• GioFra (7/5): Cosy little flat in a beautiful area - Tiny apartment in a great location close to Clapham Junction, in a lovely residential area. It is compact but it has everything you might need for a short stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. Cleaning could be improved as surfaces were quite dusty. There's no light outside so it can be quite dark at night.

La nevera hacía un ruido insoportable de forma continua, día y noche que no me dejaba dormir. La ducha también sucia. Las almohadas incomodisimas. No lo recomendaría jamás
• Norris (7/5): Clean and comfortable in a good location. Good for a couple of nights. - Great location, comfortable bed, private outdoor space. The spiral staircase was wobbly and needed some attention.
• Romain (4/5): - Appartement parfaitement situé pour mon besoin. Ménage pas fait dans la chambre suite à un oubli. Il a bien été fait le lendemain mais de ce fait pas pu prendre de douche le soir de l'arrivée ou dormir dans le lit la première nuit. L'hôte a ensuite cessé de répondre aux messages dès que j'ai parlé de compensation.
• Jordan (7/5): Overall good but could do better. - Good location for us, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, warm. A bit dark and could have been a bit cleaner. Oven door needed a clean and dish drainer needs upgrading. Banister on spiral staircase broken.
• Callum (3/5): Non-responsive host & one bedroom apartment much worse quality than 'terrace' apartment. - Location was easy to find and price was good. Host is non-responsive to any communication. I receive automated messages but no responses when I ask a question back. I have now asked 4+ times for my invoice with no response. One bedroom apartment was much poorer quality than apartment with terrace stayed in previously. Looks very tired.
• kate (9/5): This apartment is a hidden treasure. We were very comfortable and will definitely be coming again - Location was superb - very convenient and exceptionally quiet. The sofa was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The TV had no signal and the stairs are very steep so be very careful when descending. Otherwise brilliant stay

• Dionne Sage (8/5): Would stay again but please consider updating TV to a smart TV so apps can be streamed. 🙏 - Black and green are my favourite colours so bedroom was amazing! Bathroom was also beautiful! Floating candles upstairs were perfect touch although some batteries in floating candles downstairs were not working… Harry Potter theme was lovely touch… The only main downside was the TV. It wasn’t a smart TV so couldn’t connect my apps, it have freebies which was patchy at times and could only get one channel to work. Microwave was clean but inside roof could have done with a wipe down. Also maybe a sensor light outside might have been a bit helpful due to the little step going into the gate which wouldn’t have been seen if wasn’t using phone torch…

• Geoff (10/5): Host very easy to reach, property as described. Couldn’t ask for more - We needed a place to use locally while our kitchen was being refurbished and our house was a mess! This was a fun stay - in a small, but well equipped place. Nothing!
• Sasha (8/5): Harry potter hidden gem of Clapham - The property was Harry Potter themed. All of the property was clean, warm and well located. Well thought out design. Host sent emails leading up to stay to provide details. Clear instructions given to access property. Location is between Clapham Junction and Common which worked perfectly for our reason for staying. Nice little courtyard. Would definitely use again if in the area. Lots of games, puzzles, DVDs and Books all wizard/Harry Potter themed. Lovely touch. Mostly loved the property however these were a few little things I thought would be useful to know. The bed pillows were uncomfortable. The banister on the spiral stairs is a little wobbly/coming apart in the middle. Hanging candles upstairs didn't work with the wand as provided. No guide in property - local area info/shops or contacts for transport etc. We don't live in London and it can be hard to know who or where to use as we don't use or have Uber etc.
• Claudiu (7/5): Small studio, in a nice location - Self check in, the location and the 50% discount It’s a rather small studio and a little bit dated. The shower cabin could do with some deep cleaning. Ok on a 50% discount, I’d have a different view if I paid the full price.
• Tait (10/5): Comfy bed, great shower all in a charming and safe area of London - Cosy and quirky, it’s Harry Potter theme is well thought out though not what I booked it for. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, and a wonderful powerful shower. I had a small issue, but can only judge it on the response of the property which was fabulous, they went above and beyond my expectations. The area is charming, safe and access to the property couldn’t be anymore secure! Really recommend for a short stay in London Spiral staircase to the bedroom, just a bit tight for a big 6’5 guy like me, but workable.
• Michael (5/5): - Location is good, being close to Clapham Junction. The entrance area is messy- full of old pots, rubbish bins and rubbish- not the best first impression. The shower drain blocks and then overflows onto bathroom floor. The spiral staircase bannister is broken and perilous in the dark. The TV needs updating so that guests can log into netflx etc

• Micah (5/5): Fine but needs a good clean and some repairs - Loved the full kitchen and enjoyed our independence during our stay. Very good communication and the locked gate made us feel safe. The apartment feels like it could do with a deep clean. Surfaces were quite dusty and the floors were sticky. Sheets were cleaned but stained. Range hood doesn’t work and it’s good to be aware that no windows open apart from the skylight.

Lovely idea of floating candles. Comfortable bed and great bathroom Oven was dirty and extractor hood very greasy. Cobweb in bathroom skylight. Only one of the floating candles works on the stairwell. No back on the tv control.

• Susan (9/5): Great location for short visit - We stayed in the small studio ‘stable’ location for one night. The location is excellent and the size was good for both of us. Easy check in. As it was summer the room did get a little warm but there was a fan to help at night. Showers head needs fixing

• Linda (8/5): Amazing location - The location is amazing, the flat is quite big and the bathroom is really nice. The flat is really good, but a bit dirty.. I turned on the kitchen fan, and the grease started dripping down, inside the pan… the fridge was quite dirty as well.. It’s a shame, cause if the flat was cleaner, it would be perfect!

• Phil (10/5): Excellent - Lovely quirky space with themed decor which was a bit lost on me never having seen or read anything Harry Potter. Very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Nothing to dislike for me
• Matthew (8/5): Its a Little Gem! - This is a great little Gem! Located only minutes away from NorthCote Road which has a plethora of great spots to eat, drink and shop. You're also a short walk to Clapham Junction which will get you almost anywhere you need to go. The park / Common is just around the corner if you need a jog or workout on the free gym gear. The flat itself is roomy enough for two people and has all the mod-cons , minus a Microwave. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean as a whistle and the rain falling on the skylight helps put the weary traveller to sleep. All in all a great little place. Nothing really, though I regret buying a microwave meal before checking there was a microwave ;o) I believe that's called Idiot-Tax

• Herbert (1/5): Very bad experience. Had to find a new place to stay. - Nothing Pictures were misleading. Hot and stuffy, no circulation. Did not get what we thought we were getting. Price point was not good for what we walked into.

It has everything you need, including hair dryer and kitchen utensils There is nothing negative I can point out

• Penny (4/5): Not my type of place - It is near Northcote Road. Location is good. It is tiny - like a garden shed. The outside area is the alley that runs past several houses. There is no privacy. It is very small, if you open the door, everyone can see your bed.

Slim spiral staircase up to the bedroom. It was tricky and inconvenient to go up and down between bedroom and bathroom. It was also not very clean. Dirty wardrobe, fridge, filthy kettle and cobwebs too.
