Guest Reviews
- Busto (10/5): Creepy when You get there, but really fine inside - The comfort and the lights (Plenty) There is one terrible issue with the Booking process.
You are NOT to recieving the Adress, until 3 days before You Arrival.
Seems like a scum.
The other DISASTER is that they show others appartment that just doesn,t exist. It's a scum.
We were at 49 Berwick Street. A very good place to be. At the Center of London; near of Many alternatives public transports. IDEAL!
I REALLY don't know why they don't show the appartment as it really is.
Also, The aspect of the front of the building, is like a horror - Drug Movie, but when You Enter, the aesthetic is Perfecto. Nothing to fear about
- Tara (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable.
- Mihaela (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect!
- Kelly (7/5): Great location with some drawbacks. - It was a good size and great location for attending West End shows and visiting the sites of London. We stayed during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning. There were many flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment and due to its great location it’s a noisy area.
- Mtü (8/5): A fine place to stay with a family! - I would say that the place is perfect for getting familiar with London. Everything was nearby, and we visited every place on foot. The place was comfortable and easy to find. The underground was about 200 meters away, and the bus stop was in front of the house. The rooms were big enough and decent. There was a lack of communication as we wanted to stay for an extra night. First, we were told to wait for a bit to get the answers, and then there was nothing, no answer at all. :(
- Reasons (9/5): excellent location in Soho, great value, very comfortable - excellent location, host was kind to let us check in early, property was spacious and clean
- Mehdi (10/5): I miss this place - Amazing location amazing fully refurbished flat with all the needed facilities. Very confortable and beautifully decorated. Inspiring. I was feeling so much at home that I found that a trolley to go to the supermarket was missing.
- Athina (6/5): Needs some attention as it is neglected. - We stayed in an apartment in 49 Berwick road in SoHo. Good location and easy check in. The apartment has all the basics. Let’s start with the bed. It is terrible. Very old needs to be replaced immediately. The carpets inside the apartment and in the hallway were disgusting dirty. And some walls need a few layer of color. We stayed for 7 days and got 3 towels and 3 toilet rolls.
But the worst problem was that they had these roof windows which let in the light. Good during the day. But the windows had no way to cover up so four in the morning the room was bright and woke us up. Not so good. No Aircondition also and when the sun was shining these roof windows turned this apartment into an oven.
- Agnieszka (5/5): Wrong address on the booking confirmation - The properties address on the booking is not properties address, so keep in kind apartment in not at piccalilli and is not at leister square, in completely different part of London. Apartment itself is nice but I don't like the fact they are giving wrong adresss on the booking and till we arrived at the "wrong " address we were not given correct address. Which involved paying extra for a taxi to get to the apartment and waisting time and energy Wrong address on the confirmation booking, the host didn't send different address so we went to the address from the confirmation and were told that this address is not property address
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriella (8/5): Nice but noisy apartment - It’s in the middle of Soho, the location is excellent. The apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean. They even had a plug converter (we forgot to bring one). The late check in fee is really high, 50 GBP. The apartment was really noisy since it is in the centre and the windows have single-layer glass.
- Greg (1/5): Do not book with this company. They did not turn up to let us in. - Do not book with this company. They did not turn up to let us in.
We were only told of the location the day before we left. I had sent many emails before asking for the location, but they did not reply. I was told that someone would meet us to let us in at 3.30pm but I replied (in a few emails earlier and again to the email sent the day before) that we would not be there till at least 4.30pm due to flights - no reply.
I was told that the accommodation would be in Leicester Square, it wasn't, it was about 15 minutes away in a different suburb.
We arrived after approx. 40 hrs. traveling with no one to meet us. We phoned them twice; the phone rang out both times. We sent a text message: no reply.
After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours, we needed to find alternative accommodation.
2 days later I did eventually receive a call from them asking when we will be turning up. I told the person of what happened, and he understood why we did not wait. He then said that he would get someone to call me to sort this out.
5 week later I still have not heard anything
Could not be more disappointed with the lack of response.
I would give them a zero rating if possible.
Not worth it. Try somewhere else.
- Mat (5/5): Passable - Location
- Anuradha (8/5): Very good -
- Roberts (9/5): Affordable Comfort! - Location, size and amenities were all really nice. We booked two rooms and staying here made our trip much better. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend someone stay here. Stairs to get to the rooms (3 & 4th floor) and geographic location were slightly different than expected. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.
- Harold (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharlotte (9/5): Superb -
- Shannon (8/5): Very good -
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aussie (1/5): Not as Advertised! - We did not stay at the property as it was not the property as shown in the ad when we booked. The pic on booking showed a property at Piccadilly Circus but when we arrived it was in a back street that was poorly lit and we felt unsafe. This property was not as advertised on your site and was falsely advertised in our opinion. We would like a full or at least a significant partial refund for the inconvenience of having to find alternative safe accommodation at 1.30am in the morning.....this experience has left us feeling majorly dissatisfied with the listing, with Booking.com, and will have us thinking twice before using this booking platform again.
Happy discuss further at
greg2530@rocketmail.com
Looking forward to hearing from you. As above.....would appreciate a response.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing place to stay for a visit to London. Also the company was great N/A
- Parry (6/5): London half.marathon trip - It was really good On the first night the people in the flat below had a very loud party and the music.went on until 6.00am.
We needed sleep as we were doing the London half marathon.
Not acceptable!
- Gabriela (1/5): The apartment was a huge disappointment. - The property was old and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The floors were extremely creaky, the beds were old and extremely uncomfortable.
The bathroom was outdated, the shower curtain dirty/stained and there were really bad cracks on the walls.
Overall, the property was a huge disappointment.
- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Everything was perfect (location, ammenities, cleanliness) but just keep in mind that there were a lot of stairs. So in case you have a bad knee or heavy bags this place is not the right one for you.
- Mark (10/5): Great stay great location staff very helpful - Location
- Helene (8/5): A good appartement very well located and set up. But somewhat noisy at night because the windows don’t stop the noise of - It was clean, very well located and very functional. Insulation of the noise from the streets was the real problem for sleeping. Ear plugs recommended.
- Bleazard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (8/5): A good stay - Friendly service, very good location. Nice apartment, just as in the pictures :)
- Krissie (7/5): Good - Fantastic location where we got and great service, flat was wonderful and bigger than expected. Only complaint was that the beds weren't comfortable, mattresses were hard and could have used more pillows.
- Grainne (7/5): Great stay 2 mins from Leicester Sq. Apartment was nice. Noise was big issue unfortunately - Location was amazing. Apartment was newly renovated and very clean. Bathroom very modern. Underfloor heating in bathroom was very nice. No attempt to keep noise out. Because of location there was a huge amount of outside noise and the windows were not equipped to keep any noise out. WiFi was sketchy.
- Kim (5/5): Great location, very very tired apartment in need to a refresh - Location was great, very close to everything and central It was very tired. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Bathroom window didn’t shut and the latch is broken. Carpets were very old and very worn and stained. They were lifted and ragged going into the living space.
Main bed was rickety and felt like it was going to fall apart. Bedside table was broken.
Shower had no power at all. Quite noisy as it’s near a busy street. It just felt very tired and the main bed would sway when you sat on it or turned around.
Doesn’t look anything like the photos (must have been taken about 20 years ago).
- Vicky (1/5): Deceiving with uncomfortable beds and sofa - The bed was so uncomfortable it was so old and I could feel the springs. It was the worst bed I've slept in, they need to change that ASAP, the bed sofa wasn't good for kids it was uncomfortable and in the kitchen so not ideal at all.
The cooking facilities were poor as only 2 rings on the hob worked and there wasn't even a flipper to turn stuff in the pan and the dishwasher door didn't open, only opened halfway.
The sofa in the living area/bedroom was so uncomfortable it was better to sit on the floor, the mechanisms in the sofa were awful to try to sit on you could feel them.
The advert for the stay was very deceiving and was nowhere near Piccadilly so we ended up at the wrong tube station to realise we didn't even need to do the underground at all as wasn't near Piccadilly and with 2 kids in tow this wasn't ideal as cost us more money for no reason and dragging 2 kids all over wasn't ideal either.
- Kirsty (9/5): Superb - Amazing location
Spacious
Clean
Comfortable
Great value for money Little noisy at night, could sound proof but I was still able to sleep
The bed in the main bedroom, the springs had gone in the middle of the bed
- James (1/5): London is great, but don’t expect to Stay at Piccadilly - Leaving 1. We arrived at the postcode as the sites google map stated it is. A number of phone calls and WhatsApp messages revealed it to be .9 of a mile outside Piccadilly and Covent Garden. So after a wasted afternoon we had an £8.00 taxi ride to find it.
2. Staff member with very little English carried one of our two bags up six flights of stairs to rooftop apartment. Quickly pointed to amenities and wanted me to sign declaration agreement there and then, then left with a shrug when asked why we weren’t anywhere near the advertised location.
3. We then found that the WiFi didn’t work, Tea and coffee making facilities didn’t include milk or sugar, the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, even when you did put batteries in remote control, and an electric cable was hanging out of the bedroom wall which we decided to give a very wide berth. So I rang the company again, but guess what, absolutely no answer.
With limited time in London, we felt really let down.
- Ioana (8/5): Good location, nice apartment - The entire apartment is renovated and beautiful.
Very good location, kind host , white linens and towels, well-equipped kitchen. The bed creaks
We have been in january an it was cold inside
- Athanasios (1/5): Bad - Location is central AVOID!! The flat had nothing to do with the advertised pictures. The rooms were dirty and cold and there were 2 non functioning mobile radiators to cover the entire flat. Management team contacted to reimburse the second day as we couldn’t stay given above state and they’ve never responded.
- Adora (5/5): Great location but deep cleaning of the apartment needed. So dusty and dirty pillows. - Location Very Dusty, dust through the apartment, stains on the doors, yellow stained pillows, not enough bedding or extra towels, leaky shower, lots of lights not working. Wifi very patchy.
- Olivia (9/5): amazing location and the perfect stay in London over the Christmas period. Would definitely recommend! - The property was in a prime location- just off Oxford St, which made it very easy to get around especially in the Christmas period. It was very close to 2 stations (5 minute walk to each).
The amenities were perfect, nice sized kitchen and the perfect stay for 3 people. check in was a little tricky as there was no key lock box, instead you had to wait for the host to come and let you in.
- Emma (5/5): Passable - Location fantastic. Size of the apartment was good. 6 night stay and only one tiny towel per person and no extra towels, no replacement toilet paper, waited for ages to get keys upon arrival although texted ahead, very loud at night so had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Such a shame, as otherwise the place was great.
- Evangelia (7/5): Good - The location is amazing, in the city center! The apartment is spacious, the bathroom was ok, the kitchen was very big and the bedroom too! The wifi did not work, we found the apartment very cold, we had the heating at max but still was cold, especially the kitchen area was very cold! And the sofa bed was not that comfortable!
- Fernanda (7/5): Good -
- Žana (7/5): Great location - The location is amazing, right next to the Oxford street 😎 The couch is uncomfortable, and the shower knob is broken. Also, the nights are not quiet because the apartment is in the centre next to a busy street.
- Sara (3/5): Not as listed. - Location was excellent.
Good heating.
Clean apartment. Requested a ground floor apartment, got second floor. (Booked ages in advance and request was ignored).
Requested extra towels and an extra key, these things never appeared despite being told we could have them.
WiFi was really slow.
Tv wouldn't connect to WiFi.
Drainage in bathroom was terrible.
No drawers for clothes.
No soundproofing despite listing stating otherwise. Floorboards were super creaky.
Bed moved around a lot!
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (6/5): Got moved and messed our visit up - It was a nice flat We were not staying in that flat but they had a issue and moved us 45 min away from all our things we had booked and had to use taxis and cost us loads. Not even a sorry
- Kira (5/5): great location but a bit disappointing due to heating and water issues - the location, size, easily accessible the heating was not working, no hot water and the plates and cutlery were not clean
- Wendy (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent! Over it was a good stay. Bedding could've been cleaner.
- Cindi (8/5): Great location and very helpful landlord when any issues arose. - Location amazing. Service from provider was prompt and helpful. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. WiFi wasn't working while we were there.
- David (9/5): Superb - Location
Suitable for our group of 4 Main door lock quite hard to open end needs to be changed
- Riccardo (8/5): Very good - Location, cleanliness. The wifi had an intrusive firewall that slowed the connection.
- Shari (10/5): Just what we needed to end our trip. - Fred was prompt and friendly. Carpet was dirty with many stains but that didn't deter us from enjoying our stay.
- Fatmanur (8/5): Very good - That the location is exceptional. Not clean enough.
- Stefi (9/5): Great location! Wonderful apartment. - Great location! Responsive host. We had a lot of rain (it’s London) and there was a leak in the roof….someone came out that day to assess the leak. The bathroom needs a plug for a hair dryer. The only plug in the bathroom was for an electric razor. Also, the apartment needs a full length mirror near a plug.
- Sheryll (5/5): Passable -
- Isabel (8/5): Very good - What breakfast. Location was great Paper towels or napkins, would have been great. Hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom would have been nice. Need a trash can in the bedroom. Also a usb plug in would have been nice. The location was great. Close to everything.
- Mary (8/5): Good comfortable - Location, kitchen/living areas, Could of been another tea towel and extra bath towel per person. Only had one each for a 4 night/3 day stay.
- Karolina (1/5): Leicester Square, Westminster on BOOKING - IRF HOLBORN GRAPE Street 3 - BIG NO NO - They do NOT rent out the same apartment as the picture show. The apartment you get is a different adress on the 5th floor ( elevator doesn’t work)
The landlord could not be reached.
BIG NO NO! BIG NO NO - They do NOT rent out the same apartment as the picture show. The apartment you get is a different adress on the 5th floor ( elevator doesn’t work)
The landlord could not be reached.
BIG NO NO!
- Stefan (8/5): Fantastic - very nice location in the heart of the city Westminster. At night very quiet even it is in very centre of West-End
- Naess (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient - Convenient location
- Tracey (4/5): Disappointed with accommodation - Location was good Apartment not as nice as advertised on booking, we didn’t get any bathroom towels
- Bogdan_escu (9/5): I recommend. Central location. Nice and clean apartment. - Very central location, easy access to most locations / museums that can be visited. Clean apartment. Equipped kitchen. I recommend ... my family and I were satisfied The apartment is located in a central area with many tourists. From 3-4 AM you can hear noises from the cars that pick up the garbage... if you are a person very sensitive to noises during sleep, I do not recommend it.
- Elaine (1/5): Was disgusting no hot water. Also no lift for5 flights of stairs with suitcases was terrible - Hot water wasn’t working No hot water
- Abeer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ravi (7/5): Overall good - Convinence place Shower don’t hv shampoo and soap holder
- Dawn (8/5): We had a truly positive experience, even when the wrong address was initially sent to me, the apartment we stayed in mad - We stayed at 6 Floral Street, the location was perfect. The apartment was much bigger than we had expected with everything we could have asked for. There was a lift to use in the apartment block which was perfect as my partner is still recovering from a stroke.
- Trinh (4/5): Room is not that nice. Old flat -
- Debbie (9/5): Fun weekend with great friends - Great location and lovely apartment
- Kapka (5/5): Passable -
- Donna (4/5): Location is the only thing going for this appartment - Property is in a good location. Staff are helpful and pleasant The carpets were badly stained which made the apartment feel neglected and shabby. There were no fans so we had to have the windows open and it was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. The bed was small, uncomfortable and no effort made to present the room nicely just 2 folded up single dooners on the end of the bed. Photos on booking.com show various appartments so you don’t know what you are actually getting until you arrive.
- Corwin (2/5): Horrible communication and property management. - The good location is the whole reason we booked this place, but we would have found somewhere else knowing how bad the apartment experience would be. The shower and towel warmer were nice, and there was good sound buffering between rooms. Communication with the host was horrible. My contact used third parties to do their work, and they clearly did not keep track of what those third parties were doing.
They were an hour late to meet us to pick up the key. They did not reach out to us about the delay so we had to wait outside with a sleeping toddler and all our bags until they sent someone.
We did not have basic supplies such as hand soap, dish towels, and toilet paper; it took them two days to bring us these supplies despite saying repeatedly that they would drop it off as soon as possible. They did not contact us when they were delayed. Instead, I had to remind them each time they failed to deliver supplies when they said they would. We had to clean the kitchen with one of our three bathroom towels, and share the other two between three guests.
There were several issues with the apartment itself, including a bathroom sink that did not drain and staples sticking up from the floor in the bathroom threshold. We had a fourth floor apartment with no lift, which was fine for us, but we were not warned about this in advance.
- Guðlaug (1/5): Do not recommend - The location Pictures did not match. There was dirty towels, duvet, cuttlery and floors (stains on the carpet). There was no handsoap and no handtowel. No rags. Bugs on the toilet.
- Matteo (9/5): Comfortable; cheap (for London); great location. - Initially, I was worried about the apartment we were given (49 Berwick St). Other guests who stayed at the same apartment said they felt scammed.
To be honest though, the apartment was great. Bathroom in particular was spacious and was brand new. The door of the apartment did lock and we didn’t feel unsafe as other guests claimed. Windows are a bit old and should be modernized, but overall the place is comfortable, spacious, and clean (a solid 9 out of 10).
Check-in: staff was on time and willing to meet us at our preferred time (we even had to reschedule due to baggage collection at the airport taking more time than usual). For all light sleepers, you might have difficulty sleeping - nothing too crazy though. The apartment is in the heart of London, in a very vibrant neighborhood (Soho), thus expect a lot of nightlife.
- Lisa (1/5): Ruined my time in London … shocking accommodation - Kitchen was ok
But the rest was really bad Firstly location was supposed to be on wardour street as per the picture on maps when booking this accommodation… 3 days before arrival I was informed it was on Grape street. Vey dodgy area…. Not safe
Hot water came and went within seconds
No lift … with 5 flights of stairs
No toiletries were provided … eventually dropped off
Towels were limited
No towel in the kitchen
City view was non existent with scaffolding
Building and drilling during the day
Absolutely shocking !!!
- Van (8/5): Very good - location and food service
- Lilian (5/5): Average. It was okay. - The location of the accommodation was great. Hard/not so comfy beds, often cold showers, no dishwasher, no fireplace
- Sanjay (10/5): Amazing location - Location was very convenient. Apartment was very clean. Laundry was very useful
- Husnu (7/5): Great location but also very loud and noisy even after midnight - One remark we had was that we could not use the rain shower in the bathroom. The switch (or botton) for the rain shower did not work at all.
- Debra (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (9/5): Best location for sure!! Overall fantastic stay. - Location!! right at the doorstep of everything! It was a very cute but tiny apartment. Just enough for us, 1 adult and 2 teenagers. But would defs recommend as it was right in the heart of every cafe and restaurant. There was a wet towel left under the sink to which I only figured out that it was from a leak under the kitchen sink. Cleaner turned up at 10.50 am. Check out was 11am, but wanted to maximise the time till check out because it was raining and we were still waiting for our ride. I felt she could've waited a few minutes more.
- Margot (9/5): Loved our stay - Great location.
- Cecilia (8/5): Very good - Great location - easy access from Heathrow and right in the middle of the city. Newly refurbished. Single glazing makes it noisy at night with people coming and going to nearby bars.
- Mete (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mick (8/5): Very good -
- Henry (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, just off Oxford Street. The flat is comfortable for 2 people, clean with all necessities. No tumble dryer. Good strong shower. Strong wifi. Grimey street door at building entrance. Communication with the host was challenging. We only got the location 2 days before arriving, which makes it difficult to arrange airport transfers
- Tonya (7/5): Even with what we didn’t like, I would stay there again simply due to the location. It is so close to everything we love - The location was fantastic. The apartment itself was a great size for the family, with a good kitchen and facilities and a good size bathroom. It is dated, the bed and sofa bed not very comfortable. The carpets are stained, the WIFI and internet didn’t work until we played with it - so not good if you are planning to work from the apartment. It is noisy but that comes with the location.
- Carlee (1/5): We did not want to stay in the apartment it was that bad - The photos were not of the property that we booked. The carpet was so stained and dirty, bathroom door broken, bathroom window did not close and there was a smell of smoking and vaping from neighbours. Only good thing is location. Very close to many great landmarks. Poor service, no response when we messaged several times. Would not recommend.
- Bernd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancy (7/5): London stay - Well laid out. Comfortable for three of us. There is plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. Close to the tube and Starbucks. The person who met us was very flexible. Our train was canceled, and we had to rebook and arrive three hours later than expected. There are many outlets for all our devices. Blow dryer, fan, and iron all at your disposal 85 stairs to the flat. After a long day of site seeing it was a challenge some nights.
- Natalie (10/5): Great location - Amazing location, the apartment was a (very) short walking distance from the West End, Covent Garden, Leicester Square... right in the heart of everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed...the kitchen was a great for cooking.
- Ashish (7/5): Good -
- Hermann (6/5): Stay somewhere else. - La ubicación No wifi, no tv, no toilet paper, no help from the owner. Too expensive.
- Martijn (4/5): Not worth the price better getting a hotel - Location Bed had slats missing so uncomfortable . Needs replacing
- Sengül (2/5): Yes, I had a bad few days, but what surprises me is that they didn't call me even once. How is this possible? - I just liked that it was beautifully decorated. I couldn't believe that the house whose entrance was in such bad condition could be that house, so I thought I had come to the wrong place and asked for help from the barber employee in the neighborhood. In fact, I had more than one complaint, I also wrote to the Booking staff, but they only bothered to report it to the facility. On the second day, a big insect was walking in the bathroom, I threw my bath towel on it in panic. and I asked the authorities for another towel, but they didn't even answer. The next day, when I saw another insect at the entrance of my bedroom, I went out at nine in the evening to buy insecticide and had to smuggle everywhere, but since most of the rooms had windows on the ceiling, I had to sleep without ventilating the house. The next morning, Oxford I went on a trip to . I didn't want to go back to the same hotel that day. I paid a high fee and stayed there. For my last night in London, I went to the Apartment, where there were two dead insects. Fortunately, the hotel I booked in advance in Cheltencham was very pleasant. Despite these, they did not leave me a towel. ,they didn't call and apologize!They made me have a very bad few days:;
- Lorna (7/5): Great location . - Great location. Spacious . Contact with staff difficult. No wifi .
- Melinda (3/5): You don't know which room you are going to get! - The location is very central The only good thing is the location. BEWARE- You do not know what room you will be getting. Could not see any photos of our apartment located at the back of the building in any photos online. Had to wait on the footpath to be let in. I sent an exact flight time and APPROX arrival at apartment time of 4.30pm as transferring by tube. We arrived at the apartment at 4.45pm and I sent a text that we had arrived. There was no communication in between this time, however the host claimed that he was there waiting for us, but had to leave to let others in? If this was true, why not send us a message?
Then when we waited over 30 minutes for him to arrive, I sent a follow up text, and he said his bus had been terminated so he was now walking. Pretty sure these lines are rolled out daily re letting multiple people in, and all arriving at the same time. The sofa bed and main bed were not set up- just doonas and sheets left folded on it. The pillows were old and lumpy and sheets yellowed. Our apartment was hot, unless you left the windows open, which you could not do because the only windows were all along one wall and opened to a shared roof area with multiple apartments that could access the open window. Kitchen was a positive in that it had been renovated and quite well stocked with equipment. Bathroom was tiny, apartment had cheap old mismatched Ikea interiors, for example painted around wall hangings rather than remove them, every cheap curtains- each was a different colour etc.
- Jennifer (2/5): Not accurate to what was online. Would like to get my money back! - The location was pretty good but everything else was substandard. The kitchen was as expected minus paper towels or a dish towel for using it however. The bedding appeared to be clean. Getting the keys was a challenge as the location was tricky and they apparently had to check in other people throughout town. It was an active construction zone with scaffolding directly in front of the bedroom and living room. Construction workers were in front of the windows yelling across the courtyard and blasting music starting at 6:30am. The carpets were disgustingly dirty and the rest of the apartment was only somewhat better. No bathroom door handle to a door that wouldn't close. They left only one roll of toilet paper for two/three people and four days. I paid extra to have a third person stay for one night. We had three bath towels, but only one hand towel for all of us to use over the four day stay. The bed was not stable as it appeared to have screws loose and rattled in all directions, was uncomfortable as well. Side tables were falling apart. After I got into the apartment I called the local number to complain that this was not what was shown online. The person told me that it was the same place. Although the photos of the apartment were likely the correct place, I will say the photos were heavily edited to make it look clean and nice. European standards may be lower, but for the cost I would say we got taken. Ended up staying only two of the nights because it was so bad. Will only book a hotel in London from now on. All prior stays I have made through Booking.com have been exactly what was advertised, not this place! Booking.com should remove this listing.
