• Gina (8/5): Gut aber nächstes Mal anderes Viertel. - Es war sauber, die Ausstattung der Küche und Bad solide und die Besitzerin war nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab Kommunikationsprobleme, weshalb wir 30min vor der Tür warten mussten bis wir reingelassen wurde. Zudem war die Lage suboptimal, da die Umgebung uns ein ungutes Gefühl vermittelt hat, wodurch wir abends nicht mehr rausgehen wollten.

• Rondina (8/5): I private place to stay for a private person - I like the apartment is very comfortable to stay and very clean. One thing to add is to add a little more diswashing liquid and one light in the kitchen needs to change as it isn't working but the total stay was great and the hosts is very accommodating. I didn't like only the location but the apartment is comfable to stay
• Amy (7/5): Even though there were some drawbacks, overall stay was pleasant - Convenient to walk to restaurants and stores. Well equipped kitchen space. Parking was listed as an amenity but that's incorrect. Finding street parking was difficult as this is a very crowded and busy area. Also it was listed that children stay free but we were told that if we wanted to use the small fold out bed it would cost 10.00 EU per night. This is a room above an apartment that has been converted into an efficiency so it's small with low ceilings and you can hear the noise below.
• Amy (9/5): A great choice! - Extremely clean, everything you could need for 4-7 nights away. Roof on the small side but didn’t bother us too much (both over 6ft), we could stand up in bathroom where it mattered. Host was very friendly and kept in contact throughout our stay, air conditioner for extra is well worth it. Safe locked complex. Close to train station either Piazza Cavour or Museo. Location felt uncomfortable at night, as this is away from the touristy areas so you stick out like a sore thumb. However every person we meet was pleasant and welcoming.

• Melisa (1/5): Never going back - Location There are many disadvantages. First, you have to pay the landlady the tax fee that is not included in the price of the booking.com. Second, the landlady was very rude, after I discussed with her about the extras that you have to pay like city tax or the air conditioning she left and the second she got out of the property I could hear her talking to somebody in Italian using some very unkind words about me that i understood because I can understand Italian very well. Third, the apartment was tiny. Forth, the bathroom was small and the high of the apartment was no more than 1.80cm And lastly, it smelled moldy.
• Felipe (8/5): Good overall and value for money - Location was good and the apartment is well equipped The mattress were very thin and not very comfortable. Having to pay extra for a child bed/cot when the booking included them. Also, air conditioning is an extra which in the summer months is a must should be included in the price.
• Stanislav (4/5): Disappointing - And the only advantage that can be highlighted is that there are two subway lines within a 15-minute walk. Here I can list many disadvantages.The very first thing that disappointed me was the size of the accommodation. The apartments were incredibly small. I'm of average height (183cm) and couldn't stand up straight. The landlady had poor English skills, but she immediately demanded over 30 euros for using the air conditioning. If I hadn't paid, I would have simply suffocated from the heat. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the "kitchen." It had an induction stove, and out of all the cookware available, only one small pot and pan were compatible. There was no kettle. The shower and toilet were incredibly small, and there was very little space. I was also extremely disappointed with the soundproofing in the apartments. The owners of the apartments live nearby, and, excuse me, but I could literally hear them using the toilet or talking to each other. The only wardrobe in the room was unusable due to a strange smell inside it, and it was not possible to do laundry or dry clothes in the apartments. Finally, I would like to say that the apartments do not look like they do in the photos. They are significantly, I mean SIGNIFICANTLY, smaller. I'm almost certain that there is only enough space for dwarves from a fairytale. If I had known this in advance, I would have chosen a different place to stay. I do not recommend anyone staying there; it's better to consider another option.
• Rohan (4/5): Disappointing - It is near to the city. The height of the apartment is very low. For a person of height 180cm, it is very difficult to stay. The space is congested with all the things they have. There is no chimney to get the smoke out of apartment while cooking.. bed is also bad and no change of towels. Bathroom is also very small. Overall the description is not fully matched.
• Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - The appartment is 1,80 meter tall which means it is only for people shorter than 1,70 Meter.
• Tom (8/5): Best location if you want to stay in a lively area - The location (only for people that like lively, interesting neighborhoods) and the building. It's a mezzanine so it gets quite humid.
• Ehlers (8/5): Great stay in Naples - Antonio was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe. Really appreciated his efforts. There are 4 flights of stairs to get up to the unit. As it's an old building there is no lift available. Not a problem if you dont have a lot of luggage and no mobility issues, but should be mentioned on the information so you know what your in for.
• Daniel (7/5): Good - No central heating,no wifi.Its basic.I pay the full price for 80 % of what i suppose to get. No internet,no central heating,16 C in the room.
• Sasa (7/5): Perfect neighborhood. Though, be aware of really low ceilings, only for people up to 1.7m high! - The Sanita quarter is the best one if you want to discover a true character of Naples. The La Mansardina building is incredible and the people are nice. Maybe cotton sheets and new bed linens would make our stay truly without a flaws.
