartment To ourselves, quiet, 2 Toilets, Close 5 min Walk To Tube Station, shops nearby, if you are Arsenal fan this Is The place To stay...5 mins Walk Yo Stadium. Have a lawn at The Back. Host Camelia was very nice, flexible & considerate. Despite she extended our Check out Frm 11 To 1230 but since our Flight was at 930pm we had issues where To leave oir many Luggages. She did suggest British stadium but its a hassle for us To go there so i waited for Cleaner to come but to my surprise Camelia came at 110pm. After chatting & get to know each other i moved my transfer booking at 4pm instead of 530pm. It was really nice of Camelia To allow us To leave our Luggages at The corridor while She personally clean The house instead of her usual Cleaner which come at 11 am. Thank you so Much Camelia for your hospitality. There were mosquitoes The day we arrived & bothered our sleep as The renter before us Open The bathroom Window 😱😡Furnitures wareOldTheSingleBed upstairs squeeks when you move so had To sleep iiThenext Room while Son had To sleep downstairs Bed. Please have scissors n pantry. Few of The mugs have brown stains unwashable....either replace or can soak with baking powder water. Thank you
- Shaurya (3/5): Worst experience of booking an apartment for the holiday. - Nothing to like. okay place to stay in case you just need a place to sleep for a couple of days. English is second language of the host and she isn’t able to convey everything properly. The same room is shown in the pictures twice with different bedding from different angles. I have attached pictures of the two rooms along with my review. The lock to the door is jammed from time to time and opening was a struggle on the first day. She did tell how to open the door but again, wasn’t able to convey the message properly due to English not being her first language. She was also away in Spain when we checked in and for the entirety of our stay except the last day. I am not sure how she could have helped if there was any problem in the apartment while she was away. There is a FIRE HAZARD in the flat as quilts and extra bedding is kept in the upstairs fuse cupboard and any short circuit can cause a fire. On mentioning this to her after the stay, she replied ‘But you didn’t died’. She also falsely accused of damaging the property on a phone call later. Apparently wearing footwear to the bathroom is not allowed in the flat as she complained we wore slippers/shoes to the washroom. Also claimed we should have cleaned the apartment before leaving despite charging a cleaning fee (I have stayed in many airbnb and apartments over the years and never have I heard that I should clean everything on leaving. At the most, we are asked to remove the rubbish from the bins which I did here as well). Two claims regarding the facilities are wrong- entire unit is not on ground floor which is evident from the pictures. There are no sockets near the bed.
