- VITALII (10/5): -
- Katherine (9/5): A wonderful stay! - The apartment is centrally located in the Altstadt-Lehel. It was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable.
- Andrew (9/5): Would definitely recommend and go back. - Location was the best! Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Great for a family stay. Staff were so helpful, especially Lena. Very safe area. Unfortunately the smoke alarm went off for now reason but was fixed quickly.

- Wendy (7/5): great location and space but lacking a certain level of luxury considering the price. - The location was fantastic and the apartment was very spacious, there was adequate facilities quite basic but comfy beds and good TV with Netflix. The bathrooms and kitchen could do with updating, everything felt quite basic and a little industrial feeling, a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc would have been nice, the only thing there was some left over cornflakes from previous guests.
- Lynne (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay in München! - The pictures did not do this flat justice! This place was quite large, perfectly located in old town and a 3 minute walk from Isartor train station! If this looks ‘small’ to you, please know this is quite large (or so we thought).
- Pietro (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (10/5): Perfect stay in Munich! - We rented this place due to location and wanted three bedrooms since our college-age kids are 6'6 and 5'10 and needed their own rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was amazing as it was one block from Viktualienmarkt, within walking distance of many attractions, and close to the buses/trains. The apartment was supplied with everything you need to cook and store food. I would definitely rent this place again while in Munich! The beds are a little hard for my liking, but the rest of the family loved them. There was construction for 1/2 day in the apartment above us, but it wasn't too bothersome and lasted only a few hours.
- Guðrún (8/5): Very good - Only 2 wine glasses and 4 champagne glasses
- Louise (9/5): Highly recommend - Great location, everything right at your doorstep. Very spacious for a family of 5 (3 for grown teenagers). Shower head needs fixing - Thomas offered to send someone, but we managed without it.
Thomas was very responsive.
- Catherine (10/5): Convenient and comfortable - Very convenient location. Easy to get around on foot, convenient to all the sites and only a train ride away from others. Each bedroom is comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and there is a grocery just across the street for anything you'd need. The street is quiet. Easy to communicate with the host, very responsive before and during the stay. Had some trouble with the shower but it was addressed immediately.
- Happy (9/5): Highly recommended - Fabulous location. Very spacious apartment, and very clear access instructions. No AC, but fans were thoughtfully provided in every room. Beds were very comfortable, and there was even a table football game! With 6 of us (3 couples) staying the flat still felt roomy. A few more wine and beer glasses would have been nice, but the flat is very well equipped for self-catering, and has plenty of everything else.
- Lorraine (10/5): Big rooms with great living room and good wifi and tv. They had cleaning goods and trash easily avai - Keys were not in the lockbox but i called and they immediately gave me another code for another box that had the keys.
- Esara (5/5): Great location but the property is not well maintained - The location of the apartment is very good - centrally located. The room was spacious considering the location of the apartment. Nice neighborhood. Big TV. Easy to understand check-in instruction with provided video clip. Host very responsive to emails. The property is not well maintained.
The facility of the apartment is as shown on the listing but the state that it was in, is not the same.
It was nice and bright in the listing but the lighting in the actual apartment is rather dim.
There were missing wooden tiles on the floor.
You can see cables hanging off from the wall (not properly installed or attached).
There are old broken plastic cable rack on the side of the wall.
Previously drilled holes in the wall that has not been covered up.
The housekeeper left soaking wet towels hanging on the hanger - water dripping wet on the wooden floor.
The curtain the bathroom is not properly installed. The curtain is hanged on a sling, cannot really blind out the window properly. There are 2 windows in the bathroom that has no curtain and you can see the street and the window of the next building. (Privacy is questionable for me).
Rather strange placement of the shower head in the bathroom so every time anyone shower, the floor around it is completely wet. The glass window that supposed to prevent the splash does not help at all.
Toilet paper roll was excessively provided (18 rolls clearly visible in the bathroom shelf and 10 rolls in the separate toilet) while no napkin was provided.
The mattresses were rather worn - starting to sag in the middle, so the sleep was not comfortable.
The host supposed to email us with the check-in details the day before arrival but did not. Have to email him for the instruction.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Waseem (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): Very comfortable stay. Great location. - Excellent location and very easy to access apartment. Host very accommodating The bathroom needs improving. Better shower and shower curtain required. Toilet doesn’t flush very well.pillows need replacing.
- Jason (8/5): Excellent Old Town stay with easy access to everything you need and want. - We really liked the location and everything was within walking distance or with the use of an e-scooter or e-bike. Plenty of restaraunts and groceries right outside out front door. The old rugs scattered around the apartment were not needed. It would be much better to get a solid door on the shower/tub to avoid water on the ground outside the shower/tub. Also need better fans.
- Scott (7/5): Centrally located, roomy apartment with good host but very loud if the windows are open. - The owner is very responsive and accommodating.
The location is centrally located near most of the attractions in the downtown area.
The apartment is very roomy.
Check-in was straightforward. The bedrooms face the street.
The apartment is close to the Viktualienmarkt Beergarden and other bars. If the windows are open in the summer, there is much noise from the patrons of these establishments late into the night.
The building entrance didn't lock.
- Rob (8/5): Very good -
- Nino (10/5): Exceptional - everything
- Patti (10/5): Wow! The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very large for Europe standards and very clean. -
- Michaelguest (8/5): Ideal. Great host, great apartment. (Excellent advice on getting access.) A bonus, table football! - Video of how to gain access was brilliant. Best way of advising on this I have ever see. (It is always an anxiety of mine!) N/A
- Simon (9/5): Excellent. would definitely recommend. - Great location. Large amount of living space. Netflix on the TV was a real plus if you have kids. Instructions on to how to access the property were dummy-proof and without having to arrange check-in times with the owner was such a benefit. Nothing. The place was perfect. The only slight downside, and this only relates to our family size, was we could have had one less bedroom and paid a slightly lower price.
- Guy (9/5): Superb -
- Sharp (10/5): Beautiful and clean home. Very friendly and responsive host. Will stay here again - Wonderful location and host was very responsive and helpful. Even better than we expected. Would love to stay here every time we visit Munich. Maybe it is a European thing but there were no sheets (top or bottom) on the bed. Just the mattress cover and duvet. The mattress cover was a little itchy to me and I would have liked a sheet over it but that is the only negative for me at this beautiful place.
- Laurie (9/5): Superb -
- Fatima (1/5): Bad -
- Tarnya (9/5): Amazing location. Perfect. This place is really the best. And travel is like real estate. -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ariel (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (8/5): While lacking a "premium quality" feel, the location and size of the apartment can't be beat - The location is outstanding. It is at centre field for Munich's tourist attractions - even our tour guide commented on how well situated it is. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a great, organic grocery store right across the street. In addition, the apartment itself is huge...there is tons of living space which is further accentuated by very high ceilings. The facilities and decor are very bare bones. It is functional, but not overly warm and inviting.
