• Annamari (10/5): Really nice stay - Very good location, metro and bus stop close by, shops and restaurants all around. Really pretty and clean apartment with everything you need and a comfy bed! The host was super sweet and nice! I can't recommend it enough! 🤗❤️

• ErmanReds (9/5): Locazione da tenere presente per il futuro. - Appartamento accogliente, pulito, biancheria perfetta e superiore alla media, il bagno ottimo con i suoi componenti. Piccole pecche che comunque possono essere risolte: - la camera non ha persiane, avvolgibili o scuri ai vetri, unicamente teli oscuranti che purtroppo non sono sufficienti per rendere la camera "più scura" alla luce diurna - i comodini sono molto piccoli e la lampada rende la superficie d'appoggio veramente al limite, un suggerimento dei comodini quadrati o rettangolari più grandi e no piccoli e tondi.

• Heimo (8/5): Good location next to Dante metro station - Location 200 m from Dante metro station, typical Napoletan somewhat rough street view. The hostess was very friendly. Room had two windows facing to two directions in the courtyard, no noise from the street even if the building is 20 meters from a very busy street. Recently renovated bathroom was nice looking. Elevator took us to the fourth floor. The only disappointment for us was the water pressure in the shower. Even if the bathroom was recently nicely decorated, the shower had to be taken with a leak-like water and changing temperature.

• pascal (10/5): Casa Emi, c’est parfait pour se sentir napolitain le temps de votre séjour - Près de la place Dante, à proximité immédiate du Musée archéologique (un joyau !), du centre historique et du quartier espagnol, c’est vraiment l’idéal pour découvrir et vivre au cœur vibrant de Naples. La propriétaire est de très bon conseil et son logement offre tout le confort nécessaire
• Andreas (6/5): Enttäuschend - Nette Gastgeberin Gute Lage Sauber Erstmal den Hauseingang nicht gefunden, da die Hausnr. fast nicht erkennbar ist. Aber das nervigste ist, dass nirgendwo ein Schild des Apartments zu finden ist. Ein netter Herr vom benachbarten Hotel hat mir dann den Aufgang gezeigt. Sie sagte dann, dass sie kein Schild mehr anbringe, da diese ständig abgerissen würden...gratuliere, dann sollte das Hotel im Innenhof auch kein Schild mehr haben.. Was gar nicht geht: es gibt keinen Balkon, nur zwei öffenbare bodentiefe Fenster.....das ist auch kein französischer Balkon Und: es handelt sich um einen abgetrennten Wohnungsteil der Vermieterin, d.h. man geht rein und raus durch ihren Flur. Zwar gibt es zwei Eisentüren zwischen ihrem und dem booking Apartment, aber die sind mit Ornamenten perforiert und sehr dünn. Man hört ihren Hund, Fernseher und Telefon. Ist ein bisschen WG feeling....wers mag.. Habe nach einer Nacht dann das Apartment gewechselt

• Kg1111 (10/5): A fantastic apartment, very safe with lovely host. - I booked this apartment for my daughters first trip abroad with her boyfriend. I wanted something that was safe and secure. This apartment ticked all the boxes. My daughter said the hostess was lovely and friendly, knowledgeable and she felt safe in the property at all times. The hostess stays next door to the apartment so was there to offer recommendations etc. The property itself was lovely. It had everything you required and there was multiple locks required to enter the gate, building, lift and room which made it even more secure. The location was fabulous. A very safe neighborhood with all shops, restaurants etc only a sort walk away. Very central

• Ros (7/5): Good location, comfortable, pleasant apartment. - Excellent location, apartment was spacious and nicely presented. Useful local shops with really friendly shopkeepers. Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. Just down the street from the archaeological museum and right by the old centre of Naples. Travellers need to be aware that they must phone the flat owner on arrival to gain access and make sure they have received information giving them that number. There is nothing at all at the entrance to the block of flats to indicate that Casa Emi is there and you can't get access to the flats without keys so you absolutely have to phone the owner. Only one set of keys provided.

• Veronica (8/5): Great experience overall! - Communication with the owner was easy. The apartment has everything necessary to cook. The bed was very comfortable. The heating was working nicely. It was a 5th floor and the elevator very old. We did not take the elevator at all, we were okay with that as we are young and healthy. We were lucky because one of the days we found it half opened and broken.

Low water pressure in the bathroom, the kitchen was not equipped with some of the needed dishes (e.g. no frying pan).

• Megan (8/5): Amazing location! - The location was ideal. I would highly recommend staying here just for this and this alone. I also really loved the views--it was very Napoli. Apartment was nice and clean and comfortable and quiet once you closed the windows at night. Getting the keys was complicated. They let us drop our bags off early, which was very kind. But then we were told we could come back at 3:30pm to pick up the keys from the previous guests. Those guests left earlier, at 2:30 and there were lots of language miscommunications about when to get the keys. Just part of the adventure but was slightly chaotic. Wifi was also spotty.
• Nina (9/5): Naples was lively, chaotic and captivating and the people were charming, patient and crazy! - Location: 2 minutes walk to Dante Metro, 5 minutes walk to Archaeological Museum, 10 minutes walk to Historic Centre. Nothing to dislike - all was good, or better.

• Sow (8/5): Great location - Location is great, walking distances to a lot of sights in historical centre. Very near to Dante Metro and to Molo Beverello where you can take the ferry to Capri, Sorrento, etc Just note that water in Italy is hard water and a lot of calcium deposite are in the kettle
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Emis flat is in a fantastic location for exploring the city, it’s modern, clean and comfortable. you’ll have much more room than staying in a hotel. not much to dislike!
• Dóra (10/5): Modern and safe with elevator - Great location,close to subway. Shops, restaurants and cafés in big variety available within walking distance, however the apartment is still quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful, the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. Comes with an elevator (works only with key for inhabitants) which was a blessing after a long day, just like the air condition (depends on personal preference, opening the windows and makeing a gentle breeze works too, as the flat is located on 4th floor, overlooking a courtyard). Admire the old and artistic wall painting in the staircase, it is so surprising like Naples itself. Can not mention anything wrong about the apartment. Speaking about the area: the spanish quarter (like many other areas in Naples including the old city center) has many rubbish left on the street, but this is definitely not in connection with the apartment. Located at the beginning of the street,close to a main road so you reach the old city center in a few minutes. We definitely loved the place, authentic location with many services, and felt absolutely safe while staying there.
