Tuttavia darei dei suggerimenti: abbiamo riscontrato che il materasso del letto matrimoniale non era comodo, Mancava un attaccapanni nell'ingresso e nel bagno, gli asciugamani sono insufficienti: Ce ne vorrebbero almeno 2 per persona, l'illuminazione nel bagno è scarsa.

• Liezanel (10/5): Exceptional - we dodnt eat breakfast everything is good other than elevator is broken. I found few hairs on the bed and I contacted Carol and she was so pleasant and very helpful. she changed our beddings right away and she did clean the nexy day which we didnt ask and expected. it was a great stay

• Roberto (8/5): Good price for location - The property is a good compromise between location and price. It is functional and ideal for few days in London vicinity. The apartment is for three people really, four can fit, but the sofa is really for one.
• Chloe (4/5): Ideal if your not spending much time in the apartment. - The property was a central location for where we were attending an event. The apartment was very clean. Staff were friendly and answered all queries. We could not turn the heat off in the room as there was no TRV switch. Had to have a fan on throughout the stay as room was very hot. The single beds are not beds, they are hard leather like seats and we’re highly uncomfortable.
• Yves-laurent (7/5): Good - The fact that you need to pay an amount through Paypal as a deposit : if you don't have a Paypal account, you are blocked !
• Carlo (6/5): Pleasant - Comfort and services are correct, furniture is basic, but we got everything we needed for a one-night stay after a bike tour. Overall good value for money in our case (it was the Marathon weekend). The check-in procedure a bit lenghty, different documents requested through various platforms, one can be a little confused. Shower basin was clogged. The building lack maintenance and looks like a building site's offices.
