• Tara (2/5): - Italia was very nice and accommodating. The area was not good. It was hard to sleep, all night long you heard loud noises. The bath towels were very thin and cheap. Taking a shower was bad, so small and uncomfortable. There was no hot water after maybe 5 minutes of taking a shower. Everything seem to be falling apart. I would not come back here to stay at this location. If she had a better location I would consider because she was very welcoming.

Gdy włączyliśmy klimatyzację ( nagrzanie lokalu ) w trzech pomieszczeniach równocześnie, stopki prądowe wyłączały się automatycznie. Wyłącznik światła w łazience jest zamontowany pod prysznicem, co stwarza niebezpieczeństwo porażenia prądem.

• Gabriel (9/5): Nice stay in Napoli - Italia was a great host! She contacted me to coordinate details of arrival and waited for me in person to give me the keys, all of these made the arrival experience very easy. There is parking available at the property, which is a big plus. There was coffee and some other breakfast items available in the house, which was appreciated. It can be tough to rely on public transportation, this is not the property's fault though. We wanted to go to downtown by bus two days in a row, and both times the buses didn't show up after waiting for over 45 minutes. We ended up taking a taxi both times, which was almost $30 one way to the city. Again, not the property's fault, but something to keep in mind if you are planning to go downtown during your stay.

• Viktoria (2/5): I’m really lucky that I’m not a widow today and my kids orphans!! I know things like this might happen but you need to t - Italia the owner was really polite and kind and she tried to help us with informations and all the questions that we had. Coffee maker and coffee, tea and sugar was available! When my husband try to have a shower he had a small electric shock because of a leak in the water heater. The worst thing was that the house doesn’t have electric shock relay. Plus the bedroom with the double bed has air condition but is in a study temperature and you can’t change it. No European plugs-as well so we had problems charging our self phones. The curtain in the bathtub was a bit discussing. Pillows a bit hard.

She is a star. Ready to help in everything. She has been the best host so far, i have ever been hosted by. Nothing was there to be disliked.

The appartment is very spacious and feels cosy with very classic Italian feel to it. Clean and comfortable. So easy for airport and also short taxi ride to Garibaldi Piazza.

Met us at our car where she was hokding a oarking space on the street and helped with our bags then went through the apartment and showed everything. Ordered us food so that we didn't have to leave and could relax for our early flight. If there was a 10 star review Italia and her wonderful space would get it. • Bicak (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in a nice area. Transportation is easy as the bus stop is right across the street. The cafe near the house is excellent as they have very good pastries. It’s not noisy at night. The owner Italia is such an angel! She and her husband helped me a lot during my stay she gave me the best recommendations. She always responded to my questions and was extremely helpful. They even ordered me pizza the night that I came to the house. Italia even dropped me off at the airport. I even forgot some of my stuff at the apartment and her husband came to give it back to me. They are such a sweet and loving couple. Definitely recommend this place if you ever find yourself in Naples and looking for a good house owner

She communicated with us before, during and after our one-night stay promptly. She recommended places to eat and buy provisions. She even personally drove 3 of us to the airport gratis and was profusely apologetic for incidents that were not her fault, including heavy traffic The shower/bath was a challenge, with the tub quite slow to drain

• Sergey (10/5): A grate place to stay close to the airport and city - First and the most important is an amazing host Italia and her husband! They are extremely kind, attentive and caring about their guests! Italia was always available and responsive to all questions before my arrival. I had a late evening flight and she offered to pick me up at the airport with her car. The apartment is not far away from the airport which is also convenient, at the same time it’s quite quick and easy to get to the city by bus, the stop is nearby apartment. Apartment itself is very spacious and clean, it has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. As I arrived late all groceries were already closed, but Italia has prepared a cooled bottle of water in the fridge - those kind of details and attention make this place very special! I will definitely come back for a longer stay with my family! Cheers from Stockholm!

We took the bus to the train station and it wasn’t that far. Italia, the host was very lovely and very helpful. She came at the airport and she took us to the flat because we had late flight.

She took us all around, trying to help us find an ATM and get money and went out of her way to call our driver and make sure that they picked us up and dropped us off at the right place. She was just fantastic. You couldn’t ask for a better host. she treats you like family. Maybe even better than she would treat family. I needed an adapter to use my sound machine and Italia went to her place and got me an adapter and let me take it with me. Who does Service like that. A little skeptical about the propert’s location when we first pulled up. The location was great …near the airport and can get around very easily . She even drove us around to find a ATM machine and dropped us off to eat and we could walk back to our place but she was out there to take us home to make sure we didn’t get lost.

• Richard (9/5): Fabulous hosts!!! - It wasn’t so much the property as the host Italia who was so friendly and helpful after a missed flight at a crowded airport. Italia kindly arranged to collect me and return me to the airport later that evening which was incredibly helpful. The backstreets of Naples certainly have character (I guess thats why they wrote a song) but this was perfect for the stopover required.

• Péter (10/5): Clean apartment, close to the airport with a hospitable owner - The host is very kind and attentive, he contacted us before our arrival and helped ease the difficulties of public transportation. She received me personally, and a friendly conversation developed between us. She speaks English better than me, we had no problem during the conversation. Shee has a good relationship with the residents of the area, everyone was nice to us. After closing time, they served us at the nearby greengrocer, because Italia accompanied us, and we even received lemons as a gift. We only spent one night in the apartment, but we were satisfied with everything. Very clean, cozy apartment with air conditioning and motorized shutters. Everything is the same as in the photos. We left for our plane early in the morning, Italia booked a taxi for us, which took us to the airport in seven minutes. I recommend the accommodation to everyone, and I think of the host as a dear friend! Gracie mile Italia! If necessary: the bed was a bit soft for us, but it's a matter of personal preference.

She picked me up from the airport and helped me arrange a taxi on my departure day. There is a supermarket three minutes walk away where I picked up some food for breakfast.

• Kim (9/5): Superb - The host whose name is 'Italia' is so kind and warm. I think the Italian tourism department should hire her. She made our trip to Italy comfortable and made us like Italy. Although we were going to stay at her place on the eighth day of our trip, she even booked a taxi for the first day of our trip. We arrived late in the evening on the day we checked in, but she welcomed us with a bright smile, and her house was spacious and clean enough for six people. The air conditioning system was also enough for a warm night. It is very close to the airport, so it is the best accommodation for travelers arriving late or departing early in the morning.

She showed us where to shop, provided travel recommendations, where to eat and when what to order. We used the free wifi to download movies for our flight, and re pack our luggage. Got up early and were at the airport in 9min.

• Vincenzo (8/5): Great apartment and perfect host - Italia is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble and the apartment has everything you would have at home. It was exceptionally clean throughout and really well priced. There was flexibility with check in and check out as we were flying over from England and some of our timings changed. We will be staying again 100%. The first night of our stay the apartment was a little cold, even though the heating unit was on in the bedroom, the rest of the apartment was a little cold. Having said that, in the summer it must be amazing as its very cool.

She was so attentive and arranged all our transportation to and from airport and to Nerano and back. She even drove us into Naples for the festival and picked us up returning us to the apartment. She’s the BEST!!! ❤️ Everything was good.
• Keren (10/5): very good place - A comfortable place, equipped with everything you need. We were a family of 5 people. The hostess is very friendly and helped us with everything. Starting with the arrival from the airport and contacting the rental company that will be waiting for us when we arrive, reserving a parking space, in the morning she offered to take us to the city in her private car and also offered to pick us back up. The place is highly recommended for those who come to Naples.

• Bjarni (9/5): Absolutely amazing service - great location! - Im writing this on behalf of my daughter who stayed in A Casa di Italia. Italia was amazing...totally amazing! Our flight got delayed 4 hours from Iceland and we were in Napoli airport around 3AM! She made a taxi reservation and we got into our accommodation flat without problems within 15 minutes from the airport! Nothing, nothing!
