• Yu (8/5): Very good - The location is great and convenient, a great room with everything you need! Jeanette is nice and responsible, very happy to stayed here. :) My boyfriend woke up with some bites happening over night. After we told Jeanette, she immediately came to the room on short notice and changed the bedsheets for us. She was kind, understanding and tried her best to help us.
• J (9/5): Superb - Jeanette prepared a case of bottled water for us, so when we arrived at the apartment after being out in the hot weather, we always had cool water from the refrigerator. She also advised us on which metro station to use to avoid stairs on the way from the train station to the apartment. The location is quite convenient. At first, the key to the building was a bit difficult to use, but a neighbor came to help us and showed us how to use it properly. After that, there were no issues. The room is a bit small for three people, but it’s perfect for two.

The communication was clear and prompt, she was very responsive and initiative. The access to the apt was also easy, Jeanette gave us directions right after the booking was done. The area, but you’re in a downtown!

• Presiyana (10/5): A gem in the heart of Naples! - Extremely attentive hostess! Thank you Janette! The studio is clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is also really good for exploring both Naples and the surroundings - there is a bus that can take you to Pompeii/Vesuvius just 5-6mins away, a scooter rental nearby, many restaurants and cafes . Janette is an amazing host - she answered all of my messages and inquiries immediately and helped with everything we asked for.

The apartment was clean and it had very fully equipment you may need like everything to cook, hairdryer, iron, air conditioner. A little breakfast - dry bread, jams and honey. We felt welcome and the host was very helpful, she gave us many recommendations for example restaurants and instructions to self check-in. The location was also good, poor area but close to everything you need, good food, cafes, bars, just everything was there. I highly recommend this place to stay. We would come back with pleasure :)

She also helped us with early check in and gave some amazing recommendations about places to visit and eat! She is a great host-very good at communication, friendly and supportive. Great hosts make your stay all the more memorable and all thanks to Jeanette- Naples will be the highlight of our Italian trip! Absolutely nothing! Jeanette is a great host!

• Cindy (8/5): Very good - The studio is perfectly located and Jeanette thought of everything you might need, from phone chargers & speaker to umbrella's and coffee. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be well equipped. It's a little cold in the studio but she has two heaters for that. The walls are thin, you hear every noise from the streets and staircase and there's not much natural light coming in, but that's nothing that can be changed and we're pretty sure, that every apartment is like that, if not worse. So besides that we had an amazing stay, Jeanette is very helpful and sweet.

Quartieri Spagnoli nearby with all excellent restaurants. Jeanette very great host, easy to communicate and very friendly, we had really pleasant stay in Naples. Nothing, everything was perfect

She send us some ideas where we could go to in Napoli. The location is directly in the middle of the City where all the people and bars/restaurants are.
