• Nora (1/5): Horrible host and poorly maintained apartment - The location was ideal for Naples in an excellent neighbourhood. The listing is misleading. It states that the property is a three bedroom, but its actual two with a small room between one of the bedrooms and the living room which can be closed off, but this is not an actual bed - only a sofa bed. When we reported to address this with the host she became enraged and harassed me via the messaging app for two of the three days we were stating there until I got the booking.com team involved to make her stop. It was the most unprofessional and unpleasant interaction I’ve ever had with a host. Additionally, the property was in poor repair, with a shower spurting water from the shower head because it wasn’t properly affixed, none of the doors closing properly, and various other issues with the poor upkeep of the premises. There were no dishwasher tablets, and it was clear whomever had washed the dishes last simply did so with water because they were all filthy and simply put back in the cupboard. We have photos to back up all of this. Had we another option we would have left. I have attached a couple of images, one of the “third bedroom” making it clear it is simply a corridor with a door, a couple on the state of the cleanliness, but I have withheld from including a screenshot of the inappropriate messages as I am still pressing the security services of booking to deal with this. I can’t recommend this apartment or this host.

• Michaela (10/5): Ein besonderer Platz in Neapel - Wenn man in dieses Apartment kommt, dann hat man einfach nur ein Wow Gefühl. Alleine den Blick von der Terrasse über Neapel werden wir nie vergessen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Lage ist sehr zentral. In der näheren Umgebung ist ein Pizzaweltmeister, eine tolle Eisdiele, aber auch Lebensmittelläden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

• Laure (9/5): C’était parfait! On y reviendra! - L’emplacement, le bel appartement avec des terrasses, 2 salles de bain, jolie cuisine. Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de linges de bain et de cuisine. C’est un détail.

• Thomas (8/5): - Stor og fin leilighet, fine terrasser og uteplasser. Super beliggenhet, tett på butikker og gode restauranter. Chiaia var en trygg og fin bydel av Napoli Skulle være tre soverom, var bare to. I tillegg var det en sovesofa i tilknytning til stue, men ikke noe eget rom for den som sov der.
• Cathrine (8/5): - Lejligheden er godt placeret, med dejlige altaner og en fantastisk udsigt. Generelt gode faciliteter – dog er enkelte stole og møbler lidt slidte. Køkkenet er veludstyret med alt, hvad man har brug for. Lejligheden har ikke tre reelle værelser, da det ene er et gennemgangsrum med en sovesofa.

• Joanne (8/5): The location was perfect! Flat had two patios ! AC worked ! - No breakfast was included Have more than I roll of toilet paper . Had to go out & purchase. No bathroom soap or dish soap. Buy better pillows . Bed pillows so very old & flat . Clean Towels were left on terrace . Had to fold the towels & place inside flat.

The roof terrace is stunning At first it felt as if the location was a bit too far from the centre of Naples but we soon appreciated being able to find a little calm and relaxtion

• Maryanna (10/5): A dream vacation on the Amalfi coast without the business of neighbouring towns. - The house was very well located, walking distance to the beautiful town of Minori, Ravello and the Lemon Path. The views from the terrace were absolutely amazing. Our host was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. All our needs were taken care of and the home was equipped with everything a family could need. We would love to return one day and will be recommending this place to all of our family and friends!
• Matthew (9/5): Great place and location for a family of 5 or more. - The location was perfect for walking to the sea, the beach, the Castello D’ ouvo, great restaurants and shopping. A big apartment. Very comfortable for a family of 5. The terraces are great places for early morning coffee and late afternoon wine. Beautiful views of Naples. A lot of water was left for us in the refrigerator. A washing machine and a dryer that really came in handy! Not enough kitchen towels. That would be my only negative reply which means it’s a great place to stay.
