Había cafe y té. la cama es muy comoda: amplia y el colchon es formidable! En el primer día tuvimos un pequeña problema con el agua caliente en la cosina.

• Ali (7/5): Nice. Recommend Napoli and all the islands around it. - Apartment was very clean and comfortable; Location was good and not far from the train station. Owner was very kind and he helped us to take our luggage to the sixth floor. My only disappointment was lack of elevator.

• ROBERTO (8/5): Bel appartement - L'appartement est très bien. Super Le problème c'est que vous devez monter 5 étages à pieds et les escaliers sont vraiment rudes. Frigo défectueux Cuvette pas bien fixée
• Nadia (10/5): We had a lovely time and in case we will come back we will chose the same appartment! - The location was very close to the old town and to the main station where the airport shuttle arrives , 15 min by walk. Many shops were around for groceries. Owner very kind and helpful. I missed a toaster and an elevator but this looks like is an general "issue' in Italy , only the buildings with more than 4 floors have elevator , calculate with this. Over all no issue or any complain!

• Maurizio (8/5): Casa castel capuano, September 2025. - The accommodation was well situated, not too far from Napoli centrale station and just around the corner from one end of spaccanapoli where you can find lots of places to eat and drink. There is a good view of castel capuano that you can admire from the balcony. There is air conditioning in the apartment. The accommodation was clean and well presented. The host, Antonio, is very friendly, helpful, and always ready to help with any request. Nothing to report.

• Alison (7/5): Good value for what you get - In historic centre so living with locals. Good furnishings and kitchen. Clean. Brilliant Conad store around corner for food shopping. Very lively area, Road noise at night and 84 steps to the front door which isn’t fun in 36 degrees!! Toilet didn’t flush well as old property and walking inside front entrance to building was like a building site! Also no toilet paper provided.
• Joanna (7/5): Good - The accommodation was on the top floor of an apartment block. 5 floors up. Not great for lugging luggage (there is no lift). The apartment was basic but clean. It has all the amenities you need for a short stay and the benefit of being on the top floor meant a belcony. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and when turning right and right qgain from the apartment, great places for coffe, pizza etc. There is a supermarket 5 min away. There needs to be an update of plates, cups, glasses etc.
• Boris (8/5): Good location, fair & safe apartment - The location is great. The apartment itself is good. The view from the balcony is great. The apartment is safe, the entrance to the building is locked. The neighborhood is nice with many restaurants and within the walking distance to all attractions. Getting there by taxi or public transportation is easy. We figured out that in order to have hot water running in the shower, you should have the hot water in the sink running. The entrance to the apartment is a bit worn out. There is no lift (was not an issue for us, but good to know if you have many suitcases)
• Zornitsa (7/5): Good - The location is excellent-close to Garibaldi, which is a starting point if you're planning a journey to the Amalfi coast. Additionally, it's easy to catch a bus to the port nearby. It's ok for three people and for the money. Enough space, balcony, kitchen. There is an issue with the water - it's either too hot or too cold, and the showerhead is broken and keeps falling. Additionally, the couch for the third person is not very comfortable and feels a bit worn out. It looked better in the photos. There's no lift but we knew about it from the reviews.
• Ann (9/5): Superb - Location was great just around the corner from some lovely restaurants. Owner was great as we had a delay in our flight so we were a few hours late and when we arrived he carried our suitcases for us up all the stairs.

• Plante (6/5): Ok appartement. Think you have over 70 steps to climb. - Location in Centro! The new shower head. The space, appartamento grande in Napoli Centro. Space to store your things in bedroom. Cleanliness was so-so. Some lights worked at random ( in la Salla di bagno ). 72 steps to climb / to go down each outing. The bed mattress was bumpy in the middle.
• Isabella (7/5): Good - Beautiful location, and the air conditioning was a great addition! Antonio was super nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our time in Napoli! The apartment was on the sixth floor with no elevator, which we didn't know. Luckily, we had no problems and could walk up the stairs, but it would have been nice to have known beforehand.
• Carley (4/5): Would not recommend at the price point - Comfortable beds and pillows, size of the apartment, air-conditioning Lack of communication with management (twice they let us down and held up check in and not showing to their pre arranged appointment to return to collect city tax during our stay that they ended up telling us to leave with keys on check out), quality of amenities (everything is 'just working' and passable), had to clean every dish and utensil in the kitchen before use with dish cloth that was already dirty, including inside the kettle. No equipment to cook in the oven or spoons/tongs for stove, just spoons, knives and forks.

• Janos (8/5): Very good - Same as others noted: great location for old city and train stations for Herculanum/Pompeii/Sorento. high ceiling, great balcony and partial Vezuv view. Safety door and well working AC. Shower gel and plenty of toilet paper provided. Has basic kitchen equipment and oil/salt/kitchen towel... Overall good value for money. Same as others noted: host is not responsive (enough for me), 4 th floor with no elevator, has no additional sheet, only a used extra blanket, no sharp knife, no preparation space in the kitchen, no microwave, no hooks for coats at entry.
• Alona (9/5): Superb - GREAT location. Very kind and friendly host. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We cooked breakfast easily, There is a washing machine. The pillows could be renewed (they were clean for sure). The sheets are not fitting well (very clean).
• Lorraine (9/5): Superb - Great location with amazing view from balcony. It's also very quiet, and super comfortable. Everything works in the apartment, beds are excellent and it was very clean inside. We felt welcome with AC on (while it was super hot outside) and fresh drinks in the fridge. Kind host who arrived very quickly to open door even though we arrived in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. He arranged for us to leave our suitcase at another apartment on our departure day, waited to meet us outside to show us the way, and entrusted us with keys - super helpful, it made our day so much easier. Thank you ! Make sure you are fit because stairs are high and there are many of them to get to the apartment (only reason why I would not recommend this apartment to elderly people).
• Cuba (7/5): Great base for exploring Napoli, not the best area for a relaxing holiday - Location was great as a starting point to explore Napoli Apartment was comfortable and spacious for two Air conditioning was quiet and super effective, leaking in living room Bedroom was very well lit and quiet despite busy street outside Host was very friendly and helpful The shower head is only 170cm high so I didn't fit underneath standing up Ants coming from hole in skirting board, generally less clean in kitchen than rest of the apartment Very few kitchen utensils, e.g. no chopping board or tea towel Location is central, but it is right on the edge of Centre Storico and the less safe and nice neighbourhoods of Napoli
